Tip: While it's useful anytime, for me, Ross is my go-to when I'm looking for housewares, bedding, and travel stuff :-) Quality bedding with with high thread count can be ludicrously expensive, but with quite a lot of digging, I found some very reasonably priced bed sheet here! You can even get art work and other "treasures" at Ross, if you don't mind putting in the work to find it :-)

He informed us of sales going on, regularly checked in while we were shopping (but did not overdo it!) and was an absolute delight while ringing us out and assisting with my questions. One thing in particular that I also appreciated was that he was *constantly* working around the store in a meaningful manner while he was not assisting customers. As a manager myself, he is the exact type of employee I strive to have in my business. The store itself is clean and packed with merchandise. I live close to the store, within walking distance, and pop in often. It's very clean well organized, and has an abundance of merchandise. The staff welcomes me in and offers to help with my selections. I find prices a bit higher than some other thrift stores, but feel that it's worth it due to its cleanliness, large selection and tidy organization. I'm a big fan!

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! I did a return and had two gift receipts. The girl…read moreaccidentally returned it back to the card. I was returning the Christmas gift I did not want it to go back to the card that's why I had the gift receipts. The young girl apologized and said oh I screwed up which was fine.The guy manager at no time ask to help her or even seem to care that she was in a panic Or that there was a problem. The guy manager that was standing there is the problem totally rude no customer service no apology. When I ask him about the return saying I had a gift receipt he said that's how we do it. It goes right back to the card. What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? It says you get a gift card on the gift receipt. He was really rude and wanted to continue fighting with me saying that's how we do it?!! I tried to explain I had a gift receipt again but again he wanted to talk over me and say no that's how we do it. I guess I should have just returned with no receipt. I feel this manager needs to be educated in Customer Service. And learn his job.
