There was a very tall man working in the shrub area who approached me for help and showed me exactly what I came for and explained how to take care of it. He also pointed out that they have a one year guarantee on their perennials for one price or you could pay the lower fee and take the plant as is. The snag I ran into with my family was how rude the front end staff was. We were glared at and not greeted. Then when it was time to cash out my mom asked one of the cashiers if she was open. The cashier rolled her eyes made a face and said yeah as though the last thing she wanted to do was cash us out. Her attitude was incredibly rude and disgusting!! The cashier that cashed me out wasn't much better. She didn't take the time to explain the difference between the 1yr guarantee and the as is price she just charged me the higher price without regard. Over all it's a great store for all of your planting needs they just need some customer service support intervention ASAP!! I would go again. I just hope the front end staff is nicer!

I found many phenomenal ideas, but unfortunately, my cabinets aren't conducive to most of the exceptional products I saw. On a positive note, I found many containers that will improve my linen and bedroom closets, along with my kitchen areas. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly as I was browsing. My issue with customer service is the office manager Terry- if she wasn't still the office manager- I would put them at 5 stars. I am hoping my issue with her is isolated because Bill is great. He has now taken care of any issues I had in an efficient and friendly manner. He is very knowledgeable and hands on and the company has a wide range of products. We have black out honeycomb upstairs in the bedrooms that can come down from the top or up from the bottom (see pictures). They are super neat!
