To be fair, this business did an excellent job on my new car in 2018 which is why brought my brand new car to have the windows tinted. I got the UV tint and the warranty. There were bubbles left on some of the windows, but the amount of bubbles left on the sunroof were unacceptable. I took my car back to have the windows fixed twice. The last time I took the car back to be fixed is when I experienced the worse customer service and experience ever. My tint not only still has bubbles, my headliner in my brand new car was burned while the owner tried to fixed the sunroof. When I was told what happened, I asked for a refund and was told I would not get my money back. I asked how the issue would be resolved and was told "it is what it is" and I was told to leave. I still have not received an apology or any resolution. Word to the wise, keep driving pass this business and find a more reputable business for your tint.

Called and made an appointment to get some subwoofers added to my truck. First red flag when I…read morearrived another customer was chewing on the owner for poor quality of work performed by one of his employees. Owner told the guy he could not remedy the issue until next week, as they were fully booked up. 2nd red flag was the disgusting bathroom with a ton of trash in the floor because there was no trash can. I ignored the signs, and allowed them to do the work anyways. When I inspected the work I found that they put a new hole through my fire wall for the power wire to the amplifier, rather than using the harness grommet supplied by GM six inches away from new hole, and the fuse was just left hanging between the fender, and battery. When they reinstalled my pillar trim it was put back incorrectly causing a binding issue with the seat belt. They also had not provided the speaker grills I had requested, which they did correct, only for me to discover later they only used 4 of the 8 screws to install, and the screws used were too short to properly hold the grills, which over time came loose, and rattled (see pictures). The kUsTum box that they charged $400 dollars for is made out of 3/8" or 7/16" plywood, and only carpeted, on the front, top and sides very poorly. Bottom and back of box are just wood. My GM has an 8-10" wide hump in the floor, and rather than a box that fits, this box just sits on the hump, and has a large gap under both ends,(notice it floating In the picture with the tape measure). Also rather than using a proper wire connection for the speakers, they just drilled a hole through the back of the box to get the wiring from the amp to the subs. Tried reaching out, but they rarely answer the phone. Amateur quality at a premium price. Buyer beware.
