Our Persian rug got soaked when out basement flooded, and the Minasian Rug team handled our…read moresituation exceptionally well at every point. We wanted the rug dried out - we couldn't just hang it over a railing bc it was soaking and we had rain in the forecast for the next several - and while many other companies needed us to bring the rug to their site, Minasian said they could pick up our rug that afternoon, clean it at their facility and return it to our house at a date we would schedule. They quoted us a competitive price, their team showed up that same day (on time), their team guys were friendly and professional, and they removed our wet (now useless) rug pad, in addition to taking our rug for cleaning. A few days later, the company called us to schedule home delivery of our cleaned rug. They gave us a tight (30-minute) window - not one of these cases where a company gives you a 4-hour window! - their team arrived on time, and again, the guys were super helpful and friendly. Although we didn't buy a rug pad from Minasian - we got one from elsewhere online - their team cut our rug pad (at my request) to fit our rug's size. All around, fantastic service! I recommend Minasian and would use them again.

So he started showing me larger rugs and I fell in love with a 10x12 (another heriz? Not sure!) which he delivered along with my rug pads. He brought his young strong guys with him to help move last year's rug into the dining room and they laid out the new one ... even my husband was like, "Wow. This is gorgeous. Now we need better furniture." I love working with Reza. He's already got my tastes totally pegged. Reza is a great salesman! I purchased a beautiful 8x10 heriz for my living room, and when he delivered it, he brought in a runner from his truck for my hallway ... which I promptly purchased. Perhaps I'm a sucker, but the rugs are spectacular, and I have no regrets. They'll be gorgeous forever. His prices are reasonable. His store is tiny and completely crowded with rugs, so be prepared to spend a little time. He also told me how to properly care for the rugs and to call him for cleaning. Which I certainly wil

Mark Allegretti personally guarantees the quality of their work. The one time we did have some slight dye run in a rug, he took it back and cleaned it two more times to make sure it was just right. His staff is also very professional and courteous. AND they will pick up and deliver even outside of Evanston (we live in Andersonville). As for their showroom - WOW! Mark takes the time to get to know your personal preferences and can pull out rugs that you will fall in love with. He's patient and does not pressure you to buy anything, knowing that a quality rug is an investment. Last time we were in, I could not make up my mind between two rugs and flippantly asked for a "buy one, get one free deal." He actually did come down on the total price for us and we went home with both rugs! Overall, I highly recommend Allegretti Rug Masters. Mark is a really great guy and all the staff is top-notch.
