She is amazing! Sometimes, my eyes water way too much, and 24 hours later she'll fix them. She is so accommodating and a great person to chat with while getting them done. As a comparison, I've been to another salon, and it felt that the "relationship" was too sterile...the stylist didn't want to talk, and told me it was too hard to do lashes with me talking...so, I stopped going.
