I was pleasantly surprised because it felt like eating at my in-laws' home with comforting, homemade-style food that really hit the spot. I was not sure what to order, so I opted for the burger tray that came with two sides and an unsweetened iced tea. Holy smokes, the burger was totally unexpected and absolutely delicious. I also ordered onion rings and cheese bites, and they were crispy, hot, and fresh. I came back again and tried the Walking Taco, which is a bag of Doritos opened up and topped with seasoned taco meat, melted cheese, lettuce, and other taco toppings served right inside the bag. It is a fun twist on tacos and was much better than I expected. Then I came back a third day and had the quesadillas and corn dog. Okay, yes, three days in a row is a little excessive, but the food is really that good. The service is fast, and the restaurant is clean. What impressed me the most was how consistent everything was on each visit, from the quality of the food to the friendly service. But most of all, my belly was full, and this is definitely a place you must visit if you are in the Harrisonburg area.

I then asked ok can we place our order here and she responded with, " no you can leave. Then slammed the windows in our faces." I went in and asked for the manner. The manager did do the right thing and took my order, but she took no ownership for her employee and chalked it up to being short staffed. Amanda then was slamming drawers, complaining loudly for everyone to hear and was so rude to employee Tyler who was honestly the only good service in that place. He was apologizing to people, being very nice and even apologized to me for the bad service. He was trying. Employee Amanda is a poison in the place and needs to be terminated. There was absolutely no indication of this distinction on the app. Because of this inaccurate or misleading information, a large group of students was left without dinner plans. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern shown when we explained the situation. If dine-in closes earlier than drive-thru, that information should be clearly stated on the official app and website.

Three fingers with fries, and a club sandwich meal was $22.70 including all taxes. The weird thing is that it still feels like the old Burger King when you go in. The graphics on the walls have changed, but the physical interior is still the same. On one hand, I can't blame the owner for not spending a money to swap perfectly good stuff out. However, for me, it was a bit of disappointment walking in, thinking to myself "This still is just like Burger King inside.".

For me, their chicken has a great taste and by the time I bring it home and open the long box the chicken is warm and the fries are cold. Their takeaway service is nothing special, not in Warrenton, but eventually they will have your order ready, maybe. Price is expense but so are the other fast food chicken locations.
