This is a disappointing review Service/server was okay and deserves some higher praise than this low review. Food was over priced and plain Service was a bit slow (although we had a table of 12) but the restaurant was basically empty. Portions were small, some deals are there to be had. Had a group of 12 on a Sunday afternoon. First sign was they were not busy. Took a bit to get the table ready for us. Server was right with us and took our drinks and orders quickly. The food took a while to come out. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with grilled zucchini. The zucchini was delicious but the chicken sandwich was small and plain. I'm not a fan of this place as it's overpriced and mediocre food. I hadn't been to one in 10+ years and with any luck it will be 10+ more before I return. Please do not go there. I came on a Friday night and my first sign to turn around should've been the empty parking lot and all the tables being available. When we were being seated we watched the server dust whatever was on the table off onto the floor and attempt to give us the table but we refused. We got a new table and it took us about 5 minutes to be seated and another 20 to be serviced. No one stopped by to get our drinks or anything. When we did get them they tasted like unfiltered swamp water with syrup. We sat there just watching the dirty floors and tables. When I asked the waiter they replied they were not notified that a party was here hence the wait. ( keep in mind the restaurant is empty with only about 3 small seated tables) My party and I ordered our food which took another 40 minutes. When we got our food the burgers were still " mooing " not cooked at all and plain even with condiments. Quesadilla tasted like the bottom of a 50 year old rusty sink and very plain. If you want to rediscover a new plague and covid please by all means eat anything from this place. Honorable mention the salad bar upon walking in it was covered in sauce all around the stand to rest plates. It looked way too congested and like when it is being left like that overnight for rats and roaches to feast on then opened daily to be served. If you choose to eat here I hope you live close cause you will be clenching your rear before you hit the road. read more

Let me start by saying I like this restaurant. We went on a Wednesday night so pretty slow. The wife ordered the veggie Ramen bowl(which she loves) and I had the misfortune of ordering the catfish and shrimp. I was sold a tiny portion of catfish and about a dozen bait sized shrimp for 18.99. The manager saved the day and brought some extra fish. Evacuated for hurricane Milton and Ruby Tuesday was open next door. The atmosphere at the bar was friendly. We made a few friends in a couple hours. Draft beer was 2 for 1 and wine was $1 off for happy hour. The menu was bigger than last time we visited. My wife ordered a salmon bowl and really enjoyed it. I had the bbq chicken breasts with broccoli and rice. I always do. It was fine but a little skimpy on the sides. Unfortunately the hurricane will close them tomorrow. I have not gone to this restaurant in 5 years. Last time at the height of Covid my waitress would not leave her mask on. Today I really wanted a nice piece of beef. I told the waitress (Donna) that we wanted waters w/ no lemon - we got lemon and when ordering I stressed I wanted my rib eye vert vert vert rare, So she said rib eye rare. I said no, tell the cook I want it very rare or I would send it back. My companion ordered the Philly cheesesteak. I felt the wait was way too long, and then Donna told us my steak was ready - she was just waiting on the Philly cheesesteak. I had her bring my steak out, which was well done. I told her to tell the cook to cook it less than 1 minute on each side. When she brought iy out it was rare. Also, a lousy cut of meat for the price. It will be at least another 5 tears before I go there again. read more

The service was slow, despite the restaurant not being very busy. I got the salad bar, and when I was making my salad, I noticed that the iceberg lettuce had a lot of brown in it. After I made my salad, I let the hostess know about the lettuce and she said she would let someone know. When I visited the salad bar again, the brown iceberg lettuce was now covered with more brown lettuce. This time, I told our server and she said that the manager had just refilled the lettuce. It was gross and I'm not sure why they think that anyone wants brown lettuce. For $12.99, I would expect better. read more

I order my food at 6:13 and it said finished at 6:25. I got there at 6:50. It wasn't done and all the other orders to go were waiting. They haven't even started. I got it at 7:50. They were not busy. For the 2 for 26 I got ONE chicken breast that was about the size of a McDonald's burger! Everyone at my table commented on how tiny it was! The mashed potatoes were dry, the broccoli was good, even with an appetizer i left hungry! I had ordered the pasta marinara as my second main course and it had maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce on the center top, not nearly enough! I did call the restaurant and they took my name and said they would give me another pasta with @extra sauce", it shouldn't have to be extra, there should be enough to cover the noodles. I used to love this restaurant, especially their salad bar. But, I didn't love it with my latest visit last night. There were only three other tables, so they weren't busy at all. There were eight of us, five adults and three children. The children got their meals 25 minutes before we did. My husband got the hamburger and said it was delicious. Unfortunately, for the rest of us our food was cold and not very good. They made a mistake with my daughter-in-laws order and it took an additional twenty minutes for her to get her food. When our server actually came to the table, she was very pleasant. But, her visits to us were few and far between. I just don't understand why this happened when they were not busy at all. I'm reading a few of the reviews here. Hard to believe because everytime we go get lunch or dinner here, it's been a great experience with the food and service. The salad bar is great and it's clean everytime we go. All kinds of lettuces and toppings and dressings. I have not found a cleaner or bigger salad bar. My wife usually gets a burger and salad bar. The burgers are amazing here! Huge and cooked the way requested. I love the turkey burger here! It's huge and perfect! The wings and fries are great as well here. Covid did a number on many restaurants everywhere as well as here in Central Florida. But this place is still good as well as the service here. I just won't and can't find anything to complain about here. I'm happy it's still here serving food. Many places have gone downhill or closed down. Not this place! Bathrooms, everything very clean. The second order was close to burnt, but more disappointing was there were on four tiny squares of chicken inside the flour tortilla. My wife and I had dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesday in Leesburg Florida and it was by far the worst dinner I have ever had. My wife ordered a rib eye steak and it was very thin and full of fat. The manager took it off the bill and replaced it with a sirloin steak to go. Well when we got home and looked at it, it was smaller and thin like the rib eye. What a shame that you charge 18 to 23 dollars for these steaks that do not look anything like what on your menu. We use to frequent Ruby Tuesday but stopped when you stopped serving bread and charge for salad. We tried tonight and we won't be back. read more
