Food was decent. Salad bar was poorly stocked. Out of certain dressings. My boyfriend ordered half rack of ribs, got an appetizer and two rounds of beers. I ordered the salad bar. My boyfriend had about 3 or 4 pieces of mandarin oranges off of my plate as we sat to finish our beers . Didn't realize our waiter was spying on us during this... little weird. So they charged us an extra 4 dollars. While we wrote a small note on the receipt the waiter, Blake, came over to peek & took one beer mug and laughed as he walked away, leaving the other dirty plates behind. Was very petty and weird. Yeah not coming back. Thanks, Blake. read more

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this Ruby Tuesday. We sat in the bar area, it was clean, we were asked about food and drinks in a timely manner. The food was excellent, the bartender was superb and very attentive and understanding to our dietary needs and constraints. Salad bar had a great selection and was well stocked. Great choice for our dinner while on the road. read more

I love burgers. I make sure to try and get a burger almost everywhere I go and Ruby Tuesday was no exception! I ordered this Colossal Burger. But when I took a but out of it, the inside was super pink. I mean raw. I told the waiter to cook it well done but I'm sure he told the cook medium. Regardless I ate it. I went back a second time and got the burger well don't and it tasted exceptionally better! Although it was good, and the service was fine I don't intend on visiting this resturaunt anytime soon. read more

Not a full bar, only beer and wine. Lack of professionalism. Salad bar was filthy with food everywhere and bar tender was eating off of a customers plate. What is management doing? read more

This has to be the worst Ruby Tuesday's I've ever stepped foot in. Service was very slow (more like our waitress!!!). The aroma in the room was full of mozzarella, cigarettes. Our poor waitress kept messing up our drink orders and was visiting other tables while supposed to be giving us a refill. C'mon guys do better!!!! read more

Jonathan, our waiter, provided fantastic service and a lovely dining experience. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is as average as chain gets in every area. The winning point of Ruby Tuesday is their salad bar. I had their chicken tortilla soup which was flavorful and came with several chips. There wasn't much chicken. For a decent lunch or dinner that can accommodate for many preferences, you can't go wrong with Ruby Tuesday's. Just don't expect anything spectacular that will leave you wanting more. read more

Ruby Tuesday - Chicken tortilla soup - Burgers Near Me - Marianna, Florida

This is the worst Ruby Tuesday I've eaten at! The white wine sangria tasted like Koolaid, with no wine flavor at all. The endless garden bar was NOT fresh, at all. The greens were okay, the corn was old and mushy, as were most of the salad fixings. My husband had the bourbon glazed salmon. It was cooked to perfection, but drowned in the very sweet sauce. We probably won't be back. read more

This Ruby Tuesday is NOT up to corp. specs. Dirty tables & bar tops. The salt n pepper condiments have obviously not been moved to clean underneath in some time. The waiting area at the host stand had caked dust On the Host Stand facing the Guests. Our entire meal was sent back upon arrival to our table. Poor presentation and old oil on all our items. Did not even keep on table for two seconds. Only the line cook came into the dinning area to ask us what was wrong? Never a Mgr. To be seen. The server said she has Never seen food like that come out. But she served food all night. The oil has probably NOT even been recycled. In months. No teamwork presence or mgr. In store We guessed. Do not return. Drive up the street to Javier's instead. Well worth it and a full liquor bar with drinks made to order. Just our observation, but if follow YELP, stay away and good luck read more

We are hesitant to drop our rating more than one star, but must in this case: 1) New York strip no longer on menu. 2.) Fries are now the skinny frozen variety. 3.) Dining room ambient temperature measured a 61 degrees fahrenheit in February. Took almost 15 minutes to shut off a/c. 4.) Waitress failed to take order correctly. Still no bread with salad bar. It will be awhile before we return. Assistant manager and waitress did apologize. As readers know, we are not big on chain restaurants as menus get changed without warning, and Tuesday has dramatically changed theirs, obviously for profit reasons more than customers wants. read more

Best time. They have great service. Great food. EAT HERE! Server Callie did awesome! We started the night at Beef O Brady's but had horrible service. So we came to Ruby Tuesday's instead. We were sat promptly and our waitress Callie came over in a minute to get our drink order. When she returned we ordered our food. The salad bar and the how meal was great and Callie kept checking on us and refilling when needed. When we come through again we will definitely stop again. EXCELLENT JOB FROM THE FIRST MOMENT TO THE END. read more

Great place, great atmosphere & the best bartenders around. The food is also good. They have gluten free options.

