I came here with my boyfriend we had a day room available. when i first came to check in to the day room, a woman and her husband were going back and forth with the manager of the hotel who honestly didn't care about ruining their vacation. Despite this we checked into our day room, and the drinking began. My drink was 100% the bartender's recommendation and i was so impressed especially because my boyfriend and i are both bartenders. He was drinking rum and she was making these drinks pretty strong. like really strong. she gave me my second drink but changed my boyfriends from rum to vodka and he ended up feeling sick. a kid knocked the end of his drink which benefited us, but we ended up getting stared down by the unapologetic parents. so it was maybe a 7/10 experience overall but the service that WE received was pretty good! read more

Thought this place would have more personality. It's off to the side of the hotel pool. Drabby atmosphere. 3 people at the bar. I was greeted quickly-asked for a casamigos margarita and it came in an unsalted plastic cup. Right off the bat I knew it wasn't made from scratch as it was served in like 30 seconds. To my strong disappointment it was a really bad mix. In my opinion it is so freaking easy to make a marg from scratch it is a disgrace to serve such a crappy drink in a tropical location. ESPECIALLY with a higher end tequila. I couldn't even finish it. No music other than generic music that was coming from the pool area. Bartender was nice, attentive-and redeemed the night by making me his favorite frozen rum drink. The key lime pie and added a great dark rum floater. Very disappointed. Went to Key West hoping to spend time at Rum Row only to find out they closed down without any notice to their patrons. I always stop in there when I'm in Key West. Very disappointed. Poor management especially to customers staying at the hotel when it's an advertised amenity for booking with them. read more

In the pool area of the Gates hotel that is right across the street from the ocean . I'm here early so only a few people here but I love the decor of the pool bar plus it has TVs to watch sports. There's a little stage for live bands. Drink prices are average for being in such a great location.they keep it really clean nice place to relax by the pool and have a drink. Rum Row is located at The Gates Hotel which is a part of Rooster Row (a combination of four hotels, with multiple pools, restaurants and bars). It's a great little pool bar with a relaxing vibe and a great happy hour. Our bartenders, Brent and Jesus, were attentive and made delicious drinks during our stay. We hit this bar every night for happy hour. Highly suggest checking it out and saying hi to the wandering roosters while you're there. read more

Happy hour is wonderful lots of choices and great live music. Yesterday I had mango daiquiri f the day today strawberry for a great price. Lots of different beer on tap.
