This is the best place for your dog. My dog Frankie absolutely loves it there. The staff are courteous, kind, professional and genuinely love dogs. My dog's behaviour actually has improved since attending. She also loves attending their Outdoor Adventure Camp, Lobo Land where they can run offleash through the wildnerness on enclosed land! Frankie never wants to leave their daycare! I can't recommend it enough and I feel so happy to have found a place that takes such great care of Frankie. read more

Purchased a bundle of 10 passes from this dog day camp. Was not informed that they expired after 6 months?? Was informed that they also raised their prices and that regardless of the expiration they would be no longer valid. Makes no sense as to why they would "expire" in a short period of 6-months. Hmm...Cash grab for sure! Won't return here again. read more

Owner is not very nice. Staff are not on the same page and owner refuses to take responsibility and put blame on customer for miscommunication. From owners words other dogs were being a problem but my dog was sent home. read more

I have been bringing my pup to Ruffin It for about 8 months and I am very happy with the care and attention he gets from staff. He was in the on site daycare for the first few months, and recently he has been going up to "Lobo Land", and acreage up Island where he goes on a hike for a couple of hours with a group of other dogs. My pup is young and very active, and it is great to see him happily tired out when I pick him up at the end of a day. He is always happy to be left at Ruffin It, if a wagging tail and wiggly bum are a good indication. The staff all seem really attentive to the dogs, and are happy to tell me how his day went. The daycare itself always smells clean and the dogs always look pretty relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Ruffin It, I have only had good experiences over the past 8 months or so. read more

My dog got bitten by another dog in their care. Good news they had someone onsite to patch her up. My dog was a puppy at the time and did not know when to stop trying to play with another dog, unfortunately she was not separated from the other dog soon enough. She also ended up spending quite a bit of time in a crate due to jumping and scaring their staff. Not a great place if your dog is not well behaved. I picked her up a day early and they did not have her food, toys or anything I brought for her. It was all left at the overnight boarding house. No idea what they were feeding her all day. My dog took a day and a bit to be her normal jovial self. read more

This is an amazing business and dog day care centre. They have a wonderful store front for supplies and the prices are competitive. What is most notable is their staff and the owner. They are committed to their customers and the dogs under their care. Our 6 month old pup gets very excited when arriving and comes home tired from a day of supervised play. They also have a fenced acreage up the Malahat where they take dogs up for the day to play in the outdoors. If there are better dog day cares I would be surprised. read more

It seems apparent the staff at this daycare have little dog "know how". I found the owner very rude as he cut me off mid sentence. I would not feel good about leaving my dog in their care. BEWARE! read more
