I paid for a dinner to be delivered. It wasn't, so I called and the employee said the dinner was there, but no on from Grub Hub was picking it up, and it wasn't Ruby Tuesday's responsibility, out of their hands, just like the $24.00 is out of mine as well as the dinner. I had a bad experience once and I just wrote it off as they were busy but the second time was even worse I went in with my husband and my three kids and everything was either overcooked or took way too long. The waitresses were extremely rude especially in the bar. Second time I ordered online some man answered and when I got there I was given the wrong order he said sorry I said no problem at all then he went and got our bag supposedly so we drive home and it was completely wrong we ordered the chicken parmesan. Macaroni and cheese and chicken for my kid and my husband ordered a 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was completely wrong the entire order and the manager named Brandy answered the phone and said you can bring it back up and we can fix it for you. I know it's Christmas Eve and crappy for me to order out from a restaurant buuuut the restaurant was open so I placed an order. Bar food is all I can say and terrible bar food at that!!! I ordered a sampler with chicken, mozzarella sticks, chips with dip. Nothing about my meal was worth 15 dollars! I ordered my daughter a chicken tender and fries meal and she was just as unhappy as I was. The Bartow location needs to do better! 35 dollars wasted on trash food! Honestly I excepted more and better from this place. The furniture is old and needing replacement or repair. The bathrooms were not the cleanest and the food was gross. I ordered a chicken Fresca which was supposed to have tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic. I thought diced tomatoes, no these were sliced. And the "drizzle" of balsamic? A date brought me here. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, with no chicken because I am a strict vegetarian. Well, the quesadilla had meat in it, so I flagged the waitress. She took it back to the kitchen, opened it up, and said there was no meat in it. THERE WAS A GIANT CHUNK OF CHICKEN RIGHT IN IT. She offered in a snotty tone to make me a new one, and I said no. The manager came over and said he looked at the food and there was no meat in it. Both my date and I saw there was plainly meat in this dish. The service was horrible, we ordered online and went in to pick up and to sit in. We got a server who was very slow and unable to locate our food which was sitting at the bar, meaning all food arrived cold. She brought us wrong drinks, never followed up and never checked up on us. To add insult to injury, when it was time for us to leave we had to find her to bring us the bill. When she brought the bills, she kept saying that the food pre-ordered at the bar that all tips would go to the bar, as if she deserved a tip, all while mentioning that she was learning and that she would figure it out. I go here often and have NEVER had any issues, but today ANGIE was horrible and her lack of interest in serving us was very very distasteful and disappointing. read more

Last Friday Night my son fiance and I decided to eat at Ruby Tuesday's in Zephyrhills. Well that was a waste of money that I've ever spent in my life. My fiance got the sirloin mashed potatoes. The sirloin was either deep-fried cook the day before or something but it was absolutely horrible. My son got the chicken broccoli with cream sauce. The chicken was rubber like it was cooked in a microwave. I got the Bang Bang Shrimp and it was anything but a bang bang. It looked like it came from the Gordon Fisherman's Frozen box of crap. The only thing good was the cold beer and the one drink that I got and our server. Wish I could remember her name. I spent $120 on a meal that wasn't fit to feed a dog. I should have complain there but since I've been in the restaurant business for 32 years I didn't. But I could guarantee you one thing I will never go back to that restaurant again. I don't even see how the doors are still open serving that quality of crap for the price. read more

Definitely not my favorite. My husband and I went and overall it was not a good experience. We walk in and we had to wait on a hostess and the place wasn't even that busy. We're seated and order our food and drinks. The pretzel appetizer was good and so were the drinks aside from the bit of metal I found in my mai tai. Our food arrives and his hickory ribs were ok but very dry and my New Orleans sea food plate would have been really good if it were hot. The flavor was there but the only thing that wasn't luke warm were the mashed potatoes. The waiter checked on us frequently but overall not that friendly. Don't think we'll be back. read more

Satisfied customer, been going to Ruby Tuesday Zephyrhills for many years. The existing Management and Staff are great. Had problem with take out food order once and Scott the manager took care of it immediately. He was very polite and courteous. The one person that I have noticed employed there since I have been a customer worked her way up through the ranks and became a Manager. Her name is Jessica Chattin, she is married and has two children. Despite her challenges she has a positive attitude, always smiling and going out of her way to help customers. It's beside me that this young woman, married with two children has the stamina and great personality she has. Hoping that day will come that Jessica will be a General Manager. JK read more

If you like a nice salad bar (50+ items) this is the place to go. Nice greens variety and oodles of nice healthy toppings. We took advantage of their 2 for $25 special (endless garden bar, 2 entrees and a dessert to share). We got our fill on the salad and took the entrees home. My petite sirloin on this visit was very good, the babyback ribs are consistently tender & full of flavor, the broccoli is always perfectly cooked, the sweet potato fries are quite good, but those little ceddar biscuits brought to the table are forever disappointing...small & lacking flavor.