Awesome service! I was dining solo and my server treated me like royalty. Had the grilled salmon, followed by the grilled chocolate chip cookie. Both were excellent. read more

Tried $3.00 entree with Garden salad bar. Had 6oz sirloin and baked potato. Steak was over cooked and baked potato had been cooked awhile. Server did offer to make me another steak but it was tender enough and tasted good. Didn't complain of potato. Salad bar was fresh. Kent our server did a good job and was friendly. read more

The food was amazing and the service was spectacular, so far I've noticed all the bad reviews are from people who come in with a negative attitude! Stay positive, my service was amazing, food came out on time wasn't to cold and wasn't burnt, the server treated me with the same respect, all in all this is my favorite restaurant in town. read more

Stopped in for a cocktail and dinner. The wild berry margarita was ok but the spicy banging shrimp was just awful. They were swimming in grease. I couldn't eat them. I had planned to order more than that but they were pretty bad so I changed my mind. My server did a great job however. If based on service alone I would go back in a heartbeat. read more

Tried out this place as we were passing through to Texas and sadly I was disappointed on our visit. When we arrived it was busy but not full the restaurant, we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The reataurant was kept cleaned, our tables was cleaned well, the floor was slightly dirty but acceptable. Now to start I ordered the fried green beans with dipping sauce on the side(it was so salty). Then I went ahead and asked for a creamy sauce which was the parmesan cheese sauce, not good either, to watery and had a horrible after taste. However I choose not to say anything because of how hungry we were after 8 hours of driving, especially with 5 children. So we went ahead and ordered our main course: Pork Chop burger, Cesar salad w/salmon, Chicken Alfredo, kids Mac n Cheese, kids pasta w/butter, kids chicken tenders. The burger was slightly dry but my husband was so hungry and tired he just scarfed it down, the kids meal was good actually. The 2 chicken alfredo was also good. Now let me get to my meal the Cesar salad with salmon. I was hungry also where i was not going to say anything but I couldn't stay quiet when after a quarter way of eating the salmon i realized the salmon was extremely raw and frozen in the center. It seems like when they mix my salad they never cleaned the bowl because I had broccoli in my salad, sunflower seed and it had an asian flavored dressing on it. At that point I could not eat it anymore and I have completely loss my appetite. That is unacceptable, i mean frozen raw salmon?? If we were not on a time crunch I would have taken the time to ask for a manager, but after reporting how horrible this dish was to our server no manager ever came to apologize, which was very unprofessional. So after that we just left... upset, hungry and disappointed as a customer. I welcome a call or response from management regarding our visit. read more

Wouldn't go back to this location. Fully staffed and not busy at all since it was 3:00 pm. The whole restaurant was available and my friends and I were seated right next to some sort of work station under 3 air vents. It was freezing. Our waiter was anything but friendly and did not once ask us if we needed anything. The food took a while to come and was decent tasting. Most of the staff were circled around a tv watching some football game. The whole experience was awkward and unemployable. read more

For a Ruby Tuesday in Northwest Florida it gets 5 stars. Also, I don't know the deal with all the negative reviews but my experience could not have been better. Our waiter, Blake was wonderful and made sure our needs were met and was exceptionally personable as well. My dish, the Chicken Bella came out hot, fresh and tasty. My companion's dish, the Sirloin was cooked perfectly as requested (medium) and had a great flavor. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. The carpets and rest of restaurant was clean as well. As I stated above, for a RT in a very small town in Northwest Florida, they deserve 5 stars. Pardon typos as I am writing in haste. read more

This has to be the worst Ruby Tuesdays in the chain. Walking in, the lighting is more like a diner - bright and cheap, not cozy at all. Very off-putting! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was nice. We ordered spinach dip and when it arrived it was watery and bland, as if they were running out of dip and didn't want to open a new pouch. Salad bar was fine. But in the end we paid more than $50 with tip for horrible spinach dip, two salads, a glass of wine and a beer. To top it all off, a staff member came by and began sweeping the carpet beneath a table where children had been sitting and an old food, carpet smell wafted up. read more

Slow service .even when there are only 8 people in the place . We tried to order Rib's. The waiter told us they where out .so we ordered a burger After waiting 40 mins .food comes to the table. And about 5 mins after that .The same waiter bring a large rack of ribs to the people at the table right beside us. After we ate I asked How they are OUT of ribs but yet I see the people that sat down after us have ribs.He said OH. ( we didn't have any cooked we would have had to wait like 30 or 40 mins. I told him I did wait 30 to 40 mins for a damn hambuger. ) and the salad bar sucks. Very little to choose from. read more

Filthy - food was bad - people were nice. It was a stop over on trip so had low expectations, although stopped at a different RT on last trip and it was a decent place. I would recommend NOT stopping at this one read more

Special Thanks to our waiter, Dakota, for excellent service. The food was great and friendly staff.

I've always enjoyed Beef's and the new menu with the steak nachos is not a disappointment.

Great service, good food and management is customer service oriented. Our family of six were treated exceptional and we left Happy & Full!

