The manager Theresa took 5 days to get back to me, which she then responded with "you told the stylist you liked it, so if you want it changed, you will have to pay for another service." Even after I had explained why I told the stylist I liked it in the first place. I was told not to worry, my hair would fade, well almost a month later.. It still has not faded. I will never be returning here.

I've been fortunate enough to have them done in every major City in the world. My Attendant was young and very knowledgeable and skillful with every move she made. The pedi was in my personal Top 5 in the last ten years. The pedi was a total Luxury that felt 5 star from the start to Finish. Now the Mani again from start to finish in My Top 5 !!! The venue isn't the most decorated and it's not the most extravagant looking place either (okay you probably wouldn't even glance at it twice if you saw the place), but it's clean and quaint. And a big plus: the prices are very affordable! The couple that runs the place is sweet and really cares about their customers and they make sure they do a good job.
