I decided to give this location five stars because everyone was polite, and I understand that restaurants can get very busy. I ordered the shrimp scampi, and it was okay, but it wasn't especially memorable. Our waitress was friendly and courteous throughout our visit, which I appreciated. She did seem overwhelmed or perhaps a little forgetful, as we didn't receive our silverware initially, our beverages took longer than expected, and it took quite a while before we were able to pay our bill. We've eaten here many times as we travel to and from NJ and FL. This is the first time it was not good. Salad bar was awesome. The attendant was on top of all refills. Service was slow and chaotic. I was told both managers were working in the kitchen so the poor food was unexpected. The blackened chicken casadilla was not blackened, so little taste. Went in and sat down and the servers were literally arguing about who was going to serve the table when the place was almost empty anyway at 3:30pm. Literally the worst experience ever at a restaurant in my life. Will definitely recommend anyone who's looking for even a decent experience to never go here. Service was fast and fantastic! Placed an online order for pick up at 6:20 by 6:35 it was ready. Was greeted with a smile by the hostess and sent over to the take area. Was promptly greeted by a very friendly hostess and manager who made sure the order was accurate. We were the only ones seated and the server kept blaming the delay that she was the only one working, The delays included getting our drink order, which was after the appetizer, to forgetting settings, so our meal got cold, forgetting the second drink order, then telling us they were closing so the second drink wasn't coming. I placed a Doordash order for our favorite ribs last night. The wrong order was delivered, so I called and asked about it. They asked me to bring the food in, and although it was a bit inconvenient, I did. Turned out it was delivered from the wrong restaurant!! Mr. Williams, the manager, was so kind. They investigated, found out what happened, and remade my order. The ribs were tender, falling off the bone, and tasted fabulous, as usual. The baked potato was steaming hot and cooked just right. Just remember, when there's a problem that can be fixed, always stay calm and kind. Just like the folks at Ruby Tuesday did. This place will remain my go-to! read more

The menu was almost entirely pictures, which I appreciate. I was having a tough time making a choice. Not that this mattered as I was never even offered a drink or to take my order, after waiting 20 minutes. I know this as I texted someone as I sat down, which gave me a timestamp. There were 3 waitpersons in the 15 tables section but only half of the tables were occupied. There were people sat after me that were given service right away. There were two birthdays going on so if they were a little slow on refilling the water I understand. I had to stay in Lumberton for a few days for work this week, so I packed the coupon and used it for lunch here. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a trip to their garden bar. Second time going to this location. They gave us our order wrong (it was similar to what we had order so we didn't notice) and then the waitress got upset about it like it was our fault. The food was dry and over cooked. The waitress brought our drinks 20 minutes after taking our drink order and never came back to refills even when we asked. Overall horrible experience horrible food. The credit card machine they have makes you pay at the table and she started at me until I pressed a tip amount assuring I would tip. Even then I only tipped the minimum but it should have been 0%. We ordered a shared appetizer. Another girl brought out the food.
