Our waitress was nice, but she was also running the bar. It seems that management could have had more employees available. We arrived at 8:30 pm. and they close at 10:00. If I had visited the restroom before eating, I would not have stayed. It was not just that the restroom was dirty. It was much more. You could tell the toilets had not been really cleaned in quite a while. There were visible rings in the toilets. The restaurant floors appeared dirty. The place is rundown. I will never go back there. It scares me to think what the kitchen might look like if the rest of the establishment was that bad. read more

My fiancé and I both ordered the burger. I got a bacon cheeseburger and I received it with no bacon and barely any fries. They brought some more bacon out when I was almost done eating but it was cold to the touch. I would definitely not recommend them. We also both got the salad bar but the lady that was cleaning it was rude when I asked for a refill of ranch that was completely empty. Our waitress was friendly. The rewards program and weekly specials alone are great options to dine out without being too expensive. You get a reward or two a couple minutes within signing up. Yes a couple minutes!! Service warm and attentive. It can get a little busy depending on how many patrons arrive at other tables. Your waitress may get away from you for a bit. Restaurant is cool classy. We've eaten here many times as we travel to and from NJ and FL. This is the first time it was not good. Salad bar was awesome. The attendant was on top of all refills. Service was slow and chaotic. I was told both managers were working in the kitchen so the poor food was unexpected. The blackened chicken casadilla was not blackened, so little taste. My $26 trio was haphazardly thrown on tge plate. Half a container of cocktail sauce and tge 6 shrimp were small. Ribs were dry and not very meaty. I decided to give this location five stars because everyone was polite, and I understand that restaurants can get very busy. I ordered the shrimp scampi, and it was okay, but it wasn't especially memorable. Our waitress was friendly and courteous throughout our visit, which I appreciated. She did seem overwhelmed or perhaps a little forgetful, as we didn't receive our silverware initially, our beverages took longer than expected, and it took quite a while before we were able to pay our bill. I also noticed that a drink was accidentally spilled on the floor during service and it remained there when we left, which was disappointing from a safety and cleanliness standpoint. In addition, I noticed the restaurant's sanitation score was 92. While that is a passing grade, I expected a higher score from a national chain restaurant. Overall, the service was polite and I believe our waitress was doing her best under what appeared to be a very busy shift. I hope management provides the support needed to keep up with cleaning and service during peak hours. read more

Came in on this day for early supper. I was really craving a salad. I ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger and added on the salad bar. The salad bar spread is amazing so many choices. Fresh and well stocked. Looks amazing and tasted amazing. The smokehouse cheeseburger has bacon, lettuce, tomatos pickles & cheese. Service was fast and fantastic! Placed an online order for pick up at 6:20 by 6:35 it was ready. Was greeted with a smile by the hostess and sent over to the take area. Was promptly greeted by a very friendly hostess and manager who made sure the order was accurate. Order the impossible burger and several sides for one order and wings and potato skins for the second order. We were the only ones seated and the server kept blaming the delay that she was the only one working, The delays included getting our drink order, which was after the appetizer, to forgetting settings, so our meal got cold, forgetting the second drink order, then telling us they were closing so the second drink wasn't coming. The salad was floating in nasty bottled dressing. The sandwich was on a round bun, not the club bread, as shown in the picture. Never again!! read more

Went in and sat down and the servers were literally arguing about who was going to serve the table when the place was almost empty anyway at 3:30pm. Literally the worst experience ever at a restaurant in my life. Will definitely recommend anyone who's looking for even a decent experience to never go here. I placed a Doordash order for our favorite ribs last night. The wrong order was delivered, so I called and asked about it. They asked me to bring the food in, and although it was a bit inconvenient, I did. Turned out it was delivered from the wrong restaurant!! Mr. Williams, the manager, was so kind. They investigated, found out what happened, and remade my order. The ribs were tender, falling off the bone, and tasted fabulous, as usual. The baked potato was steaming hot and cooked just right. Just remember, when there's a problem that can be fixed, always stay calm and kind. Just like the folks at Ruby Tuesday did. This place will remain my go-to! read more

When I tell you we got LESS than a FROZEN MEAL PORTION I am NOT over exaggerating!! $16 a plate for 1 scoop of noodles and a half of a small chicken breast. The deconstructed kabobs was the same way. Not even a quarter of the to-go plate was filled. The manager says "that's normal portion size". No it's not. If I would've went in to eat, I would've gotten more food. Not much to review. It has been awhile since going to Ruby Tuesday, so thought I would give them a try. I was greeted nicely and seated immediately. The menu was almost entirely pictures, which I appreciate. I was having a tough time making a choice. Not that this mattered as I was never even offered a drink or to take my order, after waiting 20 minutes. I know this as I texted someone as I sat down, which gave me a timestamp. There were 3 waitpersons in the 15 tables section but only half of the tables were occupied. There were people sat after me that were given service right away. Sure, I could have asked to be moved or to place my order, but with other options, why should I have ask to give my money and business. Gonna miss out on that pumpkin cheesecake. read more

So this place has some rough reviews but my experience was exactly what was expected from a ruby tuesday. The food was solid. The staff was attentive and friendly. There were two birthdays going on so if they were a little slow on refilling the water I understand. I had to stay in Lumberton for a few days for work this week, so I packed the coupon and used it for lunch here. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a trip to their garden bar. Second time going to this location. They gave us our order wrong (it was similar to what we had order so we didn't notice) and then the waitress got upset about it like it was our fault. The food was dry and over cooked. The waitress brought our drinks 20 minutes after taking our drink order and never came back to refills even when we asked. Overall horrible experience horrible food. The credit card machine they have makes you pay at the table and she started at me until I pressed a tip amount assuring I would tip. Even then I only tipped the minimum but it should have been 0%. We ordered a shared appetizer. Another girl brought out the food. We had no plates on our table, we asked for plates and she said " we have some coming out of the dishwasher , you will get some in a few minutes " . My wife went up to the Salad Bar and got 2 plates.
