This is a great place, especially for a large group. The food is prepared just right and plentiful. Good selection of wines and beers. Manager is always on the floor during the early evening to ensure things are going just right. When food is not exactly as customer thinks it should be they immediately take it back and bring a new order cooked to the satisfaction of the customer. Me and my Family were tired after a long day at LEGOLAND , we decided to grab a bite at Ruby Tuesday's. We were greeted by a nice woman and our waitress was very helpful and fast. 3 of my family members had kids meals. They said they were amazing. We ordered The Chicken Fresko and strawberry lemonade and the lemonade was delicious, But the chicken was hard and rubbery. The Mashed potatoes were cold as well. We ordered Asiago Bacon chicken and it was delicious. We wound up ordering that versus the chicken fresko, it was so much better. Love RT and sad we don't have one in our town but someone needs to do something about that floor! This is one of our go-to restaurants. We have yet to be disappointed with our food. The best server, by far, is Colin. He is fun, knows the menu, and is right on top of things even when it is busy. He has a wonderful way of making you feel special. Corbin is another one of our favorite servers. I believe these two young men come from the same mold. The server makes up for what other disappointments arise. The management is great and right on top of things. Tonia is a sweetheart. My Wife and I entered the restaurant on 05-21-23 at approx. 4:15pm. We walked in behind a group of eight. Everyone stood at the entrance near the greeter's station. Restaurant employees were present bussing, serving, but at no time did any Ruby Tuesday's employee acknowledge or speak to us. It wasn't particularly busy. We stood there ten to fifteen minutes with no employees speaking with us. I saw the manager handling a transaction on a screen, only to walk to the other side of the restaurant. You have to seat people, have them order, serve them and then they pay. Being short staffed isn't an excuse. Advice: don't waste your time. We didn't. read more

July 25, 2022- First off, when approaching the salad bar, all the plates had crumbs/spots. I had to ask for clean plates. When making my salad you could see that they didn't flip the vegetables correctly. There was old salad at the bottom of the bowl, and they just keep adding fresh on top. The tongs were handle down in one of the vegetables. The salad dressing where all in other dressings. I understand that is from the people self serving, however they should have better maintenance. After eating my salad I found a hair on my mushroom. It couldn't be mine because I have no facial hair and had a hat on. After finishing our drinks we noticed a black residue on the underside... it was mold. We talked to the manager to make him aware of these violations. We weren't offered any discounts and they did not comp our meals either. I told the manager that I would never eat there again. It was my first and last time there. I am very disappointed and nauseated. My mother and I have both worked in food service, this was not up to health codes. read more

Not too many choices in this area, and after a long day at Legoland (which is right next door), we decided to try this Ruby Tuesdays. The restaurant and salad bar area was very clean, and the server we had was great. The manager was attentive and visited all of the tables. I ordered a petite sirloin, grilled zucchini and salad bar and everything I tried was cooked well and tasted great. The server was even kind enough to transfer my iced tea to a to-go cup so I could have a beverage for my 1 hour plus drive back to Orlando! I will definitely visit this location again next time I visit Legoland. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Staying at the Legoland hotel nearby, so ordered a meal for our family. Took an Uber to pick it up, and could not be more disappointed. Absolutely no silverware, cutlery or plates were put in our bags with our food. Do you know how fun it is to eat a salad or baked potato with your fingers? How about pasta Primavera? Ordered rice pilaf as one of our sides, there might be three bites worth. Ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer, they were ice cold and taste like they're from three days ago. When I placed the order over the telephone, the woman was extremely rude and impatient with me, even though I already had everything ready to order... It's not like I kept her waiting. Let's start with the fact I chose curb side service and gave a $2 tip for them to bring it curbside...I pull in and park sign say call when you get there...rang them 2x got no answer and walked in... nobody at the front desk so I wait and wait and wait...how many she says I said curbside been calling she points to the table in the corner and says Togo orders are over there...I said curbside means you bring it to me!!! get home fries are old a cold and the burger is subpar.... so much salt on both!!! We haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in forever but decided to drive out from Davenport for "something different" and picked here bc they have a salad bar. Our server Roger was so kind and efficient. He provided excellant service. Salad bar was very good. My husband enjoyed his chicken and shrimp pasta, my New Orleans Talapia was good, shrimp on top was great. I only didn't enjoy my sides. Tator tots needed to be crispier and mashed potatoes had zero flavor. They seemed made from a box/powder, not real. Otherwise great option, we left full, they have good specials and coupons if you join mailing list and we will be back again. This is a nice enough place, but a word of caution. It's right in front of Legoland so it can get packed. Also, when Ruby Tuesday has their specials like BOGO, it gets crazy busy. The food is good, the service fine and there are enough specials to make stopping in there worthwhile. Cost per person is going to be about $10 + for burgers/sandwiches and $12- $18+ for entrees like ribs and steaks. The staff is friendly and attentive enough and a screw-up with a coupon was fixed by the Manager. (albeit after a brief lecture on how coupons work from the Manager. We went here for second time and was amazed at how badly we were treated!!! We went in with high expectations after our first visit considering we knew what to expect which was order food never drinks from there. But we got there were sat at a table and when our server showed up it was someone who went to school with my daughter (Cheyanne) who I hadn't seen in years, last I knew she moved out of state, I've been friends with her mom for many years. But my husband ask for a napkin to dry the table because they had just wiped the table and it was soaked and the next thing we know we hear her refusing to serve us loudly. (Now she was my friends wild child but I hadn't seen her in years and even smiled at her, not said anything but my husband asking for a napkin) So we get a new server and I asked why she was refusing to serve us when we had done nothing but ask for a napkin and he said oh she had to go home early, next thing I know we have the manager there which I ask the same question, she ask if there had been issues between us. Really?? She's going on twenty, I haven't seen her since she was probably sixteen and I'm friends with her mom, she was a wild child but kids are kids. Manager says we'll this person will wait on you. Now we leave it at that eat as we get ready to leave we stand up and she was behind the bar and took off through kitchen door.
