This location has the french onion dip! I repeat, this location has the french onion dip! This is not a drill. Do not waste another moment. Get in some form of transportation and get here. THEY HAVE THE FRENCH ONION DIP! Why is this such huge news? Well, supposedly due to low sales, Runza has discontinued selling the french onion dip at ALL of their Omaha metro area locations. ALL. Of. Them. So for us Runza lovers who love that french onion dip, the trips to Runza have been missing that special something. So on my last trip to Omaha, we decided to drive all the way out here. Yes, for Runza. For a Runza with the french onion dipping sauce. And damn if it wasn't completely 100% worth it. This location is quite small. There were literally exactly two staff working here during our visit. Two staff to take counter orders, drive-thru orders, cook everything, package everything, and yet somewhere try to clean everything. So yes, the dining tables and floor needed some TLC. But that is far from the fault of the staffers. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by a super friendly staffer. The service was absolutely outstanding. Like, I don't think I've ever described a fast food service experience as outstanding. It was here. The Runzas are a must. You need to experience the classic, of course. But I am fan of their cheeseburger Runza. It's the perfect combo allowing to me have both a Runza experience and enjoy their awesome burgers - all in one item. And damn if their fries and rings aren't some of the best you'll get at a fast food place. ESPECIALLY WITH THE FRENCH ONION DIP. The french onion dip just makes it. I could dip their crinkle fries in french onion dip all day long. Hell, I could eat their french onion dip with a spoon all day and be the happiest gal around. The french onion dip is THAT good. THEY HAVE THE FRENCH ONION DIP!

    Runza's chili

Just had Runza today, had the chili. I don't know what it was but it wasn't Runza's chili!! Only place it belongs is in the trash. If I had to guess they ran out and went and grab some crap brand at the grocery store. This Runza place is a crap shoot, been there before and was told I could only order one runza then they changed their mind and said I couldn't they didn't have any? WTH? Maybe they should change their name to Runza Lotto, or the Occasional Runza, Where's the Runza. And now a new one the Nasty Chili? Lmao.

    Cheese Runza Sandwich

Awful, how do people eat this? Onion rings are good, but the runza has to be the worst thing I've ever tasted.

"LARGE Frings" after waiting 10+ minutes. Restaurant was not busy, kitchen staff appeared extremely disorganized.

Runza is always great. This was a pretty typical Runza experience. The food was very good. The drive thru service was friendly.

My husband and I are currently suffering from a really nasty case of food poisoning from this restaurant. Eat at your own risk.

This is a MUST TRY kinda place if you find yourself anywhere close to Woodcliff Lake. Being that it was our first visiting here, our server Ainsley was very patient with us and gave us time to look over the menu. We both opted for the house salad to start. Very good!! Being that it was Thursday and every Thursday is burger night, we both ordered the house special the " I dip, you dip, we French dip". It's an all beef burger topped with roast beef , grilled onions and Swiss cheese. Served with a your choice of sides and a bowl of as Au Jus . I'm going to go out on a limb here and honestly say that I cannot remember a time that I had a better burger than this. It wasn't all the French dip toppings that made it so memorable, it was the beef patty that was cooked and seasoned to perfection. This lends us to believe that all their burgers are going to be amazing. We will be going back.

We made a reservation for 5 PM when they opened on a Friday night. My first good impression of this restaurant was their well dressed and mannered staff. The hostesses and servers were ready for us! The coat rack up front is a nice touch too. We were seated next to the window with a beautiful snowy view of downtown Lincoln. Our server was so sweet and made sure we had a wonderful first dining experience. All of the food was fantastic. Our favorite dishes were the parsnip soup and blood orange toast. I think their menu changes monthly because it was printed. The drinks were okay. I got a non alcoholic cucumber "martini". My husband got a Moscow mule, but it was too tart for his taste. If we ordered drinks again in the future, we would try something else. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot! Thank you chefs for the amazing food and staff for a memorable dinner.

Brought water and menus and a short time later took our order. It was right about here our waitress dwindled. Not sure if to many tables, to far apart or what the issue was but it became obvious. I initially had a diet Pepsi, and then switching to a pomegranate lemonade. It was delicious. At one point everyone was out of drink and had been for awhile and no food had arrived so one of my family went looking for help. We saw other servers often. Just not ours. Drinks and food came. First mine and my wife's. Then later the other 2 in our party. First thing I noticed was my burger looked old. I felt the edge and it was cool. Ripped off the bun and so was the center. Now I hate hate sending food back. But I cut my burger and it was not only cold but rock hard. I had no choice. I couldn't eat that. They remade it and brought me a new burger and fries. It was plane but quite good. Normally piedmont is spot on. Just not today.

I didn't drink, but my friends had lots of lovely concoctions floating around. We shared the Parmesan Sirloin Fondue as an appetizer and WOW--this was a favorite. The house-made green chile cheese dip is basically a spicy, savory roux topped with crispy steak tips. It was rich, a little spicy, and incredibly satisfying. I really loved this and would absolutely order it again. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and it came with a nice, thick piece of chicken--always appreciated. The San Marzano tomato sauce was good and flavorful, and the dish was well-balanced overall. I'm a little picky about breading, and I didn't love it but flavor-wise it's spot on. I had total plate envy for the teriyaki steak bowl. It looks phenomenal and I will definitely be ordering that next time. One friend had the Moody Bleu Burger (without the jalapeños) and said it was still a bit spicy but tasty overall. Another friend ordered the Veggie Burger, and she said it was really good. She often orders veggie burgers and felt this one held its own. Someone else at the table compared it to the veggie burger at Leadbelly, with high praise. The Bistro Burger was also a hit flavor-wise--Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms worked well together--but the only downside was that the bottom bun got pretty soggy. Fleetwood is definitely worth checking out, and it's a little bit tricky to find, but it's right under the bridges under O St.
