There isn't a system of when the letter arrives or does not arrive. No one from management responds to emails. Phone calls are not monitored either. If you choose to start your membership here, be aware of this. It left a very bad taste in my mouth so I would never return. Other than that, it is a typical gym.... Has what you "need", will have the usual over zealous amounts of people like any other place, trainers on site and decent monthly pricing with annual fee. Unsure if everyone has the same annual fee, but it is there.

What kind of gym is on the second floor??? But i decided to try it out. And it is AMAZING! Very big space. It had all the equipment i wanted. Full rack set, smith machine, deadlift rack. Dumbells. THEN A YEAR later my son who is now 18 is getting calls from debt collectors, not me him. I called today and the rude manager said sorry not our issue. I said he was a minor and she said "not anymore so we can go after him" ! Her only solution was to have us pay half of the $240 and then buy another yearly membership.!! That is the definition of Insanity!! My advice is NEVER sign up for a crunch gym, over priced con-artists that are the " Used Car Salesman " of the fitness industry. And when they said it can get crowded during the morning and evening times they lied again! It was so packed 70% of the time we would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to use a piece of equipment since they allow the members to sit on their phones in between using the machines. Most of the crowd is very young. They do offer lots of classes which I haven't tried but you need to pay for the most expensive membership to access those. I will say the biggest area for improvement this just general cleanliness in the gym, especially in the locker room. The locker room areas are about 10 degree warmer than the rest of the gym and always have a foul smell. Specially the sauna, it's hard to tell how frequently the locker rooms get cleaned because it is never pleasant in there. Many of them are extremely rusty, and some of the treadmills don't run very smoothly. The locker room could also use a bit of a refresh.
