I don't understand why they would completely cover one pizza and not the other. I filled out the feedback form AND the contact form. Zero response. Many weeks later, we decided that it had to be a fluke, and decided to order online for pickup again. We were in a hurry, but I figured that if we wrote a note on the receipt to please cover BOTH pizzas with a lot of ingredients, they would. So I did. We picked the pizzas off and headed off to meet a friend. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that YET AGAIN they did the EXACT same thing. My pizza was absolutely covered - excessively so, including an absolute carpet of arugula on top. And my husband's was basically a cheese pizza. To be honest, it felt like they read my note, and decided to leave the ingredients off of one, just to spite us for asking. I don't know that that is actually what happened - but I couldn't figure out why one was absolutely coated and the other wasn't. It was really weird. So, AGAIN - I filled out the feedback form AND contacted them through the website. Nothing but complete silence. Management couldn't even be bothered to reply or try to make it right. So the only conclusion that I can draw is that they not only do not care about customer experience, but that they actively spite their customers.
