At night, please get the lights in the parking lot fixed!!!! 2. When it is at the peak moments it is very hard to find parking spots 3. Treadmills seem to be down a lot 6. So I've been to 3 EOS locations that include Riverview, Sarasota, and Tampa, Riverview I would say is pretty solid in that the amount of equipment and amenities are exceptional especially given the low $30 a month fee although you do have to pay $10 for towels which I don't think Is a dealbreaker. I mean someone has to get paid to do the laundry I guess. They have a t bar row machine that I love but my favorite is the one for lateral raises for shoulders which you wont find in Crunch or might be hard pressed to find those anywhere else for that matter. It's nice being in a gym that basically has anything you can think of and more. I also love the deep tissue massage chairs. I can sit in those all day. The temperature in the gym is always perfect too. This gym though is not without its cons. Had a couple personal trainers there and I can't say they were that knowledgeable or helpful. Also when i signed up for a trainer i was asked how much I can afford and that became the agreed upon plan. I probably couldve said less and saved more for all I know. it's like going into a dealership and not really knowing what their true bottom line is. But they do let you suspend it for 1 month and $25 for each additional month if down the line you can't afford it but you will probably get billed 1 more time before the suspension begins. You also can just call the gym to do it. You don't need to provide anything in writing or go through their customer service line which I think is outsourced. Also for some reason the soap dispensers in the showers aren't always full and one of the dispensers looks like a dog ate it. You'll see what I mean lol. At peak times the gym can be fairly crowded especially in the afternoon on weekends. I also think the front desk crew can afford to loosen up and be more engaging. But overall though this a lovely gym with some room for improvement. read more

This EōS facility is amazing? This gym has great amenities and is spacious. The staff at this location were very accommodating and provided superior customer service. I have to admit, this particular EōS facility surpassed my expectations compared to other big box gyms with how well maintained the equipment was and the quality of the locker rooms. Fellow gym members at this facility appeared to be patient and courteous, patrons wiped down machines after using them and allowed others to finish workout sets without interrupting them. Their indoor pool, saunas, and massage area were great! I hope that this facility continues to provide top tier services for years to come. I would recommend visiting this facility. read more

EOS Sarasota - Group Fitness Concerns My experience with EOS Sarasota has been disappointing. The District Group Fitness Manager frequently changes group fitness requirements, inconsistently enforces rules, and does not respond to emails from concerned members. Members have also been asked to show their personal cell phones, which raises legitimate privacy concerns. When these issues were escalated to the EOS Operations Manager, there was no meaningful follow-up. More concerning, there appears to be no clear way for members to escalate unresolved complaints to corporate management. EOS needs greater consistency, accountability, communication, and respect for members' privacy. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. In September 2025, we requested cancellation of two EOS Fitness memberships. ABC Fitness Solutions, which handles billing and membership services for EOS, provided written instructions stating that a payment of $116.92 was required to complete the cancellation process. We paid that amount as instructed and reasonably believed everything had been taken care of. Months later, we discovered that one of the accounts had been sent to collections. After numerous phone calls and emails, we were told that there had been a communication issue during the cancellation process. ABC Fitness and EOS now claim that a separate balance existed on the account prior to cancellation. However, that was never clearly communicated to us when we were given the instructions on what was required to complete the cancellation. What has been most disappointing is not just the original issue, but the lack of follow-through afterward. Multiple representatives and supervisors have advised that they would provide updates, review the matter, or contact us with next steps. Despite repeated assurances, those follow-ups never happened. My concern is simple: customers should be able to rely on the billing and cancellation instructions provided by the company's authorized membership servicing provider. If additional amounts are owed, that information should be clearly communicated before an account is sent to collections. Based on my experience, What should have been a simple membership cancellation became a lengthy dispute involving customer service, management, and a collection agency and is still going on. One of the biggest highlights for me has been working with my trainer, Perry. He's knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in his clients' progress. He takes the time to explain movements, correct form, and tailor workouts specifically to my goals. He really knows how to push you and challenge your limits in a way that still feels safe and purposeful. Honestly, there's never been a single session I've walked out of feeling like I didn't get my money's worth, learn something new, or build more confidence in my fitness goals.  Because of that, it's disappointing to hear that management may place limitations on what trainers can do. From a member's perspective, it feels like there's untapped potential. Trainers like him could be even more effective with more flexibility and support. Best thing about this gym is probably is the membership proce. Probably should fix the treadmills that are all broken. 5 of them broken leaves very many left for as many members that come to this gym. Oh! And the ones that do work, please make sure they're actually balanced. I left several times with a sore knee because the treadmills that do work wobble. I go to this gym in the morning just to try to get somewhat of a workout in as I isn't as chaotic like it is in the evening. I've been to this gym a couple times now. I'm also a member. I like how it's spaced out and I like that there are a story of machines to use. There's a kids club to have your kids watched (for a monthly fee) while you work out, a pool, an exterior covered workout area and aerobic class area. There are benefits to my membership that I have yet to fully utilize. The gym parking lot gets pretty full which sucks because you're competing for spots with the Target shoppers. Inside, I haven't had issues with finding cardio equipment to use when I go in but sometimes have to wait for the strength training equipment. Definitely need more of those machines! They could use more sanitary stations so that we could wipe down the machines prior/after to using them. Also, they don't recycle. That sucks since so many people drink water and/or use plastic containers while working out. read more

