Loved every ruby tuesday I have ever been to but tonight I was extremely disappointed. Our family decided to order curbside pick up. Easy ordering process we were told from the website our order would be ready 20 min after it was placed. Pull up to the pick up order stall and no one picks up the phone wait another 20 min.. I finally decide to walk in. I was passed by several people when I waited, finally someone helped me to be told something I ordered wasn't available, not a big deal ordered something else. Wasn't to bad of a wait but got home the food was extremely cold and my burger buns were burnt and my burger was raw. If it wasn't for the fact that I know everyone is short staffed I'd give one star. You may get better service and food if you dine in. read more

Please someone just shut this place down. The staff greeted me with a fuck you attitude and forgot whole ass meals. My kids chicken looked like it was plucked straight out of the trash. So I stopped by this location after a long drive and decided on the salad bar and artichoke dip. I get there and go straight to the bar because I decided on ordering for take out. I was greeted by the bar tender, who asked if I needed a menu. I politely respond with a yes and was immediately handed a menu. I did not feel rushed....she came back over to take my order. I receive my container to make my salad and the salad bar was fresh, clean and had impressive varieties for the salad itself. I return to pay and upon my return the dip was ready. The bar tender asked if I was military.....(which I usually ask if they have a military discount, many places don't divulge the discount up front) which I received the discount and left a tip. While visiting my sister at Ft Stewart, there are not many options when it comes to eating out. I must admit that if I was at home (in Orlando, FL), I would never choose Rudy Tuesday. This location however was not bad. The couple of times I went I had good service and the food was tasty. I tried the salad bar, the items were fresh and the area was clean and well maintained. The best part was the fruit ice tea. I choose the berry and it came in a tall glass with muddled berries in the bottom and a sprig of mint on the top, delish! I was only bothered by 2 things while I was there, and they surprisingly weren't the food. They had a dish with steak, potatoes, veggies and lobster mac and cheese. I asked if I could just order the lobster mac and cheese. First they told me no, then they said it would be $11. They could have sold it separately, and it definitely would not cost them $11 to do this. The second was they were way overstaffed. There were several servers standing by the entrance with nothing to do and it was a little off-putting when you walked in. Worst meal and service I can ever remember. I have never written a review before but just felt I owed it to the paying public this time. There was a sign on the door that the fryer was down so we couldn't order anything fried. At 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon there was only one other table seated when we arrived. Should have been my first clue. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The children ordered plain hamburgers and one also got the salad bar. One adult ordered the salad bar and I ordered broccoli cheese soup. We also had 2 Cokes, 1 iced tea and a water. We waited well over an hour for the hamburgers and the soup. The soup was cold and had sat so long it had congealed on the top and shook like jello when I touched it. The waitress was still at the table and I asked her was it normal for the soup to be like that. She couldn't even be bothered to answer. I told her she could take it back which she did. She didn't offer me an appology, a fresh bowl or a different menu item. Just left and never came back. We never were asked if the rest of the meal was ok or if we needed drink refills. I wanted to walk out but we waited way, way to long for the check. I asked here if there was a manager and she said yes and turned around and went back in the kitchen. When the manager arrived I told her how bad everything had been. She said the soup was fine that it had just sat under a heat lamp. That could be true but it must have been there for an hour. Her idea of compensation was for me to give her my address and she would send me a discount for my next visit. I told her I was traveling and just passing through and I would not be coming back. I asked if there was anything she could do for us today since I didn't even get to eat anything after spending 1-1/2 hours in her fine establishment. She said nope, sorry nothing she could do. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. I can be very understanding that things happen but these guys didn't even try to care. The other adult in our party used the ladies room and said it was very dirty and had smeared feces everywhere. That's all I will say about that. They blame so many problems on covid but they were not busy, only saw 3 takeout orders go past us during our 1-1/2 hrs, and the waitresses and hostess were just sitting in the bar area on their phones. A guy came out of the back with an apron on and a cigarette in his hand. He went outside and smoked right outside our window. I don't know if he was the cook and took a break or what. After we left I pulled up the reviews for this place and blame myself for even trying it. Don't say you haven't been warned. read more

I ate at this particular Ruby Tuesday 3 times before leaving Hinesville. The first time I had a burger and got violent food poisoning. The next two times, I had Tilapia and a Sirloin and both were delicious. Service can be spotty, but I can deal. One of the better selections for food in Hinesville. read more

