Not sure the owner even reads the reviews as all of Reliable's responses to reviews are worded the same. I also reported them to the BBB as scammers and fraudsters for the fraudulent charge on my credit card. I threw them off my property a year ago and transferred monitoring of my generator to Rack Electric. Reliable had to transfer the monitoring to Rack and therefore Reliable's claim that it was unaware that it had been fired a year ago is a flat out BALD FACED LIE, which is not unexpected based upon my past dealings with this sloppy, unethical company. The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer.