Gym is absolutely trash. The sauna never works. So anytime you want to spend 20 minutes in the sauna you can have to call the front desk. Wait 10 minutes for them to turn it on. Then wait another 10-20 minutes for it to heat up. Then enjoy your 20 min sauna session. So you have to set aside an hour and a half to enjoy the sauna it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm better off paying for a cheaper gym with no sauna or paying a little more for LA Fitness where I used to be a member and never ever had any issues. Be careful if you're considering signing up for personal training at the Riverview, FL location!! I got involved with EOS due to my son being given the run around when he tried to cancel his personal training membership. My 19-year-old son went on a tour of the gym on 2/24 and scheduled his complimentary personal training session for 2/27. He was told he had a three-day trial and could cancel if he wanted to within that timeframe. On 2/25, he had second thoughts and went in person to cancel. The person at the front desk told him that it was fine to cancel but he can still go to the training session on 2/27 since it's complimentary. He went to the session and even though he liked it, he still decided to cancel. He's young and doesn't want to spend $88 every two weeks, especially since he'll be leaving for the Air Force this year and would like to save as much as he can before he goes. After the second charge, we contacted his bank to dispute the charge and changed his card number. However, he's being harassed by the billing department who of course is threatening to send him to collections. My husband and myself have gone to EOS several times to try to get this straightened out. I spoke in person to a personal training manager named Jennifer who doesn't seem to have any integrity. She lied to my face!!! At first, she said 2/24 was his complimentary session and the second session on 2/27 was why he started getting billed. Keep in mind that the first session was actually a tour and the 2/27 session was his complimentary session. Once I clarified that with her, she said that he agreed on 2/27 to a freeze, which I then found out means that he would still pay for the first month (two bi-weekly payments of $88) and they would pause his sessions for a month. What actually happened is that when he tried to cancel on Friday, 2/27 which was technically the last day of the three-day trial, the manager (the infamous Jennifer) told him that he could wait until Monday to cancel. What she should've done was cancel it on Friday like he requested. Unfortunately, I only found out about this once he started getting charged. On Monday when he went again (3rd time requesting to cancel), he was told it was now past the three-day window to cancel and that he was locked into a freeze. Once the freeze was over, he would be forced to continue paying bi-weekly for 6 months. Of course, we were outraged by this considering my son had requested to cancel within the three days they claim they give you. Yesterday on 4/2, my husband went to EOS to find out more information. He requested the documentation that they were using to keep our son locked into the membership. This is how I came to realize that the manager named Jennifer lied when I was questioning her. On their own documentation, they issued a freeze on 2/24 (the day he did the tour), not on 2/27 like she told me. They also noted that he requested to cancel on 2/25 but claimed that they were able to save it because of his complimentary session on 2/27. When he requested to cancel the session on 2/25, he was willing to forego the session on 2/27 but was told that even though he was canceling, he can still go to the session because it's complimentary. Their own notes state that he requested again to cancel on 2/27 and also reflects his words that the manager told him that he could wait until Monday 3/2. Obviously, that was a blatant lie. The next set of notes when it was too late to cancel say that he is locked in per policy and that he was aware of the three-day trial. Clearly, he was aware, but EOS refused to honor his request multiple times. Today my husband and went back to EOS because he was told there would be a district manager we could speak to. When we got there, it just so happened that the district manager was about to go into a meeting which would last at least an hour. We spoke to someone at the front desk who was actually very nice and he told us that it's the manager of sales (James) that we would need to speak to who was also in a meeting. My husband left his number and asked that we receive a call back. Guess what??? We didn't receive a call back. I guess they think we have nothing better to do than to keep showing up at EOS trying to get this taken care of. Please do your research if you plan on doing business with EOS. Ask for proof of everything they tell you and be extra careful if you're dealing with Jennifer. I can't help but think she gets some kind of bonus or commission for suckering people into getting stuck in these contracts. She is ruthless and this company is unethical. read more

