After declining service they tried to offer a lower price on "labor" but it's no where near it should be for a small repair on a $30 part online. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. That said, every other pawn shop I've ever dealt with has offered store credit for items that didn't function upon purchase. These guys didn't do that. They said I should have paid more for the peace of mind warranty if I wanted to be protected. Though I've bought here for years, I won't be back.
