We've eaten here many times as we travel to and from NJ and FL. This is the first time it was not good. Salad bar was awesome. The attendant was on top of all refills. Service was slow and chaotic. I was told both managers were working in the kitchen so the poor food was unexpected. The blackened chicken casadilla was not blackened, so little taste. Horrible service. We were the only ones seated and the server kept blaming the delay that she was the only one working, The delays included getting our drink order, which was after the appetizer, to forgetting settings, so our meal got cold, forgetting the second drink order, then telling us they were closing so the second drink wasn't coming. Came in on this day for early supper. I was really craving a salad. I ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger and added on the salad bar. The salad bar spread is amazing so many choices. Fresh and well stocked. Looks amazing and tasted amazing. The smokehouse cheeseburger has bacon, lettuce, tomatos pickles & cheese. I placed a Doordash order for our favorite ribs last night. The wrong order was delivered, so I called and asked about it. They asked me to bring the food in, and although it was a bit inconvenient, I did. Turned out it was delivered from the wrong restaurant!! Mr. Williams, the manager, was so kind. They investigated, found out what happened, and remade my order. The ribs were tender, falling off the bone, and tasted fabulous, as usual. The baked potato was steaming hot and cooked just right. Just remember, when there's a problem that can be fixed, always stay calm and kind. Just like the folks at Ruby Tuesday did. This place will remain my go-to! read more

Service was fast and fantastic! Placed an online order for pick up at 6:20 by 6:35 it was ready. Was greeted with a smile by the hostess and sent over to the take area. Was promptly greeted by a very friendly hostess and manager who made sure the order was accurate. Order the impossible burger and several sides for one order and wings and potato skins for the second order. Not much to review. It has been awhile since going to Ruby Tuesday, so thought I would give them a try. I was greeted nicely and seated immediately. The menu was almost entirely pictures, which I appreciate. I was having a tough time making a choice. Not that this mattered as I was never even offered a drink or to take my order, after waiting 20 minutes. I know this as I texted someone as I sat down, which gave me a timestamp. There were 3 waitpersons in the 15 tables section but only half of the tables were occupied. There were people sat after me that were given service right away. There were two birthdays going on so if they were a little slow on refilling the water I understand. Second time going to this location. They gave us our order wrong (it was similar to what we had order so we didn't notice) and then the waitress got upset about it like it was our fault. The food was dry and over cooked. The waitress brought our drinks 20 minutes after taking our drink order and never came back to refills even when we asked. Overall horrible experience horrible food. The credit card machine they have makes you pay at the table and she started at me until I pressed a tip amount assuring I would tip. Even then I only tipped the minimum but it should have been 0%. My wife and I had an unpleasant experience here on Saturday evening. We were told that the wait would be 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes, my wife checked the status and was told by the young lady that my name was called and I didn't respond it. It was a lie. We sat next to where she stood for the entire 30 minutes. She either called a wrong name or did not call my name at all. When asked how much more time we would wait for the next table, she simply said "I am not sure". Is this the service a client deserves?
