In customer service I kept getting the run around - not in the paperwork - when right on the website it specifically says when you order this set a nightstand is included IN THE PAPERWORK. I never received a paper receipt, the manager said it would be emailed, I never got the email. I was never shown an itemized list, he said it would be emailed, I never got the email. Turns out I did not order the "set" only a bed and dresser separately, no nightstand. The salesman claims I said I didn't want the nightstand so he wrote everything up separately. The only thing I ever stated I did not want was the mirror. Based on the showroom floor and the website I assumed I was ordering the set which INCLUDED the nightstand. This could have been cleared up if I had actually been walked through the order AT THE STORE. When writing up the order the salesman forgot to include the mattress, then the railings, etc. Then he wrote everything up separately, total screw up. Total mass confusion and I in good conscience cannot recommend this store. Steer clear. Should be negative stars!

She was only trying to help her self and kept basically telling me to spend more money. Which wasn't very helpful and a little rude. I had to keep saying no and it was just awkward. After I finally purchased what I wanted.. the delivery process was a nightmare. I had to wait over a month for my pieces to be ready. And once they were finally ready to deliver, my dresser was scratched all over, and they brought the wrong night stands! So then I continued to wait another 3 weeks to get a new nightstand. And then another week on top of that to get a replacement for my dresser. Was just not and overall good experience and sadly don't think I will ever purchase from Ashley furniture again. Also, I know the delivery people are contracted out, but they were not professional at all. They actually dropped one of the dressers when delivering the replacement. They weren't in uniform, it was very unprofessional. Not happy with my overall experience. And wouldn't recommend shopping and buying there.

I bought the Speed Queen TR5 which comes with a five year warranty. It is built with steel gears and transmission. It has a ceramic coating of the drum instead of plastic like everyone else does these days. It has no lid lock except during the spin cycle. My old Maytag which wore out after 7 years took five minutes to unlock after canceling the cycle. The Speed Queens do not connect to the internet. To me it's just more things that need maintenance. The TR5 is just a simple, strong, sturdy, commercial grade, laundromat quality washer. That's all I want. Wash my clothes for 20 years like they used to make them. This washer is just that. I walked in at 10 am, confirmed they had the machine in stock (23 were just shipped in which kind of proves it's the correct unit to buy), and made the purchase. The primary reason I chose Grand is because they use their own delivery people, not third parties like the big box stores do. Delivery was inexpensive considering they hauled off the old worn out machine. 100% satisfied.
