Cool place to race if you're into karting. 99% of staff is professional. Only drawback is the experienced racers and the new racers clash and more than I'd like. I've both witnessed and experienced it. I myself got a concussion that kept me out for 4+ weeks back in September. Also leagues are expensive. I remember when it was $50 for a 1 hour league race. Now it's like $85.

I had such a great time at Rush Hour! We rented out the facility for a private event and had the place to ourselves for the evening. After 3 rounds of go-karting, we played arcade games and ate some food. We have the tex mex catering and the chicken was very good. This is a great place to bring friends or family and just have a good time.

We've only been here twice and each time was for my middle son's bday. He invites a few of his friends and they hang out for hours. They really enjoy themselves and now that they are older they're able to race with the adults, which means complete competition! The prices are a little high, but I found out it's cheaper to buy a membership and get the races at a membership rate. $20 for an 8 minute race which goes kinda quick, so if you don't want to keep paying $20 to race each time, you can buy the membership for $20 ( good for a year) and get the races discounted. Also M-F, 12-5pm is kind of like a happy hour. If you're a member the races are only $11 and if you purchase 3, you get the 4th free. Which is what I did bc I had 4 teenagers. The boys really enjoyed themselves. They always do a briefing before racing, which is good. Then you have a little break in between your races. The boys raced for about an hour, including the breaks in between, but overall they really had an awesome time! SN: if you're into the newest craze of Axe Throwing, they recently added this. I believe it's $5.

Rush Hour Karting is a fun yet professional environment to hang out with friends eat great food and race against friends of all skill levels. This place wpuld be great for birthday parties or corporate functions or even to go by yourself and race different people.

We had limited time and they were sparsely populated on a Saturday afternoon. We were rookies to the track and they walk you through proper procedure and safety. Stuff like no bumping and ramming other drivers. Common sense stuff. Someone else mentioned the racy decor in the bathrooms, but it was not porn and just sort of campy. The staff was okay, nice, mostly kids so you get what their wages pay for. No bad experience really. So the cool thing is the cars are fast. Some dude was telling us you might hurt your back, but I never felt in any discomfort. The cars were really cool and they give you a solid helmet and neck brace so you're protected. You do a hell of alot of skidding/drifting with these cars and you have to anticipate the corners. Not sure if I'd always pay $22 a ride, but the membership is designed to get you in there more for less costly rides. Worth it a first time and if I lived close would probably spend the membership money. Yes, there are lots of video/arcade games there, which we ignored. Racing was the reason for going.

The track was fun, challenging it if you're competitive, but easy enough to cruise around if you're not.

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

The price of games and rides is not worth it. They are ridiculously expensive for carnival rides,…read moreand the games are often not operating correctly. This place is such a rip-off. My daughter occasionally convinces me to go here and I'm reminded every time that I hate it. I will say, however, that my interactions with the staff are pleasant. They're friendly and helpful. They are only reason this isn't a 1 star review. Stars and Strikes is a much better deal for similar fun imo.

Addie and Michael are worth their weight in gold…read more We were new to Raleigh while planning our wedding and Addie was full of the information we were looking for. Addie knows every single person, vendor, and reputation in the NC wedding world. She will tell you why they will and why they won't work for you- and give you honest direction. She is reputable and people know her name for the right reasons. We considered it insurance in our investment when we realized that every vendor we contacted after her had nothing but good things to say. Networking really matters and there were more than a handful of times where working with Addie significantly benefitted us when it came to business doings with other vendors. Addie is assertive, personable, likable, directive, organized, and timely. She excels as a wedding planner. Her problem-solving skills are untouched. She shrinks everything to size and comes up with solutions and backup plans on the spot. I can't imagine what it would take to frazzle her- she is so confident and well versed in what she does. And worth adding: Addie and Michael are truly fun to be around. If you can't tell where this is going- it's a 10/10, would use again in a heartbeat, best vendor we booked kind of review. Dogwood delivers exactly as contracted and promised. Addie and Michael are well worth your investment. You will be extremely satisfied.
