I mean someone has to get paid to do the laundry I guess. They have a t bar row machine that I love but my favorite is the one for lateral raises for shoulders which you wont find in Crunch or might be hard pressed to find those anywhere else for that matter. It's nice being in a gym that basically has anything you can think of and more. I also love the deep tissue massage chairs. I can sit in those all day. The temperature in the gym is always perfect too. This gym though is not without its cons. Had a couple personal trainers there and I can't say they were that knowledgeable or helpful. Also when i signed up for a trainer i was asked how much I can afford and that became the agreed upon plan. I probably couldve said less and saved more for all I know. it's like going into a dealership and not really knowing what their true bottom line is. But they do let you suspend it for 1 month and $25 for each additional month if down the line you can't afford it but you will probably get billed 1 more time before the suspension begins. You also can just call the gym to do it. You don't need to provide anything in writing or go through their customer service line which I think is outsourced. Also for some reason the soap dispensers in the showers aren't always full and one of the dispensers looks like a dog ate it. You'll see what I mean lol. At peak times the gym can be fairly crowded especially in the afternoon on weekends. I also think the front desk crew can afford to loosen up and be more engaging. But overall though this a lovely gym with some room for improvement.

In the far back, they even have a posing studio for everyone getting ready to compete. I really enjoyed working out here. One of my favorite parts about this place is that people are here to work out and not come for social hour. They do offer personal training with professionals. An honest review of F45 Riverview location. Mediocre workouts. I attended F45 for about a year…read more During that time I was very consistent with attending classes as well as adjusting my diet. I didn't see a significant difference in weight loss or increased muscle. Now it really depends on what your personal goals are and what you were seeking to get out of your experience. If you were seeking significant weight loss (10+ lbs) and toning results, this isn't the place for you! But If you were just looking for something to increase your heart rate and get you moving, then this would suffice. The other big negative is they constantly change classes due to their inability to find good help. They decreased the number of class times they were offering multiple times throughout the year I was there. And they constantly have new staff filtering in and out. Because they are so in need of help, they accept whatever they can get, which means, decreased quality! A lot of the staff is younger, and not as knowledgeable in certain areas. Which means not as much coaching and direction on proper form to avoid injury and maximize results. They even had a public altercation with a former employee on social media! I did very much enjoy the team atmosphere, and having the ability to work out with others to keep you motivated and going through your workout. I met a lot of great people there. If the workouts were slightly longer, and offered more cardio, in addition to the strength training, I think it would offer someone the results they are seeking. I have lost 12lbs in the past 3 weeks just by going to a regular gym, doing 30mins of cardio and adding in strength training. All further a fraction of the cost! But the icing on the cake for me was after being a loyal customer, my husband and I sold our home. As soon as I was made aware that we would be closing, I went in to talk to one of the representatives. They pulled up my account provided me with the paperwork and let me know that I had just made a payment three days prior to signing the cancellation. They said they typically require 30 days but since I was so close, maybe they would be willing to give me a break. I was approached by Linda in the gym, who said. " I have a bone to pick with you." I advised her we we sold our home and weren't just trying to cancel. She mentioned that there were other clubs on the side of town that I was moving to but their fees were slightly higher. I was already paying $200/mo. Why would I want to continue paying that or more for classes that didn't even give me the results I wanted. She (Linda) reached out to me via text a few days later where I let her know I didn't have any interest in moving to a different club, considering we were building a new home and would be relocating all over again. Not to mention saving $200 a month for seven months would help go towards the purchase of our new home. Despite asking for them to make an "exception", I was still drafted an additional $200 on February 21. Mind you I had a conversation with her on February 1 requesting the exception. Again, no grace or willingness to work with me. The only offer she provided was to move that monthly payment that had NOT yet been deducted out of my account yet, since that "last" payment wasn't due for another 20 days. I followed up with her after the deduction came out of my account and let her know that was disappointing that they weren't able to work with me. Her reply was "We offered to move that to a different location so you could keep working out. But you're upset because you don't think we had pure intentions." Completely ignoring the fact I requested to not be charged at all! Now, does that sound like someone who is all about Customer Service and satisfaction? My hands were tied with the move and we were given short notice to vacate. I was hoping they would find it in their heart to not charge me since I only missed the deadline by a few days but they did anyways. Additionally, I have legal documentation to prove I let them know as soon as we were made aware of our closing date.

