I'm reading a few of the reviews here. Hard to believe because everytime we go get lunch or dinner here, it's been a great experience with the food and service. The salad bar is great and it's clean everytime we go. All kinds of lettuces and toppings and dressings. I have not found a cleaner or bigger salad bar. My wife usually gets a burger and salad bar. The burgers are amazing here! Huge and cooked the way requested. I love the turkey burger here! It's huge and perfect! The wings and fries are great as well here. Covid did a number on many restaurants everywhere as well as here in Central Florida. But this place is still good as well as the service here. I just won't and can't find anything to complain about here. I'm happy it's still here serving food. Many places have gone downhill or closed down. Not this place! Bathrooms, everything very clean. This was an unsatisfying experience. Although our waitress was pleasant, we didn't get things we asked for. My husband asked for bacon bits on his baked potato, he didn't get them. He asked for extra butter , he didn't get it. After we put our order in but before we got our food he asked for breadsticks but they never came either. He tried to redeem an offer for a free dessert but it didn't come up in his app, so the manager comped it, but gave it to us to go. Terrible food. Ordered their new menu dinner of Chicken Tacos and the first order was burnt. The second order was close to burnt, but more disappointing was there were on four tiny squares of chicken inside the flour tortilla. So the food is good, really good. The service that's where it gets bad. The dude who took my wife and I order was something else. He came out like twice while we were there. Slacked in the drink department. Our total was 50.66 we gave him 3 20s and he asked if we wanted change. Don't ask that wow lol. Then comes back comes back 9 ones. I know it's 44 cent but he pocketed without saying a word. Also when we got the boxes and stuff he was standing over us waiting for us to pack them. My wife and I had dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesday in Leesburg Florida and it was by far the worst dinner I have ever had. My wife ordered a rib eye steak and it was very thin and full of fat. The manager took it off the bill and replaced it with a sirloin steak to go. Well when we got home and looked at it, it was smaller and thin like the rib eye. What a shame that you charge 18 to 23 dollars for these steaks that do not look anything like what on your menu. We use to frequent Ruby Tuesday but stopped when you stopped serving bread and charge for salad. We tried tonight and we won't be back. read more

Came for my birthday to have dinner with my cousin. Got the endless salad bar and a chicken quesadilla... well the salad bar saved me from being hungry, because when I finally received my entree the inside of the quesadilla was hollow except for big cubed pieces of chicken that would fall out when i tried to pick it up or fill it with the side toppings of lettuce tomato and sour cream. In my whole quesadilla there were 7 big cubes of chicken out of 4 tortilla triangles. Its the cooks or the preps fault for not properly prepping the chicken into smaller cuts to fill out the tortilla. Stop hiring kids and people that dont have a chef bone in their body. Was very pleased with the gluten free Alpine Burger. To get a good tasting gluten free bun is so hard and it was AMAZING, and cooked Medium rare to make me happy. I truly enjoyed my food. The service was not so good and the manager was rude. Because she didn't want to deal with me she comp'd our entire meal which wasn't necessary (the meal they forgot to bring was though). Place wasn't busy, we did have a large party (a team) but we weren't hard to serve, this should have been easier to handle! DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered from this the night before yesterday and I am pretty sure I got food poisoning. When I tell you I literally shit and vomited my brains out, that's exactly what I mean. I was vomiting, having diarrhea, and was physically unable to walk, talk, eat or do anything because of how weak and horrible I felt! I ordered the food the 29th of may...it is now the 31th and I am still having weird headaches and abdominal pain. If that's not food poisoning then I'm not sure what is. Calling back the phone system said they were too busy to answer and disconnected. I drove the 4 miles to the restaurant in Taveres, FL only to see no one in the restaurant, so no reason not to answer. The manager would not make it right. This was such a huge disappointment I don't even know where to begin. Let me start with brown lettuce. Yes there was rotten food on their famous salad bar. Not only the lettuce but also tomatoes, onions and slimy cucumbers. I also ordered cheese fries and the cheese was burnt on top and it tasted funny. My friend's order was screwed up, they brought out the wrong item. Then when they corrected it, it was a puny excuse for food. Two tiny spring rolls cut in half that looked and tasted like the ones you buy from the dollar store. They were also over cooked and burnt on the sides. The only saving grace was the manager comping the messed up order. If you are considering visiting this restaurant I highly suggest finding a different place to eat. read more

