We went here for second time and was amazed at how badly we were treated!!! We went in with high expectations after our first visit considering we knew what to expect which was order food never drinks from there. But we got there were sat at a table and when our server showed up it was someone who went to school with my daughter (Cheyanne) who I hadn't seen in years, last I knew she moved out of state, I've been friends with her mom for many years. But my husband ask for a napkin to dry the table because they had just wiped the table and it was soaked and the next thing we know we hear her refusing to serve us loudly. (Now she was my friends wild child but I hadn't seen her in years and even smiled at her, not said anything but my husband asking for a napkin) So we get a new server and I asked why she was refusing to serve us when we had done nothing but ask for a napkin and he said oh she had to go home early, next thing I know we have the manager there which I ask the same question, she ask if there had been issues between us. Really?? She's going on twenty, I haven't seen her since she was probably sixteen and I'm friends with her mom, she was a wild child but kids are kids. Manager says we'll this person will wait on you. Now we leave it at that eat as we get ready to leave we stand up and she was behind the bar and took off through kitchen door. Hey my name is Joe. I had visited Ruby Tuesdays today for the first time with my daughter. We are always wanting to try new and different things and today was a choice either Olive Garden or Ruby Tuesday.. and of course we couldn't have decided better. We were greeted by a lovely hostess and seated immediately. Next came Taylor our server... Let me tell you if I didn't feel like I was being served in a 5 star restaurant! His professionalism and outstanding customer service skills were beyond that I ever encountered at any restaurant, along with the courtesy of the manager at that time that came out and greeted also. Taylor had made sure we had plenty to drink without even me asking for a refill, also returned to make sure everything was up to par as far as the meal we had ordered. Also hats off the chefs in the back, the food was truly amazing. Anyone can prepare a meal to become a cook but to make a meal damn delicious in my eyes you have become a chef. My family visited for the first time, hands down impressed!! Our server Caleb was very attentive and very knowledgeable with there menu, he recommended trying the ribs and I'm glad I did. The pretzels they make are outstanding. The service that I received was above the standard of most restaurants in the area. Roger made it very pleasant. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but after today, i will never go there again. A small group of us girls went there for a birthday lunch only to find they had discontinued the only low carb chicken entree which a couple of us always ordered (chicken fresco) so we had to find something else to order. Then, 5 of us got served but 2 of us had to wait well over 30 minutes for our lunches (and the place was half empty) while the others ate and when my lunch finally came, it was inedible. My blackened tilapia with shrimp was so fishy tasting and slippery i just ate my broccoli and asked for a to go box, rather than cause a problem. The corn chowders were cold and had to be sent back and our server was less than attentive, walking past us many times as we waved our arms trying to flag her down to heat up the cold soups. We finally had to yell out to get her attention. The prices are outrageous now, the food is of very poor quality and the service is the worst I have seen and i wont be going back. (now i know why there were so many empty tables at noon!!) Just thinking of that slimy entree makes me want to gag. On a positive note: the iced tea was really good. read more

Great time and great service. We came here after bowling. Our waitress was awesome, friendly, and humorous. I wish I could remember her name. We ordered an appitizer called Thai Phoon Shrimp. Similar to the Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish but not the same level. I also had the Hickory Bourbon Chicken. For some reason it had some serious kick. It was good but damn, water was my friend. We had a gift card and went for dinner tonight. Emily was our waitress and tonight was her first night on the floor and she was wonderful, right on top of things. There was nothing we needed that she was not right on top of. It got busy but that did not bother her at all she stayed calm and worked all her tables like a pro. The food was great. My husband had the chicken fajita's and said they were good but he thinks they should add beef fajita's to the menu as well. Food was terrible and not worth the 32 dollars I spent. 18 minutes for 2 bowls of soup as a starter and less than 2 minutes later our burgers came out. Fries were cold and unseasoned. Burger was overcooked and the "pretzel" bun tasted like it was thawed in a microwave. Our server was lost and clueless it seemed. When the "manager" asked how things were, she said she already knew about the soups taking so long and yet still did nothing about it. Tell the customers what the deal is, especially if it going to take extra time. Overall it was horrible. All they did for guest recover was offer hot fries. We love Ruby Tuesday as a whole I won't lie for me it is always about the salad bar because I love the pumpernickel croutons! The only sad thing is I wish they had the zucchini cake minis but they took then off the menu last year but at least they have new minis just as good like during this visit I ordered the Baja chicken tacos with really well seasoned chicken and full of yummy veggies which is good because I love the healthy lighter offerings they have and sneak in more veggies! The cheese biscuits when your first seated are great too! The mango tea with the real chunks of fruit in them you can never go wrong with either I love the combo of tea and mango! This was our first time at this particular location which us right next to Legoland so it seems there will be larger parties being literally right in front of a park but still seems to have no issue with enough seating tonight. For a warning yelp showed their hours as being closed but they weren't do just check according to them they are hardly ever closed :) the service at this location was great we had a very nice server named Bella who caught me off guard by greeting my hubby and I and actually asked for our names which never really happens but she was very attentive and kept us cracking up! I took the family to Legoland for the first time and at the end of the day we were exhausted and we were looking for a quiet place to celebrate my birthday. We saw Ruby Tuesday was close to the hotel and decided to go there. Our server Levonda came up to our table and was very accommodating, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She found out it was my birthday and sang Happy Birthday to me! She was so nice and seemed like an old friend by the time our dinner appeared. She kept checking on us and talked when she could. Heck, if she was not working I would have asked her to join us. Now that brings us to the meal! The wife and I had the Asiago Peppercorn Sirloin with mashed potatoes and the Dirty rice. It was the best meal I've had in at least a year; every bite was amazing! Thank you so much for a great birthday, great food and great company. Bar service was incredibly slow... and, if the bar tender in training is working... DO NOT get a mixed drink. I repeat... do not get a mixed drink. The mohito we got was terrible tonight... the mint was not muddled... there was way too much sweet... it was pretty terrible... then had the salad bar...how do you mess that up? Pretty good location compared to others. Drinks were good, service was good, food was good. Their steak was done right and decent for a non steakhouse. First time trying ruby Tuesday and I enjoyed it! I ordered the chicken bella with mashed potatoes and broccoli and a raspberry iced tea. I finished my entire plate! The plates aren't too big but filling. Mashed potatoes and broccoli were also great! I didnt try the salad bar but wish I did my family enjoyed the salad. The waitresses were nice. We haven't been to Ruby Tuesday for over 10... years! We only stopped because it was right outside of Legoland. The kids loved this place, the family had a great experience as well! Delany was very friendly and professional. She brought refills without asking for it and took great care of the kids. The manager was outstanding (did not catch her name). She apologized ahead that ribs presentation wasn't as great and ordered a new serving while still letting my child enjoy original plating. Menu had decent selections and you could substitute a side for their garden bar for $1.99. The garden bar is huge and a very good value, especially at $1.99. The food came quickly and was good. It came without the sauce and the waitress took it back and got the sauce put on. When we got the bill he was charged extra for the sauce and it was supposed to be included. I visited the Ruby Tuesday at 5995 Cypress Gardens Blv on Friday 6th of April with 11 other people to celebrate my sisters birthday. This was the most awful place I have been. My food was not right and I did complain to the waitress. The green beans were cold and not done. We had coupons buy one entrée get another one at half price which wug e did not get the lady mgr came to our table and was loud and rude. All the other guest were staring and listening to what she had to say. I have been a mgr to a restaurant for 23 yrs and never would have acted in that manner. She should be FIRED!! The other mgr Ray Rivalsky did come out after her and was very nice and tried to make things right.
