Highly recommend this restaurant for Italian fast food. Our waitress was amazing. She pretty much served all other tables but was very patient and helpful. We food is very tasty too. We ordered a small Stromboli which was sufficient to feed 2 people and a cheese pizza slice which was simple but tasty. Pretty casual vibe. Our vegetarian friends ordered zita and loved it as well. I have had takeout twice and finally have eaten in at Goodfellas! I was pleasantly surprised at such a great view of Elkton you have. Everything was bright and spotlessly clean. My server was wonderful. I visited a few minutes before opening time on the day of the car show. She welcomed me in even though they were technically not open. I have only ever had one dish at Goodfellas. Sorry I don't have a picture! It was absolutely delicious!! I had the steak and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it. It was so fresh and perfectly plated. The lettuce was crisp and the tomato was red. This little place is not to be missed if you are in Elkton, VA and want something quick and yummy. You have the best location in Elkton. Stop cutting quality on what is already the cheapest food to make. Improve on flavors, it doesn't take much. Does the owner ever eat here. The pizza is Napoletana style which features a thinish crust, light sauce and cheese. It was as good as we've had anywhere locally. Service was fantastic! Once we returned home, we realized that one of our subs was wrong. We ordered a steak and cheese wrap, no mayonnaise, add oil and vinegar. What we got was a steak and cheese special sub with mayonnaise. When I called to speak with the lady at the counter she told me, "oh it's probably just the cheese, not mayonnaise." She then proceeded to tell me that we didn't order a wrap, we ordered a sub, and to next time make sure that they understood what I was ordering before hanging up. We have always had an excellent experience, however last Sunday my wife was almost done with her sub when she bit into something hard it turned out to be a wadded up straw wrapper. We made no scene but quietly told the waitress who has always been excellent. When she told the cook staff about the situation the cook said we had done it.
