This is the worst Ruby Tuesday I've eaten at! The white wine sangria tasted like Koolaid, with no wine flavor at all. The endless garden bar was NOT fresh, at all. The greens were okay, the corn was old and mushy, as were most of the salad fixings. My husband had the bourbon glazed salmon. It was cooked to perfection, but drowned in the very sweet sauce. Did not even keep on table for two seconds. Only the line cook came into the dinning area to ask us what was wrong? Never a Mgr. To be seen. We are hesitant to drop our rating more than one star, but must in this case: 1) New York strip no longer on menu. 2.) Fries are now the skinny frozen variety. 3.) Dining room ambient temperature measured a 61 degrees fahrenheit in February. Took almost 15 minutes to shut off a/c. 4.) Waitress failed to take order correctly. Still no bread with salad bar. It will be awhile before we return. Assistant manager and waitress did apologize. Jonathan, our waiter, provided fantastic service and a lovely dining experience. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is as average as chain gets in every area. The winning point of Ruby Tuesday is their salad bar. I had their chicken tortilla soup which was flavorful and came with several chips. There wasn't much chicken. Stopped in for a cocktail and dinner. The wild berry margarita was ok but the spicy banging shrimp was just awful. They were swimming in grease. I couldn't eat them. Tried out this place as we were passing through to Texas and sadly I was disappointed on our visit. When we arrived it was busy but not full the restaurant, we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The reataurant was kept cleaned, our tables was cleaned well, the floor was slightly dirty but acceptable. Now to start I ordered the fried green beans with dipping sauce on the side(it was so salty). Then I went ahead and asked for a creamy sauce which was the parmesan cheese sauce, not good either, to watery and had a horrible after taste. However I choose not to say anything because of how hungry we were after 8 hours of driving, especially with 5 children. So we went ahead and ordered our main course: Pork Chop burger, Cesar salad w/salmon, Chicken Alfredo, kids Mac n Cheese, kids pasta w/butter, kids chicken tenders. The burger was slightly dry but my husband was so hungry and tired he just scarfed it down, the kids meal was good actually. The 2 chicken alfredo was also good. Now let me get to my meal the Cesar salad with salmon. I was hungry also where i was not going to say anything but I couldn't stay quiet when after a quarter way of eating the salmon i realized the salmon was extremely raw and frozen in the center. It seems like when they mix my salad they never cleaned the bowl because I had broccoli in my salad, sunflower seed and it had an asian flavored dressing on it. At that point I could not eat it anymore and I have completely loss my appetite. That is unacceptable, i mean frozen raw salmon?? If we were not on a time crunch I would have taken the time to ask for a manager, but after reporting how horrible this dish was to our server no manager ever came to apologize, which was very unprofessional. For a Ruby Tuesday in Northwest Florida it gets 5 stars. Also, I don't know the deal with all the negative reviews but my experience could not have been better. Our waiter, Blake was wonderful and made sure our needs were met and was exceptionally personable as well. My dish, the Chicken Bella came out hot, fresh and tasty. My companion's dish, the Sirloin was cooked perfectly as requested (medium) and had a great flavor. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. The carpets and rest of restaurant was clean as well. This has to be the worst Ruby Tuesdays in the chain. Walking in, the lighting is more like a diner - bright and cheap, not cozy at all. Very off-putting! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was nice. We ordered spinach dip and when it arrived it was watery and bland, as if they were running out of dip and didn't want to open a new pouch. Salad bar was fine. But in the end we paid more than $50 with tip for horrible spinach dip, two salads, a glass of wine and a beer. To top it all off, a staff member came by and began sweeping the carpet beneath a table where children had been sitting and an old food, carpet smell wafted up. read more

