Picked up food one night when I was craving Italian food. I ordered spaghetti and mozzarella sticks and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag and there was complimentary garlic bread and salad. For $20 this was a ton of food!! Definitely could've split it between two people. Overall, the mozzarella sticks were good - nothing special but good. Garlic bread and salad was yummy. I went with my friends and it took forever to even place an order. Our salads came and they didn't bring us any silverware so we had to eat it like rabbits. I ordered the penne vodka and it came with ham??? Why was ham not mentioned on the menu? I am from New Jersey and I have NEVER heard of ham in penne vodka. The sub was delicious and the sauce and melted cheese were the perfect combination. The penne vodka was also delicious the sauce had a good array of ingredients. I usually love Ciros. They have great food at an affordable price with good service. I've ordered contactless delivery several times throughout the covid pandemic. I went to pick up an order yesterday (with a mask). Not one employee was wearing a mask (except one wearing it under her chin). There was no signage to inform customers to wear a mask. No one bit myself in the tiny waiting area wore a mask. They had some seating and it's understandable that those customers wouldn't be wearing a mask far from the front. I now wonder if they wore a mask while making food at any time during the pandemic. People may be acting like it is over, but it is not, and the state's regulations are still in place. You have to order your food first when you walk in which causes a minor inconvenience in figuring what you want for dinner. So I Showed up there around six-thirty pm. we sat down and didn't receive service till almost 7pm after we had to ask for a server to take our order. so from the start service was terrible. Then the male server we had messed up my order and my friends order. so I ordered the 12inch cheeseburger Sub with may lettuce tomato onion and jalapeños. my friend ordered their chicken bacon ranch 12 inch sub both combos with fries. when our food came I literally received a 12inch sub roll with one hamburger patty on it cheese and a small amount of onion and jalapeño it had no flavor no mayo and fries where burnt. my friends didn't have the lettuce either and chips instead of fries. Now I am a culinary grad and I don't know what they thinking but who takes 1 burger cut in half and thinks it will fill 12 inches of bread and then don't give the toppings to help fill the roll not to mention it was the blandest thing I ever put in my mouth needless to say they need to fix this or I don't see them sticking around much longer for the service and food was just horrible. read more

We used to order from Ciro's two to three times a month if not more. We noticed a jump in the total (we get the same things all the time) the delivery fee is now $4 plus they want a tip. That's like adding a whole other sub then tossing it in the trash. A couple of bucks for convenience sure. But upwards of an extra $7 to $8 noway. I'm from Brooklyn, NY. I think I know good pizza. I've visited the south many times and this place is a rare find. The only other pizzeria that is similar is called New York Pizza in Hilton Head, SC. Good pizza, terrible service. Ordered a large cheese pizza and a large mozzarella sticks. Took over an hour to make and deliver which is absurd. But when it got here it was only the large cheese pizza and no mozz sticks... Okay so I call back to get the other half of what I paid for. I wait another 30 minutes and call back because why the hell is it taking so long. The girl tells me the lady is on the way. It takes another 40 minutes. For reference it is a 10 minute drive from the restaurant to my apartment so I don't understand what was going on in those 55 minutes it took to deliver something I have been waiting an hour for. So I call again to tell them I don't want it anymore. I ate already waiting 2 hours and I wasn't hungry anymore so I told them to forget about it and give me a refund. The lady comes by 10 minutes later with the refund in cash and even though she was "on the way" no mozz sticks. Onto the food I suppose. The pizza itself was pretty good. My family has been eating at Ciros for over 10 years. We probably average about once every other week. Usually, the pizza is quick, the service is ok and we like to support independent business people. But no more. Last night, we ordered a pizza, mozzerella sticks, and a steak and cheese sub. We went to pick it up and the sticks and sub were already sitting on the counter. There they sat for 15 more minutes while we waited for the pizza. Once the 'hot' pizza came out, my wife complained and asked for new sticks and a sub -- I mean, they sat there 15 minutes. They grabbed them and stuck them in the oven for 2-3 minutes and said "here you go!" When we got home, the sub was wrong (it had toppings we asked for them not to put on), the sticks were rubber and the pizza wasn't hot! We called to complain and they told us they would not replace anything for us tonight as they were busy. Never going to Ciros again. What horrible service. And they KNEW we ate there all the time! No, just no. To begin with, the food is sub par. You may get an occasional decent sub or pizza out of them, but it is 1 in 5 at best odds. My experience has usually been soggy fries or onion rings, and subs that are a mixture of soggy bun and overcooked bun. In the restaurant you have to order at the cash register and no one ever seems to know when you are supposed to pay for your overpriced food. On the website is does not give hours, and you have to download a pdf to get their menu. The menu has the wrong times listed. I found this out by calling an hour prior to closing time to have them say they are closed. Of all the Ciro's in the Valley, this is the worst, and the only one I would give a bad review to. read more
