I have a service industry background so I understand that things happen and you have to adapt on the fly to make a business work. However the first straw was the appetizer that I ordered was burnt, after ordering a burger 10min they come back to tell me that they are out of burgers so I of course adjust and change to a chicken sandwich no big deal 10min later the waiter comes back to tell me that the orders got mixed up and I'm actually getting the burger I wanted. Awesome....but after waiting another 30min the food comes out and the waiter explains to me that there was another mix up and in fact I was getting a chicken sandwich not a burger. The food is fair for the price, the environment feels crowded and some of the staff really need to get the sticks out of their ass. They don't bus the tables until someone needs to be seated at that table, messy. The good servers get over burdened with multiple tables and can't keep up. No help for them as the bros who work there stand around and talk. One guy in particular, usually working as the host who shows you to your table and literally has NO OTHER responsibilities, has been incredibly rude every time. Tonight we had our son with us and we asked him for a booth, he replied there were no open booths; even though the whole section was full of empty booths. I pointed out a booth that was empty and he rolled his eyes and said "sure". He asked us if we needed a high chair, and before we could reply he added, "I'd prefer if you didn't". cause it will be in the way. My son was only 2. It wasn't even a full booth we were seated at. Enough of a booth on one side for one person pre side, you know the kind. The kind they usually seat couples at. So I had to sit next to my son in the booth with me and half of my body was hanging out of the booth cause it want meant for more than one person. But hey, why care about your customers right? His smartass remarks and his behavior shouldn't be allowed what so ever. He has a pony tail and glasses. Very rude and unprofessional. We have been here a few times cause we are local to this area. Every time we come here and this hostess is there, we always have a bad experience. If he's there next time we walk in, we'll go elsewhere. This place is going down hill fast. RT is a standard road trip stop, but this location really deserves mad props for going above and beyond. We were welcomed warmly by the hostess, very polite with excellent manners. Our server was exceptionally attentive and polite. The garden bar was beautifully kept, clean and with ample selections. Our burger was served perfectly cooked and attractively presented. We were very impressed. Never had a bad meal at a RT, but this location is very well-run and merits extra praise. read more

The best Ruby Tuesday's I have been to in a very long time.they have fantastic service and their food is always great.The salad bar stays clean and full we never have a complaint.The staff is always welcoming and treat you with so much respect.Ask for Summer,she will make sure you are taken great care of as will the rest of the staff. read more

When we sat down the host took drink order due to his words, "We are so busy". There was maybe 10 tables full. On the side we sat on. The waitress comes over to take our order And asks what drinks we would like. On our table are 3 drinks that the host brought us. Focus much ? We ordered a trio sampler, pasta primavera and the salad bar and soup for lunch entrees. I made 2 trips to salad bar and the rest of the food still had not come. A table near us received a sampler trio complimentary which was probably ours because the pasta was not ready. Finally the pasta and soup come and then 3 minutes later the sampler trio. Didn't want the soup because now I have eaten 2 plates of salad. Salad bar was fantastic. Soup was suppose to be broccoli cheddar. It was more like nacho cheese with a little bit of broccoli. The pasta primavera was dripping in oil/pesto. The trio was actually good and enjoyable. We would not stop here again when traveling there are so many more choices. read more

We were traveling for Memorial Day weekend and stopped in here on a Friday night. We love their salad bar but this time we had the pick 3, both my husband and I. We had our two teenage grandchildren with us. My grandson ordered a fried chicken sandwich. It arrived burnt. You could see it sticking out of the bun burnt. He took two bites and couldn't eat anymore. I ordered the hickory smoked chicken breast on the pick 3 menu. It was obvious that someone took frozen chicken breast and either heated it up in the microwave or oven, then attempted to put some brown marks on it and then dumped barbecue sauce on it. I too, took two bites and couldn't eat it. It tasted like rubber. When the waitress came over to check on us, I told her the problem because the food was just sitting there. She offered to have something else made, but I told her we needed to get back on the road and to just bring the desserts. The manager then came over and wanted to know the problem too. I explained it to him and told him that we knew it wasn't the waitresses fault, she didn't cook the food. He offered to have something else cooked for us. We again explained it was getting late and we needed to get back on the road. He told us they were working on our desserts. When the bill came, we at least expected to be comped for one of the meals, not even both, but nothing. We paid $82 w/tip (because again, not her fault) for food that was not edible. So gross. Will not be stopping there again on our way through. And we pass through every other weekend. read more

I wish I could have given this a 5 star review only based on our bartender Kat. She was amazing and meticulous. Best thing about this restaurant was Kat. I ordered the Caesar salad with salmon. It was served in a large bowl/platter. The sides of the plate looked as though some one tried to wipe it clean with out success. I attempted to over look this and took one bite of an overdressed salad with soggy croutons. Kat apologized and sent it back. In my attempt to order something else that was quick I chose the spring rolls. They were good but not exactly the healthy lunch I had hoped for? My husbands turkey avocado burger was just fine with sweet potato fries. Kat even brought out an extra serving of sweet potato fries. Like I said she should be running this place. One more comment. Has Ruby Tuesdays visited their policies on employee clothing? Maybe I am not use to the south but ratty looking jeans on most of the employees and t shirts? Undrstaffed. One waitress for entire restaurant. Midafternoon salad bar lacked many items. Waitress kept getting one of four responses to customer inquiries at our table. Staff cleaning were incredibly nice, offering to dim blinds and more. read more

Keep in mind that this is coming from somebody that used to work at a Ruby Tuesdays a few years ago. This is the worst Ruby Tuesdays I've ever been to, not only is it in a dry town so you can't get any liquor, but the kitchen just cannot get their heads out of their asses. I've eaten here a few times since I was forced to move to this town and every time I've been disappointed. I ordered some kind of steak special they had one time and the steak was cooked properly but was so fatty and rubbery that only 30% of the steak was even edible. For some reason they don't have a lot of the appetizers that the other Ruby Tuesdays in other places have I'm not sure why. One of my favorite things on the menu was the mashed cauliflower and they don't have that so if you're looking for that you're going to be bummed out. The salad bar always looks sketchy at best. The one thing this Ruby Tuesdays has going for it is the southern charm of the wait staff. If there were more places to eat in this town I never go back to Ruby Tuesdays, but unfortunately in this town it is the most high in place you can eat, which is laughable. read more

My family and I have been going here off and on for some time, everytime we leave with mixed reviews, which shouldn't be, but return to give them a try again. When we first started going they were awesome and we couldn't wait to return, the food was great the service was good and the price was exactly where we expected it. Since then our experiences have gotten a little worst everytime, but the food has still tasted really good or at least to my liking, which is why I rated it at a 3 star. The most recent visit, we went after their recent menu change, wasn't so pleasing. Our main course dinner was very good, but the salad bar was not. They still had the same old salad bar after all the advertisements said it was changed, we were disappointed. The service was good, but the dinning area smelled of old reused wash rags. It just didn't seem to have a clean atmosphere. With the disappointment of the salad bar and the old rag smell we will not be back for a while until we hear some other reviews about cleanliness being addressed and straightened out. read more
