Don't just don't. We wasted our money here. Salad bar was why I wanted to go here and it was bare. They ran out of cups ketchup and tea. The food we all didn't eat at all. The manager just walked around looking at the salad bar and didn't replenish the empty food. There wasn't ranch on the bar either. My advice go somewhere else read more

Horrifying!!! We walked in to a few folks running the host stand while in their cell phones. After a couple minutes they told us it would be a 45 minute wait. We asked if we could just eat at the bar and they said "Whatever". We sat for a few minutes and noticed an awful smell. Before we could ask for any help 4 other employees went out for a smoke. Food is good but expensive. Garden bar is excellent..chicken was tender but other than that , just chicken...mashed potatoes are good. The little biscuits are so good. Tea tastes fresh .. waitresses are friendly . The main problem with this restaurant is the LOUD MUSIC!!!! We have visited twice and have asked each time to lower the volumn - all to no avail...the music is not too bad - there is just no reason to have it played at jet plane volumes! We even asked to be seated in a quiet area but evidently there is none. This problem just turns us against eating here. Had just turned off of I 95 for my days work in the area about lunchtime, and went to this local Ruby Tuesdays mainly because I had a 25% discount coupon. I had the chicken parmesan pasta with a garden salad. Plate was served piping hot with a covering of melted cheese. Sometimes I wonder if restaurants like this aren't just an upscale version of the fast food I used to be so fond of, especially when driving cross-country? Our waitress (Elizabeth B) was right THERE when we needed her, without being *perky.* Okay, sometimes being *perky* is an asset, but reread paragraph 2 to understand why this was not that moment. I think she must have been empathic, as she ensured that my Absolut martini was, in fact, extra dry, as requested. The cook was right on, too. His rendition of the "French Quarter Gumbo" was as good as I've had in this type of restaurant. It was bold and flavorful, without relying on an overdose of spices. The chicken was tender and not dry; the shrimp were plentiful, and actually tasted fresh! Best of all, I believe they used real andouille sausage. My wife had the salad bar, so three isn't much to comment on other than what needed to be crisp was, and the rest was not... as it should be! Suffice to say that the next time we pass through Florence, we'll go out of our way (if we need to) to revisit this establishment. read more

I would give this place Zero stars if it was an option. After driving 15 hours we got a hotel in Florence and next door was Ruby Tuesday. It was about half full and the other half was all dirty tables waiting to be bused. The place was absolutely filthy, dishes, trash, food, everywhere and no one was cleaning it up. Our waiter was super slow. Even though it was late and not busy our food took forever. The food was also terrible. You look for a familiar name when you're on the road. In this case, we were moving from near New Orleans To Tarboro , NC and it was time for gas, food and a break from driving. Ruby Tuesday was it. It was about 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon after 8+ hours on the road and they were starting to stock the salad bar for the early crowd. We were one of three couples in the place ... 7 total customers. There were two servers ... ours and another who was training someone. The food was okay; typical Ruby Tuesday, which is why we stopped. The service was the pits. She got our order and disappeared until she brought the food. When we needed a beverage refill, I had to walk across the restaurant to an area where it looked like the on-duty employees were having a party with off-duty workers. When we were ready to leave, I had to find another server to track her down and bring our ticket ... which when we got the "hope you enjoyed your food" treatment to hustle a tip. It didn't work. Hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in some time, driving through Florence SC we found Ruby Tuesday next door to Cracker Barrell, hindsight is 20/20. The service was extremely slow, the food mediocre at best and the Margaritas were terribly sour/bitter had bartender remake the Margaritas and they were no better. Floors were dirty , windows dirty and hand smears everywhere. Additionally my wife told me the women's restroom was disgustingly filthy, toilets hadn't been flushed full of feces. The hinsight....should have eaten next door! This location somehow reflects why in several areas Ruby Tuesday has closed shop. This location is under poor management for sure. read more

I've been to one other Ruby Tuesday, and I feel like this one was more upscale on their decor, and service. i was impressed by the service, really prompt and professional. The food was really good, but one of my party didn't care for their hamburger bun. I had the turkey sliders, and really love them. Didn't care for the pickle though, next time I'll have to remember to omit because even after you pull it off, it leaves a cucumber taste on the burger. The salad bar was very well kept, fresh, and lots to choose from. It's a bit pricey, but the service, food and atmosphere is worth it. read more

Service has definitely improved at this location. The last two times we have visited the servers have been pleasant and timely. The salad bar is always fresh and delicious. Definitely worth a try. We have always loved the Ruby Tuesday restaurants but was disappointed in this site while traveling through the state. The rugs are filthy, bathroom was gross, and the music was loud and not appropriate for all ages to enjoy. The food was good and the salad bar was fresh but the place needs some serious TLC for sure. read more

This is my first time to this restaurant I've been to different locations before and my favorite is Neworleans fish and shrimp with mashed potatoes and onion rings. Coming to the staff they are pretty lazy here it takes 30 minutes for them to get the drinks and another 45 minutes to get the starters and dont ask me about the entrees they will take forever to get those. Besides the waiting time i was expecting the quality would be good just as other locations but it was disgusting after 1hr of wait time i got my new orleans fish and shrimp, the mashed potatoes have those rubbery texture if you over heat them clearly i can see that it has been microwaved whn i got this to servers' attention she didn't had a word to talk. She called her manager and the manager deliberately agreed that they make the mashed potatoes in big batches ( don't know how long it was made) and they microwave it for every customer. So bedsides all those advertisements and high prices is that just for the microwaved food? I will never ever go to any of the Ruby Tuesdays again. Oh no I forgot about the fish, no seasoning, no taste , blend, undercooked and disgusting. My friend ordered a chicken entree which looked and tatsed like a piece of rubber. I'm on my way to Atlanta and stopped here to grab something to eat only because my usual spot" Thunderbird " was getting ready to close. The food was horrible, poor presentation , less than a handful of fries, the salad bar needed attention, dressing was missing , cucumber was soggy, poor customer service. Then we placed our order and she came back to say that they were out of fries. Then the kids asked for grapes as a replacement and they were out of that too. Mediocre food. Most of our meals were not cooked the way we ordered. Party of 4, two had steaks, one had burger, and one chicken. Steaks were very under cooked, burger over cooked. Chicken was good. The salad bar was well stocked and looked fresh. The manager did make the steaks right (offered to fix the steaks or cook new ones). Visited here last week. Not Impressed. The service was awful. My brother ordered a baked sweet-potato as one of his sides. When the food finally came, the waitress said that the sweet potato was a problem and did he, perhaps, want something else. His glass was empty so he told her that he needed drink.
