I was glad there was NO loud talk across the room. No crowds. No nasty customers talking loudly. No stressful environment. It was just Peace and Quiet while listening to nice music. They may be able to see you without an appointment if no other customers are in, but I would recommend to make one. I only live 2 blocks away from this salon, and I'm kind of upset it took me so long to try it out! I called in the morning and made an appointment same day for 3pm, I needed an acrylic set with tips. Yes the location is very small, but it is not cluttered. It is well lit with good ventilation! The nail tech who saw me was polite and the entire time I never felt rushed or as if her attention was somewhere else. When she began, she was very focused on my nails, taking her time and care to buff and sand away my cuticles, I wasn't cut or overfiled anywhere! The tech was not lazy and did every step meticulously which resulted in a pretty (and sturdy!) set of nails. My nails dont feel flimsy or like they might pop off or snag on something. there was no acrylic left around the nail that would cause lifting, my nails were cleaned very nicely. Despite the glitter gel color needing 3 coats, along with top coat, the set came out to $38. I would gladly pay that price again for this kind of work! They are very nice to the customers and more importantly they take their time which gives their work incredible quality. I got my nails done by Feliciana, she really knows how to do her job. Found my new nail tech. The pedicure for $15 was amazing, Your feet come out spotless, soft and moisturized. Their pedicure chairs are super comfortable and automatic in the sense that they can move the chair back and forth to achieve your comfort through controllers right on the chair. The SNS powder gel ($30) was more than I expected, the level of detail they put into your nails is amazing for $45. This salon was highly recommended to me. After being in quarantine for 4 months, I was in despair need of a pedicure and a new set of nails. I was amazingly surprised when I walked in. The ladies were very welcoming, the place was spot clean and each table had a divider to adhere to the social distancing guidelines. I was seated to do my pedicure and Mary took her time cleaning my cuticles and all the extras for my pedicure. As for my new set, I'm absolutely in love. I didn't get the girls name but she definitely took her time and did exactly what I showed her in the pictures I snapped. Thank you for taking care of me when I needed it the most. There are tons of nail salons in this area and I have tried all of them (check my reviews and check-ins). I am extremely particular when it comes to my nails BUT this place gets it right. Every. Single. Time. I usually get my nails done by Feliciana. She's amazing at what she does. My nails are always painted perfectly. The mani-pedi's are relaxing and enjoyable. This place is VERY small: only two pedicure chairs and two nail stations. However, the wait is worth it or you can make an appointment ahead of time. I don't get my nails done often but I tried this place after being recommended by my aunt and I'm so glad I did! 22 dollars for regular tips but 27 for the coffin shape and it's worth it, they came out great. The place is small yet very cute. It's very clean! I absolutely love that. The women working are bilingual (Spanish/English), I had a regular manicure and pedicure ($25). I was taken care of by a young girl that unfortunately was struggling the whole time. I'm not sure if it's because she had long fake nails and it was hard for her to work with them, or if she was simply just learning how to do nails. She was rough when removing my cuticles and didn't seem to know how to properly work the cuticle cutter. I was also left with some cuticles. Very nice and clean place. The ladies are very gentle and take their time. There was no rush to pick out a color which was good. A lot of colors to choose from. The only downside is that it's a little small. I started bleeding a little bit by my cuticle and I showed her but she still put the acetone on it which hurt a little but no worries. read more

The only reason why I'm not giving this salon a 5-star review is because it is a small startup business, which just opened this past summer (2017), and their space is very limited. There are only two pedicure seats, and two manicure stations, but the prices are definitely inexpensive, especially compared to some salons on Myrtle Ave that really don't measure up in terms of the quality and care they put into their work. There's always a wait unless you make an appointment in advance, but the ladies are always friendly, and accommodating. If ever there is not a manicure station available by the time I'm done with my pedicure, they'll ask if I'm comfortable having them do my manicure in the pedicure chair. They've always done my girlfriend's nails to her liking. Never has she complained about the quality of their work nor their customer service, nor do I. I find that in spite of the wait, the results are worthwhile. I'm sure that they'll be able to either expand, or relocate (hopefully not far) within due time, but I'd definitely continue to get my mani-pedis here. read more

I am beyond disappointed in the way they have treated my mom and I were treated the last two times we made an appointment. We were one of their first customers when they first opened in 2017. I loved one of nail technicians Maria. She did one of the best jobs I ever saw. After she "gave birth," which is what i was told, I stopped going for a while because the nail jobs weren't the same. I live in the neighborhood, I have a busy work schedule, so when I need a little pampering, I have to make an appointment, which I always do with them but they do not honor for me. Previous time my mom made an appointment for both of us and they refused to take us both, they only took one of us which we just agreed and disregarded the fact we made an appointment. The entire time the nail technician was doing my nails, she continued to give me faces and speak in her language. I thought it was unprofessional, but I let it be. Yesterday, 9/9/2019 my mom and I had an appointment. My mom made an appointment for both of us at 5:30PM on Friday 9/6/2019 and confirmed the appointment on 9/9/2019 for 5:30PM. We left work early to make sure we arrive there on time and the nail technician insisted we have an appointment at 5:00PM. The nail technician did not apologize or offer to accommodate us at all. The only thing she was doing was laughing in our face. The nail salon was empty, all they were doing was talking to each other. I am not sure, why we are being treated this way, but I surely wont return there to be disrespected and beg the salon for my service. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED. DESPITE DOING A DECENT JOB, THE WAY THEY TREAT LONG TIME CUSTOMERS IS DISGUSTING. read more