The whole restaurant was available and my friends and I were seated right next to some sort of work station under 3 air vents. It was freezing. And about 5 mins after that .The same waiter bring a large rack of ribs to the people at the table right beside us. After we ate I asked How they are OUT of ribs but yet I see the people that sat down after us have ribs.He said OH. ( we didn't have any cooked we would have had to wait like 30 or 40 mins. I have visited twice within the last week and each time Nick waited on me. The first time was just after Irma came through and you guys were out of a lot of stuff, but he made some recommendations to us, we truly enjoyed the food he suggested. He was very attentive and made us feel welcome and that our experience was his top priority. On our second visit the food was okay, it definitely could have been better. However, Nick offered possibly the best service we've had at your restaurant and more than made up for the less than desirable food quality. I do think it's important to note that the restaurant was very busy, which probably had something to do with the quality of the food. Food came out hot and the salad bar was maintained pretty well. I can't really comment on the quality of the food as its regulated by whoever supplies it and what corporate orders. Your typical Ruby Tuesday. It was walking distance from th hotel I recently spent a week at, so me and some of the other guys ended up here quite a few times during our trip. Great service, but only one negative: The only negative, and this has nothing to do with Ruby's, is that Jackson County has rather strict alcohol laws. No liquor served at a restaurant ever, although you can buy it easily enough at a local liquor store, and no alcohol at all served on Sundays (Unless you get it from the supermarket within the Marianna city limits). Also, they close rather early, 11PM, but I was told that is also a county law and not a Ruby Tuesday standard. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed meeting the friendly staff at this location. The place was clean, well stocked and offered a nice atmosphere to sit and have a beer or 5 and an appetizer. Servers all seemed friendly, and the various bartenders we had were really great people and fun to talk to. read more

If I could post negative stars I would. Let me first start off with the fact that I worked in a restaurant for years before I met my husband and became a stay at home mom so it takes ALOT for me to give a bad review. They were not busy, and it was early afternoon, we decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal since we never go out because let's face it taking 3 kids to eat can me hassle. We ordered our drinks. Server came back with 2 out of 4 then explaining that he took it upon himself to upgrade our childrens lemonades to bar made because the other "taste like toilet water, did not mention that is was more expensive than our drinks, (the 4 dollar lemonade neither of my kids liked nor finished) then we continued to our food order. They were out of broccoli so I asked for just a second to reread side he jumps with green beans, I specifically asked if it was French style, or long rubbery ones (I hate those) they are "county style and delish" so waiting on food, kids come 20 mins later still no ketchup, and no drinks, we get our food. My steak was suppose to be a special bacon glazed which it wasn't. The manager gave us the food and said ummm I'll just bring the glaze to pour on it.... ummm what?! Then brings THE WRONG KIND... the green beans were so far from delicious that when I let my 7 year old try one he asked if I was pulling a prank on him, my steak was so weird and fatty i could not eat it. So THANK YOU FOR THE MASHED POTATOES which I originally ordered for my 7 month old daughter. 70 dollars spent on TRASH!!! Very displeased and disgusted... ever more so that they didn't even offer to fix it seeing as we paid our 70 plus bill and still left hungry. read more

I have a service industry background so I understand that things happen and you have to adapt on the fly to make a business work. However the first straw was the appetizer that I ordered was burnt, after ordering a burger 10min they come back to tell me that they are out of burgers so I of course adjust and change to a chicken sandwich no big deal 10min later the waiter comes back to tell me that the orders got mixed up and I'm actually getting the burger I wanted. Awesome....but after waiting another 30min the food comes out and the waiter explains to me that there was another mix up and in fact I was getting a chicken sandwich not a burger. The food is fair for the price, the environment feels crowded and some of the staff really need to get the sticks out of their ass. They don't bus the tables until someone needs to be seated at that table, messy. The good servers get over burdened with multiple tables and can't keep up. No help for them as the bros who work there stand around and talk. One guy in particular, usually working as the host who shows you to your table and literally has NO OTHER responsibilities, has been incredibly rude every time. Tonight we had our son with us and we asked him for a booth, he replied there were no open booths; even though the whole section was full of empty booths. I pointed out a booth that was empty and he rolled his eyes and said "sure". He asked us if we needed a high chair, and before we could reply he added, "I'd prefer if you didn't". cause it will be in the way. My son was only 2. It wasn't even a full booth we were seated at. Enough of a booth on one side for one person pre side, you know the kind. The kind they usually seat couples at. So I had to sit next to my son in the booth with me and half of my body was hanging out of the booth cause it want meant for more than one person. But hey, why care about your customers right? His smartass remarks and his behavior shouldn't be allowed what so ever. He has a pony tail and glasses. Very rude and unprofessional. We have been here a few times cause we are local to this area. Every time we come here and this hostess is there, we always have a bad experience. If he's there next time we walk in, we'll go elsewhere. This place is going down hill fast.
