Now there is an obscure law in Virginia, that says that "al dente" is some sort of Communist plot and not a way to cook pasta. As a result, just like every other Italian restaurant within 500 miles, the pasta is overcooked into a flabby, submissive state. You show that pasta who's boss, Virginia. The tomato sauce, as well, said nothing besides just tomato sauce; and the meatballs were more balls than meat. The wines come in Cabernet and a couple other colors, clearly decanted from boxes just minutes ago. I am not a picky fellow, but I just couldn't eat it. It was all just calories.