I am writing this review after days of sitting on it, I am a 32 year old single mom who was sexually harassed by one of the associates consecutively at this location and I believe it's my right to tell my story. I will not be naming names but the associate did have quite a bit of weight on him, I was logging in when said associate made a very inappropriate suggestive comment on my thighs. First off, BEAUTIFUL facility. Probably one of the nicest ones I've seen in a while. The price point is amazing for all that's included. 1) They won't honor the 7-day trial. You have to sign up for a membership FIRST (so why is that advertised???), unless i missed something in the fine print that says it's limited time only or something.... But i see comments where people did get the 7-day trial, meanwhile I was told very clear that it wasn't an option & that 3 days is the max i could try it and that the 3 days was a courtesy... 2) If you tell them you don't wanna sign up that day, be prepared for very snarky and rude responses, especially when talking to... i think his name was Matt. Yea. I'm wanting to reinvest in a gym membership after sitting out 5 months for an injury. I just moved to the riverview(ish) area & wanted to try this gym out (mostly because it's closer) before i committed to going back to my other gym. I saw the free 7-day pass thing online & figured I'd try it out a week before the 1st (cause if i like it, I'll sign up on the 1st cause i like my bills that way). The guy who gave me the tour was pretty cool. He asked if i wanted to sign up & simple. "I would like to do the 7-day trial first & try it out." To make this ever so long story short, Matt (who was not the guy that gave me the tour) told me they couldn't honor the trial. He said that the trial is over at the end of this month (it's June 24th though yall... let's math) & that Thursday (June 27th) was the latest I could try it out. But that he'd waive the $50 sign up fee if i sign up TODAY, & if by Thursday i didn't like it they'd refund it & it just makes more sense to save money & pay less signing up on the spot. I told him it wasn't about saving money or anything financial, that I didn't plan on putting money into any gym until the 1st (so that every month it comes out on the 1st). I just wanna see if going to THAT gym, at the time i go every morning, is more convenient than my usual. Given that a week trial is something thats actively marketed, i didn't think it'd be that hard. I did not go in with the intention of signing a contract that day, simple. Matt scoffs & is like "ok it's not a financial thing but you wanna wait until the first..." yikes, Matt. I spent 45 minutes in that gym, not even to work out but waiting and waiting & really just wanting to try out the free 7 days... and i probably (more than likely) would have signed up at the end of it. But bad customer service is really really bad for biz yall. Again, nice facility. So if you're gonna do it, i say go for it. On my way to join LAFitness, saw EOSFitness. Went into the Riverview location by Target for a tour. Pro: The fitness center is nice. Very clean, with lots of nice machines and amenities, so I decided to sign up. There is a monthly fee to start then a monthly + a annual fee they charge you 30days after your first month. I was also attracted to the open 24hrs access. Con: I didn't like being told I would receive a free body composition and my blue band that gives me access to the massage chair room and other amenities after a mandatory scheduled visit never happened. My time limited and important. Especially since I care for an elderly family member. Showing up for a early morning appointment with a No Show trainer is disheartening. The on boarding process has been unsatisfactory. No one could find my appointment set up by the salesperson. No one took the time to apologize for the mixup or offer to reschedule me. Talk about a first impression going down the drain as a brand new fitness member. I tried to ask if I could get some assistance with getting my blue band and set that up to access what I paid for? I was handed the band taken to a area that had some machines and said to sign up there. No guidance or explanation Geez are they just short staffed or Monet hungry? I'm still in shock to be honest. After I had enough of the habadashery, I left to head home. 4hrs later some one reached out saying, it was their first day at the location and they were unable to log into the computer system to see there schedule for the day. So that means my appointment was in the system. Not sure how the others didn't see it but the new representative could. WTH!!! I understand mistakes happen, so I agreed to reschedule with this person. Hmmm should have taken the 1 strike as a signal. So as you guessed I signed up again to meet with this trainer for a welcome workout and get this band registered to enjoy the services I'm paying extra money to use. Well, no show again. Wow! For a gym that opened up less than a year ago they have quite a bit of machines that are not working. The amenities: The bathrooms are usually a bit messy the times I have gone to use them. The locker room is a good size. They also have free passcode protected lockers right when you walk in which is very convenient, if you don't have your own lock. One thing that's pretty annoying is how the paper towel machines are almost always broken or not filled. The same with the spray bottles. They do offer an unlimited towel service for $10 a month. The sauna isn't quite as big compared to the size of the gym. They have a recovery room as well with Hydro massage beds. Theres a machine called the Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner and it provides measurements like muscle mass, fat mass, water, and minerals, specific to you etc. this service however is only available with specific memberships using a wrist band that you scan and is provided to you when you sign up. I really like the different ab machines they have. They provide a wide range of group fitness classes. There's an outside area with turf called the jungle which I really enjoy but is pretty packed most of the time. They have a cycle room and another room where the other group fitness classes are held. However I don't like that they close it after the last class so you're not able to go in and workout in private like Crunch offers. By far my favorite thing has to be the cardio theater room. They have three rows with different cardio machines, and a projector that plays movies throughout the day. This makes cardio go by quick and enjoyable. Childcare: They offer childcare as well and they have TV screens where you can watch your kid. You can reserve this service online thru their EŌS app. Parking: Parking does suck because they share it with the Target that's in the same plaza. This EOS is great, but there are some areas that need to be improved. I'm currently contemplating my exit from membership here. The personal trainers are great, the gym is always clean, the staff is friendly. There is some equipment that seems to always be out of service but this has improved drastically over the past 6 months. Equipment is repaired much faster than in the past. My only complaint is their memberships are a little sketchy. I've had a personal trainer with them since they first opened. I cancelled that contract well after it was completed as it was on a month to month. However, I'm 4 payments past the cancellation and I'm still being charged for training although I've been told on multiple occasions that it's cancelled. My 2nd gripe is we have two memberships with them. Both memberships are automatically charged to the same credit card at the same time. However, one membership received a late payment fee even though it was charged and paid at the same time, on the same credit card as the 2nd membership. Stopped by the front desk and they we're 100% useless in correcting this issue. I only noticed the late fee because I dug into why our memberships had different charge amounts. We signed up at the same time, have the same level of membership etc.. But one membership is being charged a higher amount than the 1st. If the payment is late for one of the memberships, why does the 2nd membership charge appear on my credit card on the same exact day as the first? read more