Traveling all day & arrived in Marianna around lunch time. Saw Ruby Tuesday & decided to eat there instead of a fast food chain. Our server was attentive & nice. My grilled shrimp were small & not too tasty. My sweetie had the pork chop & it was delicious. I had flavored ice tea & that was good. read more

When your salad is supposed to be a kale and romaine salad and you find brown iceberg instead of romaine and your spouse's Cobb salad includes a piece of metal that looks like it came from a kitchen scrubber, it's probably not a good idea to recommend the restaurant to others. Ruby Tuesday - I'm pretty sure this is not supposed to be an ingredient in a Cobb salad. - Burgers Near Me - Marianna, Florida

I have always enjoyed Ruby Tuesday as a rule. This one deserves special mention. I was greeted quickly, attention was as if I was the only one day in the restaurant. Johnathon, my server, was friendly, knew the menu well, and made recommendations after LISTENING to what I felt like having. My Petite Sirloin came out a perfect Med Rare and HOT. I would not have expected this level of service in Marianna. Well done, and a great meal. read more

Well it's pretty standard. If you've been to a Ruby Tuesday's then you've been to all of them. Our waitress was great, always had full drinks. Food came out hot and the salad bar was maintained pretty well. I can't really comment on the quality of the food as its regulated by whoever supplies it and what corporate orders. In this small town of you want something you can predict then go here. read more

I have visited twice within the last week and each time Nick waited on me. The first time was just after Irma came through and you guys were out of a lot of stuff, but he made some recommendations to us, we truly enjoyed the food he suggested. He was very attentive and made us feel welcome and that our experience was his top priority. On our second visit the food was okay, it definitely could have been better. However, Nick offered possibly the best service we've had at your restaurant and more than made up for the less than desirable food quality. I do think it's important to note that the restaurant was very busy, which probably had something to do with the quality of the food. I really felt the need to take the time and commend your waiter's positive attitude and fantastic service skills and I hope that the restaurant management does the same. read more

My girlfriend got the all you can eat garden bar. I ate about 4 mandarin orange slices off her plate, and got charged 4 dollars extra. Watch out, these people want your money, and they will certainly spy on you from a distance to catch you off guard. Good luck! read more

Your typical Ruby Tuesday. It was walking distance from th hotel I recently spent a week at, so me and some of the other guys ended up here quite a few times during our trip. Great service, but only one negative: The only negative, and this has nothing to do with Ruby's, is that Jackson County has rather strict alcohol laws. No liquor served at a restaurant ever, although you can buy it easily enough at a local liquor store, and no alcohol at all served on Sundays (Unless you get it from the supermarket within the Marianna city limits). Also, they close rather early, 11PM, but I was told that is also a county law and not a Ruby Tuesday standard. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed meeting the friendly staff at this location. The place was clean, well stocked and offered a nice atmosphere to sit and have a beer or 5 and an appetizer. Servers all seemed friendly, and the various bartenders we had were really great people and fun to talk to. read more

This probably has been one or the worst experiences I have had in sometime. The wait time for a drink order, then food was unacceptable on what appeared to be a slow night. Worst meal EVER won't be returning!! I should add we have eaten here in multiple occasions without incident but this particular night the food was horrible the shrimp had an odor the asparagus was nearly burnt to a crisp the baked potato was the ONLY saving grace. When the manager came out he seemed annoyed that I dare complain I had to wrestle with him until I finally just remained silent. My money was refunded but the humiliation lingers on!! Imagine being grilled for not liking a meal! read more

If I could post negative stars I would. Let me first start off with the fact that I worked in a restaurant for years before I met my husband and became a stay at home mom so it takes ALOT for me to give a bad review. They were not busy, and it was early afternoon, we decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal since we never go out because let's face it taking 3 kids to eat can me hassle. We ordered our drinks. Server came back with 2 out of 4 then explaining that he took it upon himself to upgrade our childrens lemonades to bar made because the other "taste like toilet water, did not mention that is was more expensive than our drinks, (the 4 dollar lemonade neither of my kids liked nor finished) then we continued to our food order. They were out of broccoli so I asked for just a second to reread side he jumps with green beans, I specifically asked if it was French style, or long rubbery ones (I hate those) they are "county style and delish" so waiting on food, kids come 20 mins later still no ketchup, and no drinks, we get our food. My steak was suppose to be a special bacon glazed which it wasn't. The manager gave us the food and said ummm I'll just bring the glaze to pour on it.... ummm what?! Then brings THE WRONG KIND... the green beans were so far from delicious that when I let my 7 year old try one he asked if I was pulling a prank on him, my steak was so weird and fatty i could not eat it. So THANK YOU FOR THE MASHED POTATOES which I originally ordered for my 7 month old daughter. 70 dollars spent on TRASH!!! Very displeased and disgusted... ever more so that they didn't even offer to fix it seeing as we paid our 70 plus bill and still left hungry. read more
