2nd time here. Both times around lunch hour. Place was empty, so you wonder how good can it be? It's good! And it's very fun! If you eat lunch there, all the games are free until 3pm. Bar food menu with brick oven pizzas too. Food is good. Not great, but not bad. We all were happy with our choices. Mozzarella sticks are tremendous and delicious. I had the crab dip, while very tasty they have nerve charging $10 for such a small portion. My kids said chicken fingers were good. We come here more for the entertainment than the meal. I love the retro video game machine, which is always free. Games like pool, ping pong and bowling are normally charged per hour, but for lunch free with your meal until 3pm. So we took advantage and had lots of fun and laughs. I appreciate the good local beer selection. Our waitress was very nice, but as also the bartender and only one answering the phone, not very accessible. I would imagine evenings here getting a little crazy with JMU nearby, but we only come during day on purpose traveling with our girls 11, 13 & 16. It's a great place to kill a few hours, and the next time we vacation in area will definitely be back.

Super fun bar to go to! The line takes forever but once you're in there, you will feel like a kid again!! Bowling, air hockey, pool, and other games you can play. I got food there for the first time and, maybe it was just cause I was drunk, but it was great!!

Duckpin bowling.

I discovered Ruby's because a friend hosted her tween daughter's birthday party here. What a neat place! I loved the retro hipster vibe. What I love the most though is this is a great place to eat with kids. They can play arcade games until it's time to eat and when they're done, which allows parents to eat in peace for the most part.

The pizza was just ok. The drinks were good and the games and ambiance was outstanding. A great fun place to hang out.

Family fun time bowling :)

Out friend brought us here when we were visiting Harrisonburg. The staff here was very friendly. It's a unique place unlike anything we have in my area. The bowling balls are small and fit in the palm of your hand. I think we had three beers, two shots & an hour of bowling for 5 for about $30. They also had pool, board games, shuffleboard, and ping pong. I would recommend this place day or night.

The wood-fired pizza is great and there are plenty of things to keep you entertained! Reasonably priced in my opinion as well.

My husband and I wound up having an early dinner at Vito's on 08/09/26--and, if I must say so…read moremyself, it was a GREAT decision of mine! As always, we were greeted with a warm smile and seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and she brought over some decadent garlic knots for us to enjoy while we waited for our meal. Of course, our meal was really nice! A little over cooked coconut chicken, but still very tasty! Beyond our own wonderful experience, I couldn't help but notice the exceptional service being provided to another table. I have honestly never witnessed wine service quite like that in person! The customer ordered a bottle of wine, and the waiter promptly brought it to the table carrying it as though he were presenting a million-dollar bottle. He carefully opened it right at the table and allowed the guests to taste the wine before offering to fill their glasses. For a moment, I felt like I had stepped into a black-tie, Michelin-star restaurant! The attention to detail, presentation, and genuine care he gave that table were absolutely impeccable. While our own service was wonderful, I couldn't help but notice that extra touch of grandeur being extended to his guests. THAT is what exceptional service looks like! Way to go, Vito's! What an impressive experience!

So we came to this place. Great space for stroller parents not to worry about maneuvering around tight corners and tables. Restaurant is wide open. Booths and tables. We ordered cheese pizza slice for our toddler daughter. It was huge! My wife got a cheese slice too and I got a pepperoni slice for myself. We also split a mediterranean Stromboli. All the food is delicious! Y'all gotta come here and try this place out. It's was definitely worth a stop to eat here for us. Great experience. Now even though I gave 5 stars there are a couple of things they should consider if the restaurant owner reads this review. Napkins or paper towels should be kept at all tables. Bathroom foot handle should be placed on the inside of the bathroom doors so we don't have to touch the handle when trying to leave the restroom to go eat our food at the table. Kids high chairs need to be wiped down really well and clean. We wiped it down before putting our toddler baby in one. Was really dirty near the middle buckle in the crevice. Other than that restaurant looked clean. Booths and tables were clean. Food was good. Service was friendly and welcoming. Pizza sold by the slice as an option which was awesome.

We decided to give it a try and were questioning our choice as we saw that it was in a strip shopping center and looked to be a hole in the wall. Looks can be deceiving. Turns out, there were many wonderful entrees to choose from. My choice was pollo piccata which was excellent. Loved the addition of the artichokes and fresh tomatoes. My husband had blackened chicken and broccoli with noodles snd creamy sauce. We both loved the choices. Our waitress was excellent. She is a JMU student and made excellent suggestions snd sang praises for the food and her university. Great experience.

We arrived at around 6pm and the only seat remaining was in the corner with the speakers right behind us, playing good (but loud) music. Too loud for discussion, we enjoyed our phones while eating and drinking this evening. I enjoyed their "Taking Water" light lager and Mrs. K. consumed two of their mocktails. With it, the "White Noise" pizza topped with caramelized onions, spinach, ricotta and banana peppers was a treat. Big enough to share and not be overly stuffed. Two squares each was enough. It's a family-friendly spot with great drinks and great pizza. A very good spot, just find a seat further away from the music blasting and it'll be perfect for all. The second to last time we ordered online for pickup, my husband and I each got our own pizza. Each pizza had several ingredients on it. For some bizarre reason, they piled my pizza high with ingredients (which is great) and they put almost no ingredients on his pizza. It was basically a cheese pizza with a few scattered toppings. But we didn't discover this until we drove all the way home. So my husband was stuck with a pizza that wasn't very good, because he doesn't like cheese pizza. I don't understand why they would completely cover one pizza and not the other. I filled out the feedback form AND the contact form. Zero response. Many weeks later, we decided that it had to be a fluke, and decided to order online for pickup again. We were in a hurry, but I figured that if we wrote a note on the receipt to please cover BOTH pizzas with a lot of ingredients, they would. So I did. We picked the pizzas off and headed off to meet a friend. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that YET AGAIN they did the EXACT same thing. My pizza was absolutely covered - excessively so, including an absolute carpet of arugula on top. And my husband's was basically a cheese pizza. To be honest, it felt like they read my note, and decided to leave the ingredients off of one, just to spite us for asking. I don't know that that is actually what happened - but I couldn't figure out why one was absolutely coated and the other wasn't. It was really weird. So, AGAIN - I filled out the feedback form AND contacted them through the website. Nothing but complete silence. Management couldn't even be bothered to reply or try to make it right. So the only conclusion that I can draw is that they not only do not care about customer experience, but that they actively spite their customers. Don't eat here unless you can watch them make yoyr pizza in front of you. If they mess it up, they will not care and they will never make it right.