I've had a membership at this gym for almost a year. It's a nice gym they have a variety of equipment and free weights. I and my husband were at crunch but we stopped our membership there and came to EŌS because EŌS has a kids club, which is the best part of the gym for me besides getting a good workout. They no longer take babies younger than 2 but I joined before they changed that policy so my 1 and 2 year old go and have fun while I work out. You can work out for up to 2 hours using their kids club as long as you book an appointment online prior. I can normally book the same day. It's also very reasonable price 20$ per child per month on top of your membership fee. Not a lot of gyms have a kids club so I really love it here. read more

The gym charged me for stuff they didn't know about and then made me contact their billing company to get it fixed and the billing company just bullshitted me and dodged my calls and emails so I never got my money back. The good is when you first come in they make you feel warm and welcome. This is the Riverview/Bloomingdale location in Florida. It's spacious and tons of equipment. The price for what you get is great compared to facilities in the area. The bad is I showed up for my 2nd appointment and body scan and the staff at the front desk let me stand there without acknowledging me as they finished there personal conversation. Then the guy Mike looked at me without a warm smile, or even a hello. He looked at me as if I interrupted his personal time. I said hi and his dry response was nothing. So I said I'm here for an appointment and again no smile, no personality he told me the person would be with me. After waiting 20min after my appointment I went back to counter and the same guy (Mike) didn't even come up once I motioned him to assist me. Asks again and he went behind the counter and said he's still with someone and asked if I could wait another 10min. Time is valuable, you don't get it back. A professional establishment would know this. I'm extremely disappointed, I was excited to tell and bring people here and now all I have to tell is how lousy this experience has been. Sorry I already referred the one person I referred. ****Update*****After 45min of waiting they never showed up for my appointment. Went back to a person I saw with a coach shirt on, her name was Sophia and she helped me with a few questions I had and show d me how to set up my EŌS bracelet and showed me how to use the massage chairs correctly. I have no idea why people are complaining about a gym being busy during 5-7pm! Of course it's gonna be busy. I go in the early mornings (5am) and it's not crowded at all. I've also been to the gym at 6pm on a weekday and yes, it's crowded but it wasn't like Crunch! Love this gym so much. It's huge and has I believe 6-7 squat/deadlift racks, a lot of space and an outdoor area with another 2 squat racks and a deadlift area! Can't say enough about this place. Parking isn't terrible either. If you park far, it's extra steps right? I feel like people who complain for the littlest things need to just have their own gym. read more

