Nothing from Denise. I asked to speak with the manager, who came right away. I told him what happened, but could tell he wasn't interested. I told him that if this was the kind of customer service their customers could expect, I wouldn't be back.

I live close to the store, within walking distance, and pop in often. It's very clean well organized, and has an abundance of merchandise. The staff welcomes me in and offers to help with my selections. I find prices a bit higher than some other thrift stores, but feel that it's worth it due to its cleanliness, large selection and tidy organization. I'm a big fan!

I was returning the Christmas gift I did not want it to go back to the card that's why I had the gift receipts. The young girl apologized and said oh I screwed up which was fine.The guy manager at no time ask to help her or even seem to care that she was in a panic Or that there was a problem. The guy manager that was standing there is the problem totally rude no customer service no apology. When I ask him about the return saying I had a gift receipt he said that's how we do it. It goes right back to the card. What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? It says you get a gift card on the gift receipt. He was really rude and wanted to continue fighting with me saying that's how we do it?!! I tried to explain I had a gift receipt again but again he wanted to talk over me and say no that's how we do it. I guess I should have just returned with no receipt. I feel this manager needs to be educated in Customer Service. And learn his job.

However, on this most recent visit, I had wonderful, attentive service and made me want to shop longer. The prices are moderate and the selection is large. They carry seasonal clothing and special event stuff. Got my daughter's winter formal gown here a few years ago and was very pleased.
