Information provided on the page (especially the FAQs) made me feel more at ease prior going into the appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the "Recovery Time" section of the FAQs as it gave a timeline of the healing process. Moreover, the website also allowed me to contact her directly via email for further questions I had before committing to the procedure. Instructions An appointment confirmation email was sent to me with pre & post care instructions and included vital information on WHAT NOT TO DO to ensure the procedure goes smoothly.  Post procedure instructions was provided PRIOR to the appointment and it made a difference as this allowed me to absorb the information early on. Coming from health care, I always start client discharge teaching from the time a client is admitted. I was able to experience this as a client and it truly made a difference in information retention. The Artist Angelia Tran has a professional and calm demeanor - she was able to address any questions and concerns I had. She definitely ensured I was 100% satisfied with the brow consultation prior to commence with the procedure and I am truly glad she did as this is a face I'll be wearing everyday! But what set it apart from the 4th Street FL was the massive space of this location! Once you walked past the cozy entry way and wax rooms, the spa opens up into a large open space with high ceilings. I was the only guest on a Monday morning and more than relished the quiet, comfortable open space but even during busy evenings, the space was so large many people could be in and still be comfortable. Can you imagine the possibilities for Bachelorette parties and girls nights in here?! Beyond the space, the service was absolutely fantastic. The name of my manicurist escapes me now, but she is the trainer and made my entire experience perfect from start to finish. I was served tea right as I sat down and she did a fantastic job with my nails. FL is definitely a go to for nails in my neighborhood. The prices are higher than some of those cheap asian places, but being pampered for an hour with skilled and trained techs who know their stuff is worth the additional $15- $20 in my mind. I had tried another place in this tiny Alberta town, but they were booked up. The Cutting Crew was available for a walk-in. The haircut was fast.