I've tried on five separate occasions to give this place a chance. The food is decent but this is the filthiest place on earth! The floors and the bathrooms are the filthiest I've ever smelt! You can smell the bathroom from the hallway and the floors reek!!!!!!!!!! The poor employees are apparently immune to the stench at this point, because when I complained about the bathroom smelling like a dead animal they walked in and back out like nothing was wrong. They revamped the menu but the building needs to be burned down and rebuilt. I love my grandmother, but I hate that we always have to eat here when I come visit her. I was in town on business at Fort Stewart for 5 days. I'll give it 4 stars for the shear fact that the restaurant selection in Hinesville, Georgia is slim pickings and the food and menu were much better than other places. They had a new menu they were trying out. The salad bar was good, the peach sangria was yummy, and they offered healthier meal options with information on calories. Plus I think the prices were good for an entree with two sides. P.S. The steaks at Hinesville Steakhouse ARE NOT good steaks. Go to a bigger city to experience good steaks. read more

It's a Ruby Tuesday, so you should know what to expect. The gf, her Mom, and I visited for dinner 5/7/2013. Service was friendly, and helpful enough, offering to stow Mom's walker while we dined. However, they confused our side dishes, and became a tad less attentive as business increased, so it wasn't exactly stellar. Mom ordered the half-rack of BBQ baby-back ribs ($13.99), I the full rack ($19.99), which is how our side dishes got confused. We sorted that out easily enough though, and the ribs were tender and tasty. Meanwhile, I persuaded the gf to try a surf & turf combo, a petite sirloin with a lobster tail ($18.99), as she said she had never had lobster before. That was a mistake, as of course the lobster tail was previously-frozen, and thus somewhat tough. The gf was not impressed. I tried a nibble of it and was not impressed either. When we got home, the cat was much less critical. The gf & her Mom both also added the salad bar for a charge of $2.99 each. It looked to me like a medium-extensive salad bar, and everything appeared fresh. Both gals heaped their plates with more than they ended up eating, but seemed to enjoy it. Both also had decaf coffee ($2.49) in generous cups with free refills. The gf also sampled a glass of Seven Daughters Moscato ($5.99) and her Mom a glass of Red Diamond Merlot ($4.99), while I had a Heineken (bottle, $4.50). All were perfectly acceptable. Poring over the receipt now, though, I notice the gf's glass of wine is assigned to Guest 1, me, along with my Heineken and full rack of ribs, when it should have been assigned to Guest 2, her, along with her surf & turf and salad bar. Who cares? you may wonder. I point it out because it's exactly the same sort of mistake that resulted in mixing up the side dishes for two different-sized orders of ribs. But what of that. The food was reliably good, the restaurant was reliably clean and comfortable, the service was friendly if not hyper-efficient, and the prices were reasonable. A meal at such a casual-dining chain should be what you expect, not an adventure, and so it was. read more

Great friendly staff. We always sit in the bar area so normaly have rhe same bartender/waitress Kimberly. The tempura green beans are outstanding so are the asian dumplings. I am a big fan of their ribs and chicken. The pretzel burgers are good but messy. We eat here a lot and its a nice place to relax and have a good meal with spouse or friends. read more

I just went to get dinner (the 2 for 24) it looks like they are well understaffed and they were out of many items on the menu, that being said instead of ordering ribs my husband and I ordered the steak and now we are having terrible stomach aches the service was bad, our waitress really wasn't great, she left the table before I could even ask for anything else. I can't believe the service my wife & I received tonight. We were seated by I the hostess & a few minutes later our waitress arrived. With a warm smile & friendly greeting, "hi my name is malissa" , was all we needed. Very attentive to our needs & all around fun time. The manager, Michael, was helpful with the choice of beer cuz I'm so undecisive. My wife had the steak & lobster while I had a burger & fries. Was very shocked with the bill. Thought it would be more expensive but it wasn't. We felt a little like royalty with the people that were working but best to describe it as a family gathering with great food. Puzzling was the tip ratio. The 40 dollar check with 15% would be 6 bucks. Even the 20 % was only 8 bucks. We gave her a ten instead. Keep it up, we will be back. read more

