I am beyond furious with our recent visit. I have been taking my kids to this dentist for a little over 7 years now and I have always followed their recommendations even when I felt some of the treatment was excessive and unnecessary. Each of my older daughters had oral sedations to have cavities taken care of. Even though I always thought it seemed a bit much but the way they make you think it is so necessary or their teeth will abscess and cause permanent damage to their adult teeth and this is the only way for them to get fixed I went along with it. With that being said my last visit with our 3 year old daughter didn't go well she had multiple cavities even though we had been bringing her to the dentist since she was 1 she went from having zero to a mouthful. They told us we could put stuff on her teeth that would turn them black to stop the cavity or she could go to the OR( be intubated put to sleep) to have them fixed I'm shocked that this is even being done for cavities on baby teeth but I was quite pressured into making the apt So I did but after talking with other people and dental hygienists and what other people had to say about this practice we decided against it. We brushed diligently flossing regularly to prevent further decay the best we could and brought her back for her next follow up teeth cleaning. I spoke to the dentist who I believe was on a power trip and mind you we have never seen this dentist before and unwilling to hear my concerns about putting my child under to fix baby teeth I explained we would like to try fixing them a couple a time. She got very rude with me and said we will just see what these xrays say today. Once they were done she pulled me in the office leaving my other kids in the cleaning area Proceeded to say they are not going to fix these that way and i had no choice but to do the OR visit because I have been educated not once but now twice. Then she went on to say I don't want to have to report you for negligence because of your philosophy It is not best practice according to the American Pediatric Dentistry to fix teeth in multiple settings. I was baffled to have been spoken to like I am stupid I am a registered nurse I have a medical education I would never speak to a mother that way A mother who has been bring her children to the dentist since they were 1 followed all recommendations but I also understand the risks of putting a child under and mind you my child has no pain no problems with her teeth a mother who is willing to fix cavities How Dare you speak to me that way You have lost 3 children as I will never bring my kids there ever again and I will never speak positive about your practice. These kids are not quick money in your pocket this procedure would have cost about $5,000 dollars from insurance and parents have the right to guide their children's medical decisions How dare you tell me you will report me for negligence shame on you and your practice read more

Great all around. Cared for my kid like one of their own. Very informative about orthodontics as well and gave some really cost-effective recommendations with no ulterior motive in mind. Just trying to help save us some serious money over the doctor I had planned on going to. More bang for our buck with no loss in quality! Only could have gotten this info from an insider! So, very happy about that. Very nice, personable staff and hygienists and assistants as well. Most have kids themselves and you can just tell they come from the heart to help you. It also runs as a well-oiled machine. And, get this, they actually get your kid's ass in the dental chair when your appointment starts...can you believe it? We can't...lol! Just stoked about that! Do yourself a favor as well, fill out the health history form from the website and just bring it with you. They are so fast you won't have time to get it done before they are calling you and your kid back for your appointment. You know what a pain that is to have to try and get it done on the run....just sayin'. Final verdict? You could do a heck of a lot worse...a heck of a lot worse...seriously!!! I have had a wonderful experiences at Fishers Pediatric Dentistry with my children. The dental team is amazing with my children. My son is not the best dental patient and they have made my life as a mom of three taking her children to the dentist not so bad. They know that he does not like fluoride, laying down with his mouth open, really much about people being all up in his mouth, and they are ready with an extra rag, water and the Dr. to make his experience the best it can be. All while my daughter has a team working on her right beside me and my baby content watching the process too! Yes, it is busy, but we are in and out without a melt down! The team has always gone above and beyond. My daughter has also had extensive work done (pulling of a tooth and cavities filled), and I felt comfortable and confident in knowing what was being done and that she was cared for the entire time. I also feel that unnecessary work is never done. They have always walked me through what they think should be done and why they think something shouldn't be done that would maybe typically be done at the age. With your kids/health, always ask questions, they are there to help. :) read more

My son has been a client at this office for 4 years (7 years old now) and he has seen 3 dentists, all wonderful. As a special needs family, I can't recommend them enough. Yes, the office is busy but they accomodate if you alert them, so we always ask to be in a private room. The staff is patient and works around what is best for him, meaning he can seat on us and will take breaks if needed. We also request 4 appts a year instead of 2 and they understand the need/reason. Dr Vasquez is wonderful, she did his surgery and we settled with her after it over a year ago. We visited today as 2 teeth were wiggly and she removed them in probably 10 seconds while been very kind talking to him (they were ready and why we visited) and she was aware my husband is sentitive to blood so she covered it well as she changed the gauze to make sure he didn't see any...so they not only take care of their patients but also their caregivers :-) They are bilingual and have a translator for those that need it. read more

This is my 4-year-old's first dentist, and I'm so glad we found them! I love the layout of the office and all the super nice, amazing staff! They have a playhouse and 4 gaming system in the waiting room to keep the kids entertained, too, so that's pretty awesome. My son got his first cavities filled there yesterday and because of being young he had to be sedated. Naturally we were really scared and uncomfortable about it, but they made the whole situation much better by being super caring and understanding and treating my son super special. They kept us updated on how he was doing throughout the process frequently, and we could just tell they really were passionate and caring about what they do. When he was all done, he wasn't even crying or upset at all and you could tell he was very comfortable with them! They're are so good with kids! Definitely recommend them to anyone who has been stressing themselves over trying to find the right dentist for your babies!! read more

