Paul is always super quick to get back to me with quotes and has always been available by phone or email to answer any of my questions. Cassie at the front desk has been super helpful as well. I've gone in on a number of occasions to look at proofs and she's always happy to give her advice on different paper types, finishes, colors, etc. She recently called me with a concern on one of my designs and helped me correct it so I wouldn't have to print my whole job twice.
