I probably would have ended up spending more. The sales girl said she'd ask the manager to see if it would be ok. She came back and told me she said no. I won't ever be shopping there again!! They have such a great selection, lots of options, casual, dressy, and everything in between. They also have great prices and very unique items you can't find anywhere else. I called Showcase, in which Rachel happily helped me by searching inventory to double check that it would be compatible instead of just telling me to bring my board in (as some other stores did). She offered to put it on hold for me until I came in :) Once I came in, she offered to help replace it for me and gave me some tips about the strap placement as well in accordance to my boot position. I really appreciated that she proactively checked that it would work with my boots as well by asking what size I was.
