The weight racks at Elite Strength
K N.

Saturday at Elite, I watched a 104 pound woman deadlift 190lbs. I've also seen Trainer Scott bench press over 300 pounds. As someone who walked in not knowing what "amrap" or a "snatch" was, I can attest to their ability in training not just a novice but someone completely ignorant of almost all weightlifting practices. I can also attest to their ability to train already strong individuals. (I'm not exaggerating when I say that the people that sling weight around bars in that facility are jacked.) Really, really buff dudes have gotten girlishly excited over personal records. Despite this, I've watched people of varying body types accomplish so many different tasks. Not only is there an extensive variety of people training, there's also personalization. This isn't a gym where one routine works for everyone. They've modified my already pretty aggressive cardiovascular routine to supplement my current fitness goals. I'm not Olympic lifting because it doesn't benefit my boxing, but I am constantly challenged during every session by innovative techniques. Strength and conditioning with Elite has already made me a better boxer and stronger runner.

As a member of this club I would like to recognize a worker who works for Diversified Building…read moreServices his name is Freddy. I haven't seen him for a while and. I saw him him 09/21/26 Monday. He is a hard worker, I see him vacuuming all the weight machines, taking out the garbage, he seems very responsible and l like to come to a fitness center that is clean, I recommend this fitness center because it is very clean and organized, someone like Freddy deserves recognition. Also my husband works out here and every time he goes to the sauna, showers and bathrooms they are super clean, Thanks for all you do Freddy!

I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Well, the gym is very crowded all the time so I feel like it's the hunger games in the weight room and sometimes I don't get to use the machines I want. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

LA Fitness is a high quality gym overall. This location wasn't very crowded for a Friday evening,…read morewhich made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all at perfect temperatures, and there was plenty of space in each one. There's also a large cycling room and mirror room for dancing. I also appreciated the little touches too, like having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in all the showers, and the water in the shower was nice and hot also. It's also great that they offer a "Kids Klub" even though it appears to only be open one day a week based on the posted sign. The fresh fruit smoothies are also a great option particularly for morning workouts and the lockers are spacious and give you the option of bringing your own lock. There were a couple of things that felt a bit off. Fox News was playing in the bathroom, which came across as unprofessional, and one of the benches in the sauna felt unsafe since the wood gave way. I also couldn't locate the weight machines, although I didn't check everywhere so they may have been on another floor. Overall, it was a great gym experience and I look forward to coming back!

The front desk staff told us that this was a Signature club and that an additional payment would be required to enter. The way this was communicated felt dismissive and humiliating, especially for my friend. I understand that Signature clubs may have different membership requirements. What disappointed me was that no one offered us a tour or explained what the Signature club includes. My friend had encouraged me to join LA Fitness, and I would have welcomed the chance to see the facility and learn about the membership options. Instead, the interaction left me unsure whether I want to join. Please review this experience with the club and let me know how visitors and members from other locations are supposed to be welcomed and informed about Signature club access.

Then I heard about this location opening up on this date, on this date etc. I reached out to check on additional costs since originally it wasn't "included" on our member level. I believe they wanted $300 more on top of the $359 monthly. I told them they can pound sand. Then mysteriously this club was included in our membership. I was pumped to find this out. So I came here for massage today which Bailey did a great job but there are some key things missing with this club. First, no steam room in the Men's locker room? The Kids Academy? All of the kids are in one room together and it's a rather cramped room as well. I asked if there was plans to expand but there is not. I can't imagine brining a baby there because it's loud in there. I went to the Cafe and they were out of 3 types of Shakes - one I asked for before I was told they were out. Also, when I got my message, there was no Hot Tea available. I counted 12 trainers on the floor but only 2 were busy. I felt bad for them. The layout on the gym floor seemed very cramped between equipment. I'm glad they opened but some changes need to be made with this layout if possible esp with all the kids in one room.
