We go to this location all the time our waiter today was "Colin". He was so nice and his customer service out of 1-10 it was a 20. He made sure we were taken care of. Our food was amazing the salad bar was very clean and fresh. My Asiago chicken was amazing the flavors was everything. I witnessed an elderly lady pay for a "to-go" salad bar. Her hands shook, she walked with a cane, and each step she took was laborious. She struggled to fix her salad bar container. No one. Not one employee or manager offered to help her. I helped her. Another patron helped her with the door. At this moment I realized this establishment does not need my business. We will not be back. The hickory bourbon salmon with zucchini and rice pilaf is just fabulous! I rarely eat all my food in any restaurant, because I just don't eat a huge meal all at once ...... I ALMOST always clean my plate at Ruby Tuesday. Love the bar tenders - they are attentive and fun! If I can't finish it this is one dish I take home and eat later! food has been horrid the last three visits- last night I had a guacamole burger that had burnt pieces of cheese sticking out, no lettuce, pieces of flacI'd jalape chips that looked like soggy potatoe chips and tasted like it had been thrown in the floor and stepped on. The fries were overcooked and awful so no redeeming qualitie. had to order extra lemons as the water was also horrid. For a struggling franchise you would think that the management and service would take reservations for large parties more seriously and professionally. 2 calls to make and confirm reservations to show up and not be able to find the reservation and unwilling to accommodate our needs, let alone be apologetic or empathetic of their mistake. Not really sure what is happening, have been going here for many years. Not sure if the server is placing order wrong or chef isn't paying attention. I normally order a cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger well done with NO lettuce, pickles and onions. It always comes out medium and all the fixings. This has only started in the last 3 or 4 months. Oh where do I begin well first we get seated as the sun is blaring in my face and they have barely any shade to have the sun stop blaring in my face then we moved to another seat as the lady wouldn't even move out of the way to let me sit down so I had to place my order standing up. This is a great place, especially for a large group. The food is prepared just right and plentiful. Good selection of wines and beers. Manager is always on the floor during the early evening to ensure things are going just right. When food is not exactly as customer thinks it should be they immediately take it back and bring a new order cooked to the satisfaction of the customer. This is one of our go-to restaurants. We have yet to be disappointed with our food. The best server, by far, is Colin. He is fun, knows the menu, and is right on top of things even when it is busy. He has a wonderful way of making you feel special. Corbin is another one of our favorite servers. I believe these two young men come from the same mold. The server makes up for what other disappointments arise. The management is great and right on top of things. Tonia is a sweetheart. My Wife and I entered the restaurant on 05-21-23 at approx. 4:15pm. We walked in behind a group of eight. Everyone stood at the entrance near the greeter's station. Restaurant employees were present bussing, serving, but at no time did any Ruby Tuesday's employee acknowledge or speak to us. It wasn't particularly busy. We stood there ten to fifteen minutes with no employees speaking with us. I saw the manager handling a transaction on a screen, only to walk to the other side of the restaurant. You have to seat people, have them order, serve them and then they pay. Being short staffed isn't an excuse. Advice: don't waste your time. We didn't. read more

We were greeted by a nice woman and our waitress was very helpful and fast. 3 of my family members had kids meals. They said they were amazing. We ordered The Chicken Fresko and strawberry lemonade and the lemonade was delicious, But the chicken was hard and rubbery. The Mashed potatoes were cold as well. We ordered Asiago Bacon chicken and it was delicious. We wound up ordering that versus the chicken fresko, it was so much better. I and everyone around me were sticking to the floor and you could hear that sucking noise as people walked on the hard floor - I don't know what they use to mop but someone is not rinsing enough - it's a really weird sound and makes me wonder what else they are not cleaning properly - Minor to some but I didn't want to put my shoes on my car carpet as I didn't know exactly what was making them stick to the floor ... service and food excellent! read more

July 25, 2022- First off, when approaching the salad bar, all the plates had crumbs/spots. I had to ask for clean plates. When making my salad you could see that they didn't flip the vegetables correctly. There was old salad at the bottom of the bowl, and they just keep adding fresh on top. The tongs were handle down in one of the vegetables. The salad dressing where all in other dressings. I understand that is from the people self serving, however they should have better maintenance. After eating my salad I found a hair on my mushroom. It couldn't be mine because I have no facial hair and had a hat on. After finishing our drinks we noticed a black residue on the underside... it was mold. We talked to the manager to make him aware of these violations. We weren't offered any discounts and they did not comp our meals either. I told the manager that I would never eat there again. It was my first and last time there. I am very disappointed and nauseated. My mother and I have both worked in food service, this was not up to health codes. read more
