I got 3 quotes to replace the windshield in my vehicle. One price was $645 from a glass company in Fort Worth, another from the dealership for $850 and one from Runnels Glass. We went with Runnels because they were between the other two but they were closer than the company in Fort Worth. Picked up the car and paid the invoice. About an hour later, my wife gets a call that they made a mistake and we owed and additional $140. I'm in my 50s and this is the first time in my life that I regret not going to the dealership because they would have been cheaper. Runnels offered to refund some money to match the dealer's price but they were unwilling to honor the price they quoted. I'm very disappointed. I had them remove a wrap on my van and it still had residue left from the removal and had to take it back twice. Once to get most of the residue off. (they still didn't get it all off). They were given a diagram of where to place the new stickers and they did not follow the instructions so we had to have more stickers printed and have them put it on. They did go back and put them on at no charge and did a good job the second time around. read more

Dropped my truck off today to get tinted. Walked up the street to the Pizza Hut to wait for my ride home. Saw a worker get in my truck, pull out of the driveway, drive down Henderson, park my truck at the gas station in front of the store, go inside and purchase things, and than drive the back way to the shop. I called and notified the ladies in the office, they stated he's never down this before and such, but I'm sure he has, only this time, he got caught. I went back and go my truck. Did not have them conduct the service. This is the most careless and unprofessional experience I've ever had. I wouldn't trust anyone to touch any of my vehicles at this location. If I wasn't there to watch and catch him, I would have never known. But like others, I don't have insurance that covers people that want to "joy ride" in my truck and drive it around for their personal use when I'm expecting my truck to be worked on and handled with care. I won't pay someone $300 for window tint when there's no professionalism or care when handling my truck. I'm sure if I was to allow for the service to be down, him knowing I caught him, he'd probably do something to my truck being upset he was caught. So nope, I won't be using this company EVER and I even was referred by a friend, I called and told them about it and they were shocked. I hope this is evaluated by the company and the techs are better managed and reprimanded for this type of careless and unprofessional level of "customer service." read more

I am NOT one to leave reviews, but this had to be said. On the way to work yesterday, my windshield was hit by a rock from a passing gravel truck.. very bad & pretty deep into the glass. I called Runnels that afternoon & asked about repair Billy Amos told me to just run it up there & he would look at it & see what they could do, so I did he told me the repair would probably not work because of the size & significance of the chip, he was right Alejandro attempted to repair but it was beyond repair. We went back into the office where Kylee Martin quickly got on the phone to get me a price on a new windshield. Took it in this morning & less than 24 hours after my initial call I had a brand new windshield & was on my way. I can't Thank Billy & Kylee enough for the speedy service, attention to detail & overall GREAT customer service. I will return for all future glass needs. I think from initial phone call, to dropping my vehicle off, and the call to pick it up...speaks for itself. I called at 10 am. Left my info. Got called back in 10 min. Dropped vehicle off at 1pm. Got the call to pick it up at 2:47 pm. For those of you that haven't had to get a windshield replaced before that is CRAZY FAST ! Plus, the office staff was helpful and *gasp* was actually nice! This is the second time having a windshield replaced on two separate vehicles. Both times damage to the interior. First time, broke plastic around mirror. (I thought maybe just an accident). Second time, gouge in visor and temp/compass does not work on mirror. Neither time did they mention that anything had happened. They are careless and do not take caution with your vehicle. read more

An apt is setup for convenience of both the shop and the customer. It took an hour to get my vehicle in after set apt time. Im told that the guys were "really busy." I walked around the side of the shop and looked. 3 guys are standing around chatting. Walk further, another guy is standing at a bench just txting and drinking a soda. If it was "lunchtime", I get that. Everyone NEEDS a good lunchbreak. But don't BOOK AN APT DURING EMPLOYEES' LUNCHTIME. Tint seems to be ok(though prices are absolutely, INSANELY, expensive... Get a quote if you don't believe me. Its flat insulting.) I will also ad that this is the 1st tint job Ive ever gotten where they didnt put a lil warning sticker not to roll down windows for 24hrs. Or AT LEAST a piece of tape over the switches. If Id had my choice of where I could send my company truck, it would had never been here. Another example of a small town monopoly. There is no competition, so they couldnt care less about "service". Where else ya gonna go? Had to return, against my will. Whatcha know? Slow as Christmas, again..........Hate this place.... Complete turn around from the past. Lifetime warranty on tint justifies prices. Also the lifetime warranty on labor installation on the autoglass is worth the little bit of extra weight time. Also much quicker turn around on small glasswork items like table tops and picture frames window frames ect tjan in the past read more
