They've since updated their equipment and their flooring, which is awesome. At the time that I attended, there was no open gym, which I know lots of people need to fit in a workout during the day. There's also no showers, so you can't wash after working out and head to work. But the owners are super sweet and down to earth, and so are the trainers. There's definitely a solid community there of people who encourage each other constantly. But it's not competitive, which makes it welcoming for newcomers like myself. I have a neck injury, and they worked with me to help me build strength without hurting myself. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym that isn't just full of people who are incredibly fit and intimidating, this gym is perfect. There are some people there who are super athletic and can life really heavy, but there's also a mixture of young and older people at all levels of fitness. You'll fit in no matter how much experience you have with the gym.
