I had already arranged my ride to go with me so I could leave my car to get serviced and not have to wait out there for 3 hrs. When I arrived to pick up my car I opened the door and the car was a huge mess there were pieces everywhere from the tint there were run drops from whatever they sprayed all over my dash and car doors the floor was all white and dirty. The work was overall sloppy to where I had to go get my car detailed. I was LIVID!!!! It took everything in me to not leave a bad review but I told myself I never have to come back here so just leave it alone! I don't know why they never tint the front windows, maybe so the dealership can charge you $400 to do it? I said "No Thanks!" to the dealership, and figured I would just get a local shop to do it for cheap. I picked Mirage because of their convenient location. When I arrived the manager was very professional and courteous. The inside of the business has just the bare necessities, (I'll attempt to upload a couple photos here) but I suppose that's not really important so long as they have great customer service and competitive pricing. They do have a small waiting room big enough for maybe 8 people, with an old 27" tube TV, but hey it works. It was outdated but clean so no big deal. They were in the process of finishing up with another customer, then got to work on the Soul. I would say I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. After they were done with the work, I noticed the back windows were down (it's a 4 door and they were only tinting the front windows) so I asked about that and they said they do that just in case the keys get locked inside. Great idea! The manager, sorry I can't recall his name, also went over the care and treatment of the tint before I left. It looks great, the price was super low, and my wife loves the new look of her Kia so I'm a happy customer. I'll be sure to bring our next new car in for a tint. Thanks guys!

After driving it for 2 weeks as-is, I realized the windows had to be tinted ASAP. After shopping around and getting quotes I narrowed it down and contacted them to schedule. Tint Experts where fully booked a week out when I contacted them but it needed to get done so I scheduled and asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations and I could get in sooner. I got my car windows tinted two days later. Now, I was looking for a good quality tint, that would not bubble or fade with time but I was also looking for someone knowledgeable. The back windows have the original manufacturers privacy glass & I didn't want a huge noticeable grade variation between my back and front windows. Gavin was great! As soon as I walked in, he showed me the different Tint grading, demonstrated the heat variation between the level of tints they offer, he listened to my concerns & what my expectations were. Then I personally saw him take extra measures to calculate the rating on my existing privacy glass vs the tint I had picked for the front to achieve a consistent look & grade throughout my entire vehicle. Their tint has a lifetime warranty & I was told that if I replace a window, they will replace the tint, so you're definitely getting the most value for your money & your tint will be covered for as long as you own your vehicle. I called Gavin on a Tuesday and by the following week he was in my home installing the tint. We could not be happier with the results. The drop in temperature in extremely noticeable. He gave me a quote over the phone based on the measurements I provided and the photos I sent via text. It took two guys about 5 hours to do 14 large windows. The pricing was very reasonable. He answered when I called, he showed up when he was supposed to and the work was excellent. Really good decision to call these guys.