Great salad bar with many delicious toppings. Only comment on that part was that some of the iceberg lettuce wasn't fresh. I was not satisfied with the service however; we felt very rushed even though we were there around 3pm, and the table was sticky. When we got the check, the "suggested tip amounts" at the bottom of the receipt were off by a significant amount. It said that 18% was $5, so we were feeling nice and gave that to her. The total was $22.40, including tax, so $5 is clearly not 18%. With many people using this feature where the restaurant already calculates the tip, please make sure it is accurate. read more

I come for the salad garden bar. It has many items and is usually fully stocked. Dinner rush is busy and the garden bar can be a bit messy and run out of items so it's better to visit off hours. We're usually seated quickly and can be enjoying our salads right away. The flavored lemonade choices are delicious. Peach in particular is my favorite. read more

Horrible. They gave me my ribs cold. The best part of my meal was the mashed potatoes that's it. I never even eat at ruby Tuesday because I've heard of them having bad food but the ribs and the sauce on them were just disgusting. Great restaurant, very good selection and prices. Staff does an excellent job keeping the salad bar fresh and tasty. Management is very friendly and welcoming. Three stars due to the multiple long wait times at the bar and some of the staffs negative attitude towards customers. I do not eat much neither does my older mother so we usually share a meal. But Ruby Tuesday has this special running 2 for $22. So we decided to try it. Well when the bill came there was an added $12 to the bill that was unknown to us. When asked it was additional charges. Apparently not everything advertised as 3 for $22 is it's actually 2 for $34 when the bill comes so be aware pricing is not what it's advertised and no one will tell you! You just can't beat their salad bar deal with their excellent hamburgers with real cheddar cheese that was cooked a perfect medium rare on a pretzel bun! Everything was clean and pleasant to look at. The salad bar looked appetizing. We were seated immediately. Everything was downhill from there. The waiter took our order and brought the food. We never saw him again until he came with the check. The food was nothing special (sandwich, soup, salad) and the preparation/presentation was nothing special either. My chicken sandwich was bread, a piece of well-fried chicken, and two pickles. Well, the iced tea was also good. My husband asked the waiter for extra ice. There was not much ice in the glass, so he asked a waitress who was walking by our table if he could get a glass of ice. She brought it and placed it on the table without comment. The quality of this particular Ruby Tuesday's has gone from bad to worse, , today we came in and was told the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes due to a large party of 15 as they had reservations, but to wait when half the restaurant had vacant tables. If we waited the service would have been so bad because all the attention with a small Staff would have been a two hour meal . The chef was on his cell phone, and some servers were just standing doing nothing. Total unorganized management. Someone needs to be fired . The steak was good. That is about all I can say about the experience. The biscuits needing to be cooked was a theme. When they came they were broken. Who serves defective food? The mashed potatoes were like soup and blanketed my husband's onion rings making them soggy. The service was painfully slow. And the server gave us the wrong ticket to pay. Ordered delivery food, a steak with mashed potatoes and salad. The mashed and salad were only average but OK. But the steak was excellent. It was only a sirloin, not an expensive cut, but it was perfectly prepared, truly rare just as I'd ordered it, and very tender. I was really in the mood for a steak and I was so glad to get a good one. Also, I was pleased at the way it looked. Sometimes cooks will just throw delivery food into the takeout containers, but tho not fancy this was neat and nicely presented. All in all, very satisfied and glad I decided to order from them. Poor experience. 25-minute wait on a Tuesday night at 6:30 pm. After waiting for table, service was very slow. Tried to be accommodating with hostess stepping in to help, but felt hectic. I've been going to Ruby Tuesday on 441 for will over 12 years and I've never had a bad meal I like the rib combo special with chicken nuggets and fries shrimps I like the salad more for $3.99 the different lettuces and spinach has are very good as well as all the different pasta John the salad bar. This local Ruby Tuesday was clean with decent service. I had the steak and Blue cheese flatbread that was very tasty but not worth the $13.99 I paid for it with a sweet tea. This is why most of my lunches during the week are usually eaten at my desk and consist of things from home. Fast food I can only do maybe once a month when I need a cleansing, and these chains just have no good deals anymore. My colleague had chicken tenders and he paid $13 for those as well with a sweet tea. $13 Chicken tender lunch?
