Dr. Mohrman (she introduces herself as Giannis) is the first dentist that I not only like but trust. She takes the time to explain things and her entire staff is also helpful and professional. He or his staff could've mentioned this when we scheduled the appointment, but they did not. I was disappointed I'd have to make a second trip, but I was easy going about it. "Fair enough. Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

I went to my original dentist and he said my teeth looked great and no signs of any cavity. They also made me come back a second time and charged me 200 additional dollars to clean them again.

Referred to Aspen dental & called Anderson for an appointment they had here at 8:30am today. Told them I had Delta Dental as Primary & HIP as secondary with an FSA account. Front desk Julius called to confirm insurance coverage on voicemail for scheduled appointment; so I returned the call within minutes with no response or update for the rest of the day. Get out of bed early with wife and young child to transit from New Castle; to be told that my appointment wasn't scheduled due to insurance coverage not being confirmed. Not sure what their policy is on the standard procedure and protocol but this is not it. Seems they're individually owned so I will definitely be filing complaints and publishing the recordings on social media to warn others about visiting this location by my testimony. 3 weeks post surgery with 2 bad experiences. Missed work to have appointment today so they will pay loss of wages & mileage for my travel; otherwise they'll pay a defense attorney instead.

He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.