Super convenient location with a lot of equipment variety. It does get busy certain times of the day unless you go very early. Nice to see a few familiar faces who left Crunch and signed up here as well. The placement of paper towels/ spray bottles is distributed well around the gym and you don't have to walk far or search for them. Some cable machines may require tuning/adjustments as they tend to stick and do not operate smoothly. A few cable machines are already broken. Parking can be a pain as the lot size is small and you may have to park closer to Target. Haven't had much exposure with any staff members so I can't speak on that but they seem friendly. All in all their gym is a 5/5 for the convenience and super economical for all that you have access to! read more

I enjoyed working out at the gym, the Zumba classes were great until they canceled and changed times on some. I also had a personal trainer. My trainer was going to school and had to take a month off. They continued to charge me. I had a family emergency come up where I could no longer go to the gym and asked to cancel. A very nice lady helped me and canceled out the trainer-no refund on charges I paid. I thought my membership was cancelled-wrong. She only canceled the trainer. I had to cancel the gym membership separately. Why would she not tell me??? I paid 3 months before I realized they kept charging me. Good luck . No one calls you back and if it goes into the next month, you then have to pay that too to cancel or they will keep charging you. Then you have to cancel 30 days in advance so you get charged another month. I have paid 5 months for the membership I thought was canceled. I had to pay this month and next month or they wouldn't cancel. At this point, you are talking to an outside company who cannot do anything for you. Management with EOS is never available or helpful. I'm an older person with a lot of skeletal injuries and medical issues. I was needing someone to help get me stronger, and to feel better. A big SHOUT to Joel Rodriguez he has been an amazing trainer. His knowledge of how to stretch, training, and compassion is amazing. Joel has helped me even though I have been doing physical therapy and chiropractic work and acupuncture and have several batteries attached to my body, since I have been in my teens!!!! check him out. Dealing with managers to cancel your membership is a complete harassment. I requested an immediate cancellation due to a job transfer. My cancellation was submitted on June 28th. It was just five days prior to when I would be billed for my second month. The "manager", Irene said that Due to it, being an immediate cancellation would not be billed for the second month. It did. Now I'm waiting another 10 days to get my refund of $80, because she told me that she explained the situation correctly. And she did not. There is an "immediate" cancellation but the paperwork submitted has to be "approved", supposedly. Once it's approved (after five days), you wait another 5 business days for your refund. So in all, i'm going on fifteen days of waiting for a reimbursement. The staff at the front desk alone has no idea what they're doing, and the jackass (TJ) that left me on hold to speak with this manager for 15 minutes better learn the meaning customer service. Thought he was cute instead of getting back to me. I live around the corner and I was just pulling into the driveway when she answered as I would have rather not caused a scene at the gym. I would not recommend this gym to anyone unless you're a real muscle head and don't mind waiting around for the equipment to be used. It's constantly crowded. When they say they have afternoon classes, they do not. "Afternoon" classes start at five o'clock, where i'm looking for classes between 11:00 a.m. and 3;00 p.m. Riverview, FL. read more

I've been coming to this location since it opened and I love it. Here's my pros: -location (also a con) is very convenient and having target close is nice. -the staff: the staff is very friendly and there's always a staff member close by if you need assistance. When you come in, there is a high chance you will run into Ethan, Nathan, Nolan or Donavan. They are all amazing and very personable. No matter what kind of day I'm having I know I'm gonna walk in to a warm welcome. - the backyard. Outdoor gyming, enough said. -tons of machines but also tons of weights all around the gym. -it's 24/7 My cons: -again, location. There is not enough parking but there's not much the gym can do about that. - it's very busy 89% of the time. Yes, even at 2am. You may often have to wait to use a machine and they go quick. - SOME trainers do not care about your workout space, no matter how little space you're occupying. Nonetheless I love it here. No gym is perfect but this one is my favorite I've been to. read more
