Brad is approachable, personable and encouraging. The circuit workouts are designed to move at a quick pace. The circuit set will have about 6 different moves . Each move is done for 60 seconds with a ten second rest. Once completing the circuit we have a minute rest. The circuit is repeated 3 times. Arm and abdominals are then done. We wrap up with tabata. Classes are small, tops 8, so he can give attention to all. All fitness levels are welcome. He provides alternatives to make each move harder or easier. It's a very welcoming environment. One that a big box gym is unable to deliver. You will want to bring a towel to the sweat sesh. Water is available for purchase.

Instructors have the improved ability in these smaller classes to assist and guide members unlike the other studios with the larger classes. All the instructors have undergone the necessary hours and training to become certified in teaching the many levels of classes offered. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I made the decision to withdraw from the program. My biggest concern was the lack of clarity and support throughout the training. Students were repeatedly instructed to save our questions for meetings or consolidate them into one email. While I understand that instructors cannot respond to an endless number of emails, questions naturally arise as you are learning, practicing, and trying to understand the material. I often felt that instead of receiving clear answers, I was left with even more questions and frustration. There were also significant issues surrounding the required observation and self-practice hours. We were told where we could take mat classes, but there were very few classes available. When we asked where else we could go to complete our required hours, it took multiple conversations to receive clear information. When I finally received information about other options, I learned that completing these hours could require additional money to take classes. What ultimately pushed me to withdraw was receiving a PDF that was supposed to help answer our questions about available instructors and opportunities. Three instructors were listed, but when I went to look for their classes on the actual schedules, I could not find them listed. As a student trying to fulfill required training hours, this was incredibly frustrating and made me question the accuracy and usefulness of the information being provided. I also felt there was very little room for students to openly discuss concerns about the structure and design of the program. The cumulative experience left me feeling that I was spending more time trying to figure out how to navigate the program than actually learning how to become a Pilates instructor. I want to be clear that my issue was not that the training was challenging. I expected it to be challenging. My issue was that I did not feel I was receiving the level of clarity, guidance, communication, and educational support I expected when I enrolled. I ultimately withdrew because I lost confidence in the program and no longer felt that continuing was the right choice for my education. I am sharing this review because I believe prospective students deserve to know what my experience was like before making a significant financial and educational commitment. I sincerely hope TPK takes this feedback seriously and considers making meaningful improvements to the student experience.

We did the hot Pilates, our instructor was awesome - she was great about walking us through every move, especially since we had a lot of beginners. Our class was the 2021 throwbacks, there's a bunch of TV's to watch the videos while cycling. Fun lighting and loud music to get you motivated. There's a board to keep up with your speed and the class we took incorporated arms with dumbbells. You can use your own sneakers or rent the clip in shoes for an extra $2. I thought it might be a bit awkward without the shoes but these bikes make it easy to just wear your sneakers with adjustable straps on the top of your feet. The instructor was fun, friendly and the perfect hype girl to get you through the class. If spinning isn't your thing, there's other classes too. We enjoyed our first visit!

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with this Hotworx location. After…read morepurchasing a workout band from the vending machine, I was accused of stealing and was asked to pull up my bank statements to prove I paid. Even after I showed proof and it was clear I did nothing wrong, no apology was ever given. And even embarrassed me in front of the whole studio. From that point on, the environment completely changed. I was no longer greeted when I came in, and the staff made me feel unwelcome. It got to the point where I felt like I had to come after hours just to avoid interactions, which is not how a paying member should ever feel. On top of that, the workout setup itself is extremely frustrating. You basically can't work out whenever you want because there's only a few classes every few hours, and only three people can sign up per room. Three people in such a tiny sauna is already pushing it, and most of the time classes are full, which makes it feel impossible to actually use the membership you're paying for. $60 for a base membership is ridiculous for what you get and not to mention you can not cancel for free. If you want out it's either $100 or u have to pay and continue for 2 months. It's also worth mentioning that there are overwhelmingly positive reviews because members receive a discount for leaving a good review. I no longer need a discount, so here is the honest truth: this place is not worth it. The workouts are very repetitive, the concept gets old quickly, and the company comes across as very money-hungry rather than focused on member experience. Between being falsely accused, the lack of accountability, the uncomfortable atmosphere, and the impractical class system, this feels more like a scam than a supportive fitness studio. I would not recommend Hotworx to anyone looking for flexibility, fairness, or a welcoming environment.