My husband wanted steak for lunch, so we tried this restaurant. The location is very close to Fort Stewart. A large banner on the exterior of the restaurant advertises a 10% military discount. Bonus...we found one parking spot in total shade under a big tree. We had a friendly server, Jennifer, and she did an excellent job serving us. She was always smiling and very patient, as the menu is full of very appetizing choices, which caused my husband to change his mind and get the New Orleans Seafood, side of mashed potatoes and the create-your-own salad bar. I decided to have the same since that fiasco of a meal at Chili's the other night. The salad table was not your average salad bar, it had a good selection of vegetables and a wide variety of salad dressings along with a bottle of oil and vinegar. There were sunflower seeds and croutons to add crunch. These weren't your boring, rock-hard white bread croutons, these croutons had just the right amount of crunch, and were made from pumpernickle bread. They were unbelievably delicious, I wish I had put more on my salad. At the table, our garlic cheesy biscuits were waiting for us. They were small, but tasty, and ended up being the right portion size to go with our salads. We had also ordered an appetizer of artichoke and spinach dip with tortilla chips. The chips were whole pieces and had a splash of blue corn tortilla chips for color. The dip was hot and stayed hot, even as we ate our entrees. It tasted delicious and we had no complaints about it. I had a sweet tea, and it was the perfect amount of sweet, not to much and not too little. My husband had the strawberry lemonade, and it was very lemony sour, not even a hint of strawberry flavor. He was disappointed. Our entrees were served hot and the presentation was appetizing. The seasoning was a tad bit excessive, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our tilapia and shrimp. The mashed potatoes with chopped parsley had good flavor. I was so satisfied that I was too full for dessert. I don't even know what desserts they had, but if they were anything like the rest of our meal, I know they would be delicious. There's always next time...and there will definitely be a next time. The restaurant look beautiful but the service is lacking and the portions are small when they have the sides you want as I have come here before and like before the had less than half the options available of sides on the menu and those choices were crappy i guest i was just frustrated at that point they need to get it together! Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. EVER!! My family of nine came to Ruby Tuesday the night before thanksgiving. We should've stayed for that two hour wait at chili's but my dad wants his food when he wants it. Instead, we called up RT and said they would have a table ready. They didn't. No worries. Two people in my group are restaurant managers, so we get it. While waiting for our table to get cleaned by the guests that sat there when we arrived, a server at the hostess stand right in front of says, "I don't want a table of nine". Totally disrespectful to say in front of your table. We got sat, and I went back to the hostess stand and asked for a manager. NEVER came by. The server we ended up having was sweet, but had no knowledge in liquor. When I asked for a Hendricks and tonic, she was confused. I had to clarify what it was. It tasted of mostly tonic, the app was mediocre, my entree was mediocre (Caesar kale salad), the service was mediocre. Luckily for you guys, I live in atlanta, but frequent this area often. Absolute horrible experience all around. The waitress took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge us for drink order, (with only 3 tables seated in her section and one of those tables completely done eating just talking amongst theirselves.) Then after a good wait the food finally reached the table, presentation horrible the cheese on the smokey mountain chicken wasn't even melted just thrown on cool. My first bite of chicken had hair in it which completely made me lose my appetite so I sent the plate back. We were still charged $37.75 for "salmon and artichoke dip". At the time of paying, the waitress stood there while we paid so my husband just hits 20% tip without even noticing that it said 20% was 11.25....um no 20% of $37.75 is 7.55. Needless to say after having to pay that price for one meal supposedly and the incorrect tip percentage we will not be returning. I would suggest finding a different restaurant unless you enjoy being cheated out of money and finding hair in your food with sub par customer service. read more

The food was great and our server was very friendly and sweet. She took our order fast and visited us often to see if we needed anything. My steak was tender and well seasoned and my sides of grilled zucchini, baked potato, and a skewer of shrimp were perfect. My husband liked his ribs as well. I've been to many other Ruby Tuesday restaurants and this one had given me one of the worst experiences. The hostess go greeted my friend and I was pregnant and seemed out of uniform. I was worried why she was seating us? And was also unsure if she was even an employee. The food service was prompt aside from the homemade garlic biscuits. Never received them. Our waitress even told us after my friend and I both chose the garden bar as part one of our sides that she would return with the biscuits. I guess it slipped her mind. On the garden bar there was also no spinach, that was disheartening. My salads I make at home are mostly spinach for health reasons. All in all it could have been a better experience for the first time I have eaten at this Ruby Tuesday location. read more

I had the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and my wife had the turkey burger. The add on salad bar is a good enough reason to go. The food wasn't bad but the salad bar certainly stood out.
