The service was outstanding. Jarhon is an exceptional bartender and host. The food was freshly cooked and also exceptional.

Update #2 My fiancé and I came back today to give this place another chance because the manager reached out to me and apologized for the poor experience and sent me a gift card. I was very happy that they tried to make things right because it shows they care about their customers experience. The food today was definitely better. My fiancé really enjoyed the scallops,however, he feels that was the only good thing on the plate and for $20 not worth it. I liked the tilapia and shrimp (although you only get 3 shrimps on the $18 plate) Our waitress Destiny was OK she definitely could have been friendlier. We gave her the coupon as soon as we walked in but she still charged us full price and upon telling her it wasn't on there she didn't apologize for her mistake just took the receipt and changed it. Also we ordered the "dulce de leche sundae" to go for $11 and she brought a single tiny piece of cheesecake. We told her we ordered the sundae and she said "are you sure you want that? It's gonna melt" we told her to just take it off for us and once again no apology, seemed rude. Another disappointment was the fries and tots. We ordered them both "loaded" but for $4 total all you get is a pinch of cheese and bacon bits on top of what seemed to be greasy microwaved fries and tots so definitely wouldn't recommend it as we couldn't eat more than a bite. The only thing that would be worth going for would be the salad bar which was good for $6. We were satisfied with the decor of the place, however, we most likely won't be coming back. read more

Went in and sat down and the servers were literally arguing about who was going to serve the table when the place was almost empty anyway at 3:30pm. Literally the worst experience ever at a restaurant in my life. Will definitely recommend anyone who's looking for even a decent experience to never go here. Servers arguing over tables, complaining about working, sour attitudes right beside the customer, feel like I walked into a 1850's saloon. The rewards program and weekly specials alone are great options to dine out without being too expensive. You get a reward or two a couple minutes within signing up. Yes a couple minutes!! Service warm and attentive. It can get a little busy depending on how many patrons arrive at other tables. Your waitress may get away from you for a bit. Restaurant is cool classy. We've eaten here many times as we travel to and from NJ and FL. This is the first time it was not good. Salad bar was awesome. The attendant was on top of all refills. Service was slow and chaotic. I was told both managers were working in the kitchen so the poor food was unexpected. The blackened chicken casadilla was not blackened, so little taste. My $26 trio was haphazardly thrown on tge plate. Half a container of cocktail sauce and tge 6 shrimp were small. Ribs were dry and not very meaty. Came in on this day for early supper. I was really craving a salad. I ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger and added on the salad bar. The salad bar spread is amazing so many choices. Fresh and well stocked. Looks amazing and tasted amazing. The smokehouse cheeseburger has bacon, lettuce, tomatos pickles & cheese. The bun was so soft and fresh and the barbecue sauce was delicious with the smoky flavor. Destiny was very attentive to my dining needs. I'll be back. read more

Horrible service. We were the only ones seated and the server kept blaming the delay that she was the only one working, The delays included getting our drink order, which was after the appetizer, to forgetting settings, so our meal got cold, forgetting the second drink order, then telling us they were closing so the second drink wasn't coming. The salad was floating in nasty bottled dressing. The sandwich was on a round bun, not the club bread, as shown in the picture. Never again!! read more

Service was fast and fantastic! Placed an online order for pick up at 6:20 by 6:35 it was ready. Was greeted with a smile by the hostess and sent over to the take area. Was promptly greeted by a very friendly hostess and manager who made sure the order was accurate. Order the impossible burger and several sides for one order and wings and potato skins for the second order. I placed a Doordash order for our favorite ribs last night. The wrong order was delivered, so I called and asked about it. They asked me to bring the food in, and although it was a bit inconvenient, I did. Turned out it was delivered from the wrong restaurant!! Mr. Williams, the manager, was so kind. They investigated, found out what happened, and remade my order. The ribs were tender, falling off the bone, and tasted fabulous, as usual. The baked potato was steaming hot and cooked just right. Just remember, when there's a problem that can be fixed, always stay calm and kind. Just like the folks at Ruby Tuesday did. This place will remain my go-to! read more

When I tell you we got LESS than a FROZEN MEAL PORTION I am NOT over exaggerating!! $16 a plate for 1 scoop of noodles and a half of a small chicken breast. The deconstructed kabobs was the same way. Not even a quarter of the to-go plate was filled. The manager says "that's normal portion size". No it's not. If I would've went in to eat, I would've gotten more food. Not much to review. It has been awhile since going to Ruby Tuesday, so thought I would give them a try. I was greeted nicely and seated immediately. The menu was almost entirely pictures, which I appreciate. I was having a tough time making a choice. Not that this mattered as I was never even offered a drink or to take my order, after waiting 20 minutes. I know this as I texted someone as I sat down, which gave me a timestamp. There were 3 waitpersons in the 15 tables section but only half of the tables were occupied. There were people sat after me that were given service right away. Sure, I could have asked to be moved or to place my order, but with other options, why should I have ask to give my money and business. Gonna miss out on that pumpkin cheesecake. read more

So this place has some rough reviews but my experience was exactly what was expected from a ruby tuesday. The food was solid. The staff was attentive and friendly. There were two birthdays going on so if they were a little slow on refilling the water I understand. I had to stay in Lumberton for a few days for work this week, so I packed the coupon and used it for lunch here. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a trip to their garden bar. The garden bar was well stocked and a good variety. Cheeseburger was cooked as requested. Good flavor and ample serving. Second time going to this location. They gave us our order wrong (it was similar to what we had order so we didn't notice) and then the waitress got upset about it like it was our fault. The food was dry and over cooked. The waitress brought our drinks 20 minutes after taking our drink order and never came back to refills even when we asked. Overall horrible experience horrible food. The credit card machine they have makes you pay at the table and she started at me until I pressed a tip amount assuring I would tip. Even then I only tipped the minimum but it should have been 0%. Let me start out , I travel and have been to many Ruby Tuesdays in the past. I have enjoyed excellent service and they accommodated me in what I needed. Not so here. The waitress was very pleasant. We ordered a shared appetizer. Another girl brought out the food. We had no plates on our table, we asked for plates and she said " we have some coming out of the dishwasher , you will get some in a few minutes " . My wife went up to the Salad Bar and got 2 plates. Our Tea's were re filled with Sweet Tea instead on Non-Sweet Tea. We mentioned it and she brought us back Teas but the were Sweet. The best of the two Ruby Tuesdays in Lumberton was closed a couple of years ago. I'll never understand why they chose to close that one. The food was better. The hostess didn't like the look of us or something because she told us that the wait was 25 minutes and that there were no tables. This information was mumbled to us through a mask, so when we asked her to repeat how long the wait was, she mumbled, "I don't know, when somebody gets up."