I have gone to Fishers Pediatric Dentistry for years now and always had a good experience. Today my 4yr old son freaked out (yelling and even holding onto the wall for dear life like you see on tv) and didn't want to go back. I'm positive it had everything to do with getting tubes in his ears 3 days prior. Anyways, the dental hygienist Courtney knew exactly how to convince him to calm him down and cooperate to have his teeth cleaned. She even asked him to look in her eyes so he could pay attention to what she was saying! We were not rushed and the staff took the time to help him relax. He has ADHD and Global Developmental Delay. She didn't know any of that, but knew exactly how to handle the situation. I can not say enough good things about the staff and dentists at Fishers Pediatric Dentistry! read more

This was our first visit. We came from PrimeSmile after we had a bad experience. My child is 3 and he hates waiting for too long. He also came from daycare and was very overstimulated when we arrived. We were sitting for all of 8 minutes before we were called back. In the waiting area, there were things for him to do, like play games or play in the playhouse thing. When we were called back, the ladies were patient & treated my son like they actually wanted him to be there. You could tell they loved doing their jobs. They were calm when he freaked out about the brushes & explained to him each individual tool. They gave him sunglasses & kept a positive attitude with him throughout his visit. I have gone to this dentist most of my life until I was about 16 and we decided to try a new dentist. When I got to my new dentist I had a cavity on almost every tooth and had to get a root canal. These problems are visible in old x-rays sent from Dr. Ana's office and therefore were ignored by the employees of this business. Due to their lack of ability to do their own job I have had to spend countless hours and thousands of dollars trying to fix their problem. I would not recommend coming here. I have spent more time at the dentist then anyone should in their entire lifetime and that is due to Dr. Ana not being about to do her job. Needless to say I am NOT happy with my experience here. read more

We had a great experience with Dr. Morgan and her assistants today. My daughter had 2 tooth extractions, and Dr. Morgan was very attentive to whether she felt "pressure" or "pain". She repeatedly checked, increasing the numbing agent as needed, and then waiting for it to take effect. I was so thankful for her patience, her diligence in making sure my daughter was truly numb and thus creating as good of an experience as one can have with tooth extractions. This is why we go to a pediatric dentist - it is obvious that they care so much about these little ones (and older ones :), and they are committed to making it a positive experience. read more

The staff never disappoints- everyone is always so friendly and upbeat. All of the staff are so amazing with kids they make the experience so pleasant! With all the covid concerns the staff provided amazing customer service by having you text when you arrive, checking temps at the door, and taking the kids right back for their check-ups. All staff had masks and took all safety precautions. My twins have been going here for about 3 years and I have to say we saw a few pediatric dentist prior that we were not happy with. My son just had his very first checkup and cleaning today. He had an excellent experience. The wait was short and the waiting area was tailored to keep children calm and relaxed. The front office staff was delightful and knowledgable. We were treated kindly and quickly and my son was completely at ease. We met with a hygienist, presumably an assistant, and one of the doctors. Each person we encountered from front office to check-out was smiling. I highly recommend Fishers Pediatric Dentistry as a stress free way to prevent dental-phobia in the future. Fishers Pediatric Dentistry is the absolute best! We have been going to them for about 3 years now. We have had nothing but wonderful care from them. My child has had to get put to sleep a couple times to have dental work done and i love that they do this at a hospital with pediatric staff. They are very understanding and amazing with special needs children as well. My child has sensory issues and they do their best to make him comfortable. They are great with babies too! It's hard to convey how amazing the staff at FPD is. My kids adore each and everyone of them. They have their very favorite hygienist that has had them solely since they were babies (Ms. Anna) and their very favorite dentist Dr. Misti. One of our kiddos was in a terrible car accident and we had many members of your staff ask questions, pray and keep up with his recovery. It means so much. As always, excellent service. My four year old loves the dentist because of her experiences at FPD. Dr. Misti was very nice. Dr. Ana had a backlog of reviewing x-rays on the big kid side, so Dr. Misti had them pulled up on the little kid side while my youngest got her fluoride treatment. I have never spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. All four of my children (ages 4-16) can be seen at the same time and we are out of there in under 40 minutes. This place is amazing. They did a wonderful job with my 2 year old, and me, in making sure we were comfortable. They kept me updated with his age appropriate responses, so I knew not to freak out that he hated it. Lol The doctor was spectacular and recited a story off the top of her head with animal sounds, and it calmed my 2 year old down completely! My boys never have any issues. My 8yo has been going for several years to Fishers Pediatric Dentist. He is never nervous or scared. This is the 2nd time my 2yo has been and this time he was so much more relaxed. He didn't cry or at scared. I love this place bc it's open and not closed in. It feels comfortable and there is open seating for the parents. I won't take my kids anywhere else. I highly recommend this dentist office. They do an amazing job here! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a friendly receptionist. There are plenty of things for the kids to do in the lobby while they wait to go back for treatment-which isn't a very long wait at all. And they are fantastic at adding personal touches. We don't ever wait long to be called back and all the ladies are so patient and kind to all my kids. My children walk out of there with so many little trinkets and fun goodies they think they won the lottery. The hygienist took time to bring s model out and show my 4 years the proper way to brush his teethe. When we got home he asked me "Can I go practice brushing my teeth."
