I hated the idea of removing two teeth just to put posts and crowns in a teenager's mouth. So I let it go (hoping for a better idea?). But it was now past time for braces,so I bit the bullet--no pun intended. We made an appointment and got in within a couple of weeks. Their office has a good COVID protocol that allows very few people in at one time. We were ushered back to the exam room and went through a new patient questionnaire as well as an interview of sorts, and then the doctor came in to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The teeth had already started to fuse to his jaw bone a bit, making extraction more difficult and time consuming. My son was awake for the procedure and did very well, this for a kiddo with a relatively low pain threshold. I was called back into the room afterwards and again the doctor explained all that happened. We were given post-op instructions and checked out. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Recovery went remarkably well. In fact, I was surprised just how quick it was. My son went from soft food back to his regular diet in just a couple days and didn't complain once of pain. I hope we don't need their services again. But if we ever do need oral surgery in the future, I would definitely go back.

His office is modest with a quaint home town appeal in the heart of the Village. He has a second office in Lebanon and splits his time between the two locations. He has treated us for everything including broken teeth emergencies, crowns, filled cavities and whitened our teeth. He was gentle and patient with my children when they were small and today they still return to him although they do not live nearby. He has called us at home to ensure we are recovering from a treatment even on a weekend! He is friendly and knowledgable with a strong attention to detail. He explains procedure or ailments well so that I can understand them. I am particularly appreciative of his treatment of my mother who suffered from dementia. He was incredibly patient with her and treated her with the utmost care and respect. He arranged for her to see specialists when needed. He kept her teeth clean which was difficult. His staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. They will call to change appointments or figure out insurance questions. My hygienist (Kathy) is careful thorough and gentle. I look forward to Dr Cascione treating the fourth generation of our family. I highly recommend his services. Your teeth would be lucky.

Their office set me on a path to healing my gums and having all my teeth again, and it's changed my life. There has sadly come a point where this office has become unrecognizable to me, through numerous staff changes post-COVID and the eventual breakdown of professional boundaries. I am glad to have a dentist who is open and friendly in the face of painful work; I am not okay with a dentist making an assumption of friendship that includes inappropriate sexual comments during x-rays. Dr. Oyler prepped me for a bridge, which was easily the most painful dental procedure I've undergone. That in itself might not have been helped, but the temp crowns also would not stay on, and the bridge itself would not stay on, leading to several weeks of prolonged nerve pain. I went to another dentist that informed me that the bridge did not cover the underlying teeth completely, and made me another bridge that did fit. I have spent the last month attempting to contact Dr. Oyler's office for reimbursement for the faulty bridge, to no avail. I am out $2,500 and a good two months of extreme pain and stress. Do not give Dr. Oyler any further business.

Finding a dentist is always scary; however, I stumbled upon Dr. Oyler as I was researching another dentist. I thought I was scheduling an appointment with the other dentist. Turns out, making the appointment with Dr. Oyler was the best choice I could have made! Please give her a try. She is personable, will educate first on the procedure(s) she recommends, gives options so that you don't feel like your situation is hopeless, and most importantly, she was very honest! Be sure to tell her Denese sent you if you chose to give her a try!

Very "memorable" experience…read more I booked my appointment months in advance and confirmed when prompted. Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

They were able to get me in within two weeks for a routine cleaning and x-rays. The cleaning was good. I mentioned that I tend to gag with dental stuff, so they took extra care when placing the films for my x-rays and the tech kept checking on me and going super slow to ensure my comfort. I had a filling that had mostly fallen out. I was able to reschedule a follow up for two days later (they had them sooner, but it didn't work for my schedule). I asked if I would have to be numbed because I hate the dental shots. She said she was pretty confident she could pop out the old filling and replace it with no to minimal pain and she was right. My tooth hurt the tiniest bit, but I'm pretty sure it was just sensitivity when the cold water blasted it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my new filling and no numb, drooly mouth. They also accept children. My friend's entire family goes and say the dentists are really good with their kids as well. I don't doubt it. Each room is themed. My cleaning was in the Star Wars room and my filling was in the baseball room. There is plenty for kids (or kids at heart) to look at and be distracted by during dental procedures.