The splash pad is open from 10am to 5pm daily and it is big with a lot of obstacles for the kids to play with and cool off. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Planet fitness on US 301 in Riverview Fl. After signing up for a membership and being misinformed about my payment schedule, I found myself in an embarrassing situation when I visited the gym on February 19th, only to be told that my payment was already due on the 17th, the same day I had visited to start using my membership. Despite acknowledging their mistake which I have in writing , the staff at Planet fitness, including the manager, showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Even though it was clear that I had been misled, they adamantly refused to cancel my membership without payment, threatening to send it to collections if I didn't comply. This lack of accountability and customer service is highly disappointing. As a consumer, I expect honesty, transparency, and fair treatment from businesses. Unfortunately, my experience with Planet fitness fell far short of these expectations. I urge potential members to be cautious when considering joining Planet fitness as my experience highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction and fairness. One of the worst gym experiences I've had. The Riverview location is poorly managed, the equipment is outdated, and half the machines always seem to be out of order or barely functioning. The gym stays overcrowded, yet somehow basic maintenance and professionalism still seem nonexistent. The staff are unbelievably rude and overly sensitive anytime someone raises a concern. Instead of acting like professionals in a customer service environment, they act defensive and dismissive. What's even more ironic is that many employees and management don't exactly reflect the health, fitness, or discipline you'd expect from people representing a gym. It's hard to take fitness advice or gym culture seriously from a staff that clearly doesn't embody it themselves. Canceling my membership was the easiest decision ever. There are far better gyms nearby with cleaner facilities, better equipment, and staff that actually know how to treat paying members with respect. The machines are older and show some wear and tear, but mostly work. The second floor is almost dangerous to work out in, though. The railing is/was loose enough to move with one hand, it's constantly 75-80+ upstarts due to ongoing AC problems. I've found myself unable to complete full workouts due to the temperature. They managed to build an office upstairs in a matter of weeks, however. Priorities, I suppose. Downstairs, the plates are everywhere, the benches are so close together you can't even pass between them, and the paper towel dispensers are often empty. The bathrooms are often in a state of disrepair, with paper towels shoved in crevices where fittings should be, at least 2 of the men's bathroom stalls have been out of order for at least a year. It's pretty inexpensive for a gym this size but some of these are actual safety issues. Myself and others have informed the staff multiple times, the issues persist.

Hands down best Pilates in town and an amazing variety of classes…read more They have group classes consisting of weight training, tabata cardio, mind and body and cycling. The gym is located on 2nd. story of a business plaza and it's beautiful. You walk in to a reception area with a shiny concrete floors and it opens up to a work out room for most of their classes. I love the variety of equipment. They have kettle bells, dumb bells, bands, HIT and more. Like lots more! They have a separate room for cycling with super comfy bikes and a large pilates room. The instructors are very hands on and very encouraging. Tammi; the pilates instructor is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to correct your moves and encourage. The reformers are very comfortable. The only draw back is there is only 6. So, grab a class early. Classes are by reservation online. You book it a few days before and the accountability start right there. So, no missing class. The students are what I call the variety pack. So, if you are worried about not being fit looking don't worry. This is a place that encourages and you have all sizes and strengths. You can be Mr. Buff and have an amazing challenging workout pushing tires around and swinging ropes or you can have a lighter work out modifying to get you there. Very welcoming I would say. The gym is owned by 3 ladies that have been in the fitness industry for decades and you can tell they are passionate about helping others. What I love is all 3 of them teach and are involved. If you have kiddos they have kid care. The only thing I would change is to add sound absorbing tiles to the pilates room so you can focus more on hearing the teacher vs. the music from the other group classes. Since, it's a new place I would think this is a budget issue that will come in the future. However, this doesn't keep me from coming since the class is amazing and I appreciate them so much. I'm looking forward to taking more classes in the fall.

I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Well, the gym is very crowded all the time so I feel like it's the hunger games in the weight room and sometimes I don't get to use the machines I want. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.
