I came last month for a fairly simple mani/pedi, a chrome French on my hands and feet. Was very happy with the pedicure until it came to my hands. The shaping was all off and when I voiced my concerns to the man who was doing my nails he would become visibly frustrated, became rougher, sigh and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about (mind you I'm a hand a foot model so of many people, I'm definitely somebody who knows). I was charged just over $170 before tip. Before I left I was asked to post the mani pedi to my Instagram after mentioning I was an influencer earlier, which I would have been open to had I been treated as a valued customer. Normally nail salons would comp or offer an extra service in exchange for promo, so I found the request entitled. I tipped and left. Yesterday I went back for the exact same mani-pedi - again very happy with the pedicure, I asked for a soak off on my hands, to which the man replied that I will not need one until next month. This time around I didn't want to tell him when he made mistakes because I didn't want the horrible attitude and pain I received last time and just watched him make the mistakes. Down to the fact that he didn't buff my nails and they're thick and extremely bumpy, the edges are peeling and catching on everything because this should have been a new set. This time I was charged $208, almost $40 extra in comparison to last month, and I don't think I will be coming back because this place is dishonest, the man does not listen to his customers and provides a poor quality service for the money that is being charged.

The place is not organized at all. Every single piece of furniture is completely disheveled and some dirty. The decor and complete look needs an emergency face lift - perhaps also hiring some cleaning staff as well. I was helped by Feliciana, who is a patient, kind and knowlegeable Nail Technician. She did not get distracted, you can see she takes her job seriously. I was glad there was NO loud talk across the room. No crowds. No nasty customers talking loudly. No stressful environment. It was just Peace and Quiet while listening to nice music. They may be able to see you without an appointment if no other customers are in, but I would recommend to make one. They are trilingual, they speak English, Spanish and Quechua (Native South American Language).

Yes the location is very small, but it is not cluttered. It is well lit with good ventilation! The nail tech who saw me was polite and the entire time I never felt rushed or as if her attention was somewhere else. When she began, she was very focused on my nails, taking her time and care to buff and sand away my cuticles, I wasn't cut or overfiled anywhere! The tech was not lazy and did every step meticulously which resulted in a pretty (and sturdy!) set of nails. My nails dont feel flimsy or like they might pop off or snag on something. there was no acrylic left around the nail that would cause lifting, my nails were cleaned very nicely. Despite the glitter gel color needing 3 coats, along with top coat, the set came out to $38. I would gladly pay that price again for this kind of work! All in all, I'm definitely going back!

I literally had a deposit down for a nail appointment in Chelsea but this place blew me away. The service was the most detail-oriented nail salon experience I'd had gotten in a WHILE. I only got a full mani set of Gel-X, with French tips and chrome, but wow did the woman give me a great time. She took her time with the nail shape and French tip design making each finger super consistent with each other. This place is the best and definitely worth the price! I highly recommend.
