This is so the dentistry can pump you and the insurance company for as much money as possible. It's the name of the game in health care today and everyone knows it. Another thing they do is tell you that insurance will cover things that will not be covered. They are completely misleading with a waiver form and they know this. Dr. Church plays that game with patients. He never really fixed the problem I first came in for. So, three visits later and I am still waiting in line to get work done. This is a great example of why the health care system in America is broken. It's all about maximin cash. It's NOT about the patent. So, don't let them push scaling and polishing and all kinds of other routine garbage on you. They gave me a cock and bull story about how scaling will prevent inflection when we do the actual work you wanted, etc. Dr. Church is a bit of a con man if you ask me. He pushes treatment that you may not need. He knows this, but of course will never admit it. Reputable dentists in foreign countries never do this to you!!!

Their demeanor is very curt and dismissive, which has left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patient. It was not always this way. Their unprofessionalism makes for an unpleasant experience. I recently referred my elderly mother to this office, our experience with front staff was once again less than desirable - very disappointing. A dental practice should provide great care AND excellent customer service, but the front desk is failing in that regard. I hope management takes steps to improve this. I do wonder if they would allow their front staff to be this unprofessional if they were located in Carmel or Geist.

I was told this morning after being in traffic and I was going to be about 15 maybe 20 minutes late that they couldn't reschedule my appointment that I was calling only and nobody has time for that in their lives. OK I can't help that people can't drive their vehicles correctly and there are car accidents and traffic is backed up. I cannot help that. And my son and I are being punished for It. We love Doctor J and he's the only one who works on my son. If it's from his mouth then I will just let him go as a Dentist, but it has taken years for me to find someone that my son likes and that will communicate with my son and not get irritated with my son. since we see Dr. Jay, he has all of these offices and he's not always at the same office. We have driven to all of the offices on different occasions just to sit with Dr. Jay and have him be the one who works on my child like we've been canceled because Doctor can't make it or they've overbooked him and he's had a different office. I've had to cancel because life happens. I've had to reschedule because life happens this morning. I am on my way and they're telling me no we can't take you you'll be too late and also we can't reschedule you. You just have to call when you have time and maybe we can get you in if we have an appointment. And that is ridiculous at its finest! we have been clients and faithful clients and we would love to stay clients of Dr. Jay but if we can't get scheduled like normal people, then I need to know so I can find someone else who will take my child and treat him as he should be treated. Staff stated the appointment was scheduled on wrong date but would change it. Guess what the office then after calling 4 times on hold. Office manager said they aren't using the hospital anymore starting earlier this week? Office manager said they had these hiccups because they don't have access to the persons email they fired? So why is my personal and child's info on a private server not connect to the office? Really creepy. The office staff then tried rudely to schedule without permission next available appointment like the client is just open availability to the business needs. The worst experience ever! At least the hour drive to Tipton had beautiful scenery. DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAFF DOES NOT SCHEDULE CORRECTLY OR PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS CORRECTLY! I owed 97 dollars because of how the process insurance claims when I have very good insurance through my company! The WORST! Right now I need to have a root canal done, and because of the cost we needed to be on a payment plan. Isabelle came and talked us through the cost and how it could be covered. She was very thorough and helped walk my mom through the process. They have listened to me when I tell them something is painful, and try to help me. I have had some issues just because my jaw is small, along with my teeth, so I have had some small issues getting a cavity filled, but I feel that everyone is very understanding and tries their hardest. My daughter did happy smiles at school and realized how much work we truly needed done I yelped a couple places and settled on here. I'll first say they are not on Arlington, completely past it on 21st and Shadeland like you're going towards Franklin in a small strip with a couple other businesses. Walking in they have a cute fish tank in the waiting area. There are crayons and kids stuff in one corner and magazines for adults in the opposite corner. The staff was very warm and welcoming, unlike other places I had taken my daughter before. Our old primary dentist was mine as a teenager so we hadn't strayed far from him (I'm 27 now). My daughter went to Dean and Clark dentistry for her needs and they were rude people but our primary dentist was uncomfortable working on her small mouth. Going from her kids dentist to this new one was amazing. The dentist was so sweet and even made my daughter a balloon animal. He listened to every need we had and scheduled a follow up with enough time for the work. Anyone in the area looking for dentistry work needed I highly recommend you checking out this people. My daughter thought he reminded her of her teacher from school she's in love with. She felt comfortable and safe. Excited to go back and get everything done.

As you can imagine we have had a number of different procedures from general tooth cleanings to tooth aches. Dr. Pulos and his staff have done a great job helping us keep our teeth healthy. They are also very gentle and sensitive to the fact that not every procedure will feel good. I haven't had an encounter in which it hurt terribly but on a few occasions I have hit sensitive areas. They stay ahead of the conversation by communicating when there might be a sensitive area or when to hold the chair a little tighter! Also offering a break to regroup if needed. My kids are always happy to go because they know that the experience will be good.
