Had some great pasta and pizza from this happening place in Oswego that's always crazy. It has…read moreplenty of seating but there's always a wait it seems. Riverside Pizza & Pub is one of the better hangouts for those having good times. A wait is worth it mostly. The prices are okay for the big portions. Coming in here it was a few minutes before getting seats at the bar. It's often a longer wait for getting a table. There's often games people are watching. A great place to come for it. Has plenty of big TVs on the walls. It's about $8 a pint for local beers. That's kind of a lot. A lot of cocktails are cheaper at happy hour. It's about $11 for a martini. These of course go pretty great with Italian food and they're cheaper at the happy hour too. It's about $13 for the Build Your Own Pasta. You choose sauces and toppings. Of course pizza is the main thing to get. There's a lot of great specials Got stuffed eating so much from here. It's got a couple other locations which are pretty much the same things to get really. There's always a crowd especially on weekends.

I figured it was about 2,000 calories - a whole day's worth of food. It was very good, and at $5.50 it was an incredible value. I didn't spot any nacho cheese sauce, just melted cheddar, which is much better for nachos unless they're the ballpark kind where you just dip the chips in a pile of gooey nacho cheese sauce - which also can be very good but is an entirely different thing. The avocado looked to be about half of a medium avocado, very ripe and fresh, and the pico de gallo was also fresh and plentiful. There were enough black beans to balanced the dish, and a huge dollop of sour cream, which for some reason I love on nachos even though they have a bunch of cheese. Of all the restaurant experiences I've had in the last ten years, this is one of only a few that have been outstanding in quality and value. I'll try the Wednesday pizza next - I'm a bit of a connoisseur of that, too, and it's half-price on Wednesday.

Everything was explained clearly and whenever we need a refill on water or soda staff was on it. You can order a beverage from the bar every 45 minutes. They have a nice selection of beer and wine and other cocktails. I just got a sprite but our friends both got draft beers. We look forward to coming back soon!

We decided at that point it was best we leave and go somewhere else. If they give you that and present it to you in the open, I could only imagine what we cannot see looks like. Basic dive bar kind of crap. There's a few better things, but have some cash on you. It's about $6 for cocktails. Whiskey and whatever. Also get food. It's about $9 for appetizers including the pretzel sticks. Has the obligatory greasy stuff like any dive bar. There's wings and other things. Has a few okay things about it. It's open later even on weekdays so get your drinking and eating on. They're open all the time but go in the afternoons to avoid crazy traffic or whatever.

I am so happy that I found this place because I love going and having some classic bar food and a drink or two while watching a sports game. The service here is always great and they always take great care of us. I love that there are regulars at the bar and that its not just the staff that is friendly. I am definitely glad that I found a place with good food, good drinks, good service, and great vibes so close to where I live. Chelio's quickly became one of my favorite places to go to with friends or family and I anticipate coming back many times in the future!

The game floors were not over crowded and it wasn't too overwhelming inside. Lots of game options for any age or experience. The food was expensive for what it was.
