We went to Ruby Tuesday in The Villages at Spanish Springs this week and had a very good meal with the add on Salad Bar. The service by our server, Kailah, was exceptional. Love Ruby Tuesdays and especially this location! We went here while visiting my parents in the Villages and had a great experience. We had a fantastic server who was friendly and attentive. The salad bar was fresh and well kept. The food was delicious, and even having ordered the same meal I have ordered at other locations, the food was fresher and better, especially the sweet potato fries. Kids eat free on Tuesdays (1 child per adult meal) and there are constantly specials running, especially if you sign up for their emails. You can almost always get buy one get one 1/2 off. I highly recommend the Hickory Bourbon salmon or chicken. Even if you order a burger, ask for a side of the Hickory Bourbon sauce - it's like rubbing a little love on anything it touches - so good! read more

We have been in 3 different States over this past few months and all the Ruby Tuesday's are now being used for "prep kitchen" for other companies. I have (2) $25.00 gift cards that I can't use. I've called to see about a refund and said I could use them for merchandise but would not refund money. This is not exceptable! I purchased them as gifts and they returned them to me saying there were no RT close anymore. I soon found out it was true. Has anyone else had this problem? Tori was an excelglent wait person. He was immediately attentive for our beverage order. Gave us time to review the menu then was quite attentive to taking our order, asking questions about our tastes an sent the order in quickly. We were served fairly quick and all the food was very good. MY wife took home a portion of her Chicken Carbonara. She never eats leftovers, but quite an exception in this case and enjoyed it for lunch the next day. All in all, Tori made our visit enjoyable and flawless. read more

Went between nine and 10 o'clock this evening and ordered a salad bar and an appetizer of marinara sticks for a friend. The bill was over $30 for a small salad and a plate of five cheese sticks with marinara sauce. So if you're looking to pay more for a small salad and a small appetizer then he would pay for steaks at outback and you should frequent Ruby Tuesday. This pricing is ridiculous and inappropriate and I will not be back. read more

12/2021 Update: Haven't been here in a long time because, frankly, we haven't been able to get in! This RT has been so busy the lines have been out the door every time we came, no matter the time of day or season. We lucked out this afternoon, though, when the wait to be seated was only 20 minutes and we didn't have to stand the entire time. On this visit the waitress we had was friendly and moderately attentive even though she forgot a couple of sides we'd ordered. Our burgers, ordered medium rare and medium, were both raw inside, and the fries were so salty my husband got a migraine from eating them. So be careful what you order here. We didn't bother to have any of the problems fixed because we'd waited half an hour for meal delivery as it was and we were too hungry to wait even longer for replacements. Overall, the improvement of having a friendly and even semi-attentive server increased our satisfaction level to 3 stars. We can only hope for more improvements in future visits to this RT, assuming, of course, we can actually secure a table in a reasonable amount of time. read more

What in the world? Some folks can never be satisfied. We eat here all the time and after seeing how RT reviews had sunk since last year we dreaded going back. We are from Ruby Tuesday headquarters land in Knoxville TN so have these restaurants all over back home. We were so impressed with this particular Ruby Tuesday I actually called corporate and left a message COMMENDING this Ruby Tuesday and how efficient they are. Now granted there are a few things to take into consideration such as it IS The Villages which means every retiree will be there with bells on every time they offer a BOGO - which is frequently or a $5 burger day etc etc. if ANY restaurant is packed to capacity, there is going to be a wait time. That is common sense. If you don't want to wait, don't go on a day they have a special! This is a great RT compared to all the others we've been to - especially Sevierville TN and Ocala FL which are THE worst! In fact, it is like a well-oiled machine compared to a dysfunctional families that hate each other, at the other locations. The food is always fresh, tasty and prepared by folks smiling as they work - I kid you not! Check out the chefs in the kitchen, they're in full view. The little fry guy always has a smile on his face while heaping each plate full. The servers are on point and always great attitudes. This is one time I firmly disagree with other Yelpers and say please give this RT a chance. read more

We often eat at Ruby Tuesdays in Spanish Springs. We are never disappointed with the food and service. The food is prepared well and delicious especially their hickory bourbon salmon. They have a nice salad bar. The servers are excellent always friendly, efficient and helpful. Summer has served us quite often and is excellent but to be fair all the servers are very good and courteous. Never disappointed! The staff works so hard and they are always pleasant. My mom and I eat here weekly. The salad bar is always well maintained and fresh. The food always comes out hot. And changes are never a problem. The waitresses are always the same which tells you a lot. They are always friendly even on the crazy days. I have never had a bad meal here. We held our monthly Ladies Luncheon at Ruby Tuesday in Lady Lake last Tuesday. With a group of 42, we had three waitresses/waiters, who all did an outstanding job. Nicole was the waitress for our table and was very prompt and friendly in getting our orders and keeping drinks filled. Phenomenal experience. Great tasting food and drinks; especially the Ruby Relaxer, it's my favorite. I have been to this location multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. A few days ago I brought my parents here for the first time and the server we had was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great food and drink recommendations. I loved the casadea.
